- Michail (8/5): Small, good location, bit needs more cleaning - Large veranda. Enough sleeping spots for a family of four (with potentially more). Proximity to metro and tram/bus made our tourist commute to these term easy. Bakery around the corner and a couple of supermarkets walkable Cleaning standard is a bit low.
- Dagmar (9/5): Great value for money, perfect for families - Very affordable and family-friendly
Great location near metro and tram
Fast wi-fi
A well-stocked kitchen with essentials like salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar
Patio
Helpful hosts
Efficient heating (perfect for our March trip with kids) Access is only via a mobile app. This could be a problem if you run out of data or your battery dies. But you don't have to worry about carrying and losing keys :)
- Will (10/5): Great place, great location, would defo stay there again - The location was very good had a tram stop right next to us which was a 10min journey to the Rome central station. If you wanted to walk it was 40 minutes to the collesium but didn’t feel too long and you saw amazing sites along the way. Was a comfy and clean apartment with good facilities and the host was amazing and would keep us updated abour anything and if we had any questions they would reply asap. If you’re tall then the shower could be a bit of a pain as it goes to your shoulders however apart from that not a single issue
- Sarah (9/5): Very good value for money apartment in a cool neighbourhood - Excellent location and very cool neighbourhood, a good exercise walk into town (c. 2k from Termini). We came over New Year's as a family vacation and it was plenty of space for 3 people (two adults, one child). Lovely balcony, only 3 floors up, good value for money. Very responsive property managers. Had everything you need (kitchen stuff, towels, etc.) Overall we were very happy. Excellent location slightly outside the touristy part of Rome, good for exploring this side of the city. With the door code, very important to make sure the phone doesn't die otherwise you could be locked out of the apartment. Couldn't quite get the physical keys to work. Don't leave the balcony door open or crumbs out (ants started to come in). Skylight was leaking so there was a drip, drip, drip above my head when it rained hard, this was my least favourite part--there was a basin to catch the rain. Informed the property manager who responded immediately but they weren't able to fix it during our stay. Also I booked thinking we'd be able to use the washing machine over the 10 days, though there was a new machine it hadn't been installed. Anyway, great value for money and duration.

- Tomasz (8/5): Very good - Very good location, good flat equipment. A good possibilities for eating breakfest and supper colse to the flat. We had no information, we will need mobile phone with unlimited internet access to pay the city tax and to get a code for both doors. Fortunately we had it, but our problem was evening retourn to the flat because of low battery of mobile phone.
It would be good you write about it in the general information for your guests.
The only thing that did not work properly in the flat was the water drainage from the bathtub, it was very slow. Other than that the flat was very good.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Good value for the money (primarily because of competitive price). The apartment is quiet and conveniently located near public transportation. Check-in Experience: I had to complete the check-in process through an application called "Vikey." This involved not only submitting my personal information but also taking photos of myself and my family members alongside our ID documents. Since my daughter was not present at the time, I had to complete the process in two separate phases, which was already quite inconvenient.
What concerns me more is that the same application is used to pay the city tax. This means that an unfamiliar third-party vendor—whose data security practices I can only hope are reliable—now holds sensitive data such as our ID documents, photos, and banking information.
None of this was disclosed in the apartment listing. The only reference to check-in was a straightforward and misleading statement that someone would meet me at the property. I repeatedly tried to contact the property managers by phone, but received no response or callback.
- Leigh (8/5): Great cosy location - Beautiful Cosy air-conditioned apartment with a shared rooftop patio. Had everything needed for a city break. The location was perfect, far enough from central rome, surrounded by local cafes and restaurants at local prices. Close enough to all the attractions by hoping on the metro/bus/tram all in a short walking distance.
Check in is done online, so you don't meet anyone. The building door and apartment door are opened remotely from your phone by using the wifi included. If I'm going to nit pick, the bedding and pillows could be better. If you don't like stairs it's on the top floor. You can only connect to the wifi once youre near the apartment door so it's easily opened, but you'll need to use the spare keys in the apartment to open the main building door if you don't have an internet service on the street. The apartment is small so if you're used to living large be prepared.
- Vladimir (3/5): Poor -
- Michele (10/5): This apartment was amazing and the best part of it is location, location, location. - The space is big, light and airy. 2 Bedrooms, very comfortable with privacy if you want it, along with a loft space with a fold open bed that we did not need. The location is absolutely amazing. Safe neighborhood. Night life abounds, tons of good restaurants and bars just steps from the apartment and people all conversing. A lot of street art. It is convenient to travel by train or bus from this apartment. The apartment is on a walking street so you can't drive up to the place, but it is just a half block walk to it. Just FYI the apartment had nothing in the fridge (milk, or anything to drink) so you have to supply that type of stuff for yourself. I highly recommend this place. The owner was responsive We had a problem once with the key and texted and they got back to us immediately, although we figured out the problem ourselves.
- Henwood (10/5): Great location - The location was excellent. Close to a dining precinct, the Metro, and the city.
- :o (10/5): Wonderful place in a very homey neighborhood - The neighborhood is perfect for those who want to experience the local Rome. The place has a VERY good working AC and there is plenty of space. It's right next to many public transportation options, and we had no trouble getting to all the site-seeing locations.
