• Ramos (10/5): Hermosa vista - La amplitud del lugar lo tranquilo y la ubicación Quizás podrían tener un poco mas de abastecimiento ya que al no conocer el lugar se complico ,debido a la hora, hacer algunas compras básicas.
• Bettina (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr grosszügig, hat viele Fenster und zwei Balkone. Die Lage ist sehr gut-zu Fuss nur 10 Minuten bis zum See.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Ideal ist, dass man das Auto in der Tiefgarage parkieren kann. Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung ist leider überhaupt nicht gut.Das Sofa ist das Erste, was man sieht wenn man in die Wohnung kommt und es ist in einem absoluten optischen schlechten Zustand. Ich würde es unbedingt ersetzen, da die Wohnung ansonsten wirklich ideal ist.

• Anna (8/5): schöne Wohnung an guter Lage mit Tiefgaragenparkplatz im Haus - Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage super mit direktem Zugang zum Haus und Lift. Die Dusche mit den Massagedüsen verleitet zum zuviel Wasser brauchen :-) Die Küche ist recht gut eingerichtet. Es hat einen Toaster, Salz, Pfeffer, kleine Essig und Oel Päcklein, Zwieback, Tee, Kaffeekapseln, Zucker. Die Möbel sind billig aber OK für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war um 15 Uhr noch nicht ganz bereit - der Schlüssel fehlte im Briefkasten, aber das Telefon wurde sofort abgenommen und wir wurden gebeten, noch etwas zu warten. Im Bad fehlen Haken um ein Handtuch oder Waschlappen aufzuhängen. Es hat einen Handtuchheizkörper neben der Dusche. Die Putzfrau hat viel zuviel Raumspray und Duftstoff verwendet und zuviel Weichspüler. Ich konnte kaum atmen und musste zuerst alle Fenster aufreissen.

• Panisara (7/5): Voll ok. - The pull out couch and the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice with a lot of functions. There was a lot of cutlery. The location was ideal. The balcony was pretty and the clothes rack was useful. There was a lot of closet space. We felt safe. The stove turned itself off 3 times in one evening while we were cooking. A light in the bathroom broke. The blinds in the living room could not close completely which meant that the light from the lanterns outside would illuminate the room at night making it difficult to sleep. There was only one mirror in the apartment.

• Helen (8/5): - Lage, Balkon Der zugewiesene Parkplatz konnten wir mit unserem Auto nicht nutzen. Es gab keine Alternative, obwohl ich ziemlich sicher bin, dass nicht alle Quokka Parkplätze besetzt waren.

Broken toilet 3 Times as flush was getting stuck and maintenance came out 3 times . No Internet for 4 days. Front door key would not open door and called out to neighbours to open door. Rang Office many times none came out to correct fault. Other neighbours experienced same PROBLEM I would therefore like some REFUND as it was a total DISASTER Were not given any vouchers to use Washing Machines and were told it would take 2 weeks to receive

• Loredana (6/5): Good location - Good location within walking distance to the center, close to a supermarket and private parking garage and in a quiet area. The heating was weak and not adjustable, making the apartment cold in winter, especially the bathroom since the towel heater adapter was missing. No dryer for longer stays, one mattress was smaller than the frame and bed was squeaking, the mattress bed room was sinking better to provide 2 small ones instead of a big size mattress and the plastic chairs were noisy when neighbors moved, you could hear it. No bowls for cornflakes are provided, we needed to buy. Only one key is provided so if you close the door accidentally you forget the key inside you cannot open the door anymore, not a good system. Shower too small.

• eva trotti (1/5): Scorretti. Da non ripetere - Ho soggiornato per halloween prenotando 4 giorni. Due dei quali non sono mai stata in casa e mai usando la cucina perché andavo al ristorante. Alla fine del soggiorno mi hanno scritto privatamente su whatsapp dicendomi che mi addebitavano oltre 100 franchi per pulizie extra. Ho chiesto prove fotografiche e mi hanno mandato una foto di un asciugamano usato e un qualcosa di non identificato sul pavimento. Ho cercato di spiegare che comunque avrebbero dovuto lavare pavimenti, lenzuola e asciugamani. Trovo questo trattamento scorretto ed è giusto che gli utenti sappiamo cosa può aspettargli dopo avere effettuati il check-out

• Michelle Sofie (8/5): - Die Wohnung hatte eine schöne, moderne Ausstattung, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und viel Stauraum. Die Lage war gut gelegen mit einem Coop in der Nähe und das Zentrum in ca. 1.5km zu erreichen. Als wir ankamen, waren Küchenutensilien noch schmutzig, wahrscheinlich von den Vormietern. Mir fehlten Nahrungsmittel (wie Gewürze) in der Küche wie Salz und Öl. Solche Lebensmittel halten lange und könnte man zur Verfügung stellen.

• Nicole (9/5): Hat alles was man braucht, sehr zu empfehlen! - Das Self-Checkin hat super geklappt (perfekte Anweisungen vorgängig erhalten), gute Grundausstattung vorhanden, sehr sauber, genug Platz für 4 Leute (1 Zimmer ist sehr klein). Bushaltestelle in der Nähe (5min.) Grosse Baustelle neben dem Gebäude mit viel Lärm ab 7.30 Uhr (das kann der Vermieter aber nicht ändern).

Wir waren selber mit 3 kleinen Hunden dort - und wir reinigen jeden Kothaufen immer sofort weg - schade, dass nicht alle Hundebesitzer dies tun und deshalb oft ein schlechter Eindruck zurück bleibt.

• Michael (1/5): Die Reklamation brachte uns einen grossen Zeitverlust (viele Mails) Wir wurden nicht ernst genommen - Schlüsselübergabe Parkplatz war unbrauchbar klein. Mein Auto hat nicht hineingepasst. Der Kundenservice, ein Mann namens Luca, war unhöflich und frech. Er schreibte, es sei unsere Schuld, dass wir nicht vorgängig nach den Dimensionen des Parkplatz gefragt hätten !!! Wir wurden ermahnt, dass die Polizei gerufen würde, wenn wir uns nicht an die Regeln halten und in diesen Parkplatz reingehen, der unser Auto beschädigt hätte. Es war unmöglich, aber sie hatten kein Verständnis. Sie wollten unbedingt, dass wir dort parkieren. Nach einer Lösung wurde erst gar nicht gesucht! Obwohl ich zwei Mal die Mail seines Vorgesetzten wollte, hat er sie mir nie gegeben. Wir parkierten dann auf einem anderen Parkplatz von Quokka, da dieser immer frei war. Aber wir hatten immer ein ungutes Gefühl dabei. Zudem fehlte ein Bettbezug. Es wurde mir geschrieben, dass ich besser schaue sollte. Wurde für dumm verkauft. Wir mussten einen Tag für einen Bettbezug warten. Unhygienisch.

• Markus (9/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Lugano - Das Apartment war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war sehr praktisch. Supermarkt und Tankstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. See und Stadt sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Möbel könnten etwas hochwertiger sein. Einen Toaster habe ich vermisst und ein zweiter Handtuchsatz wäre für eine Woche Aufenthalt schön gewesen.

• Azura (5/5): Would not stay again.wished I chose elsewhere - I could get three available apartments in one block. 1. there was a request for my credit card verification before the trip via messaging on this booking.com which was stressful and resulted in my credit cards blocked and being replaced. Someone have access to customer data. 2. interaction with co is abrupt and dismissive. 3. one of the apartment smelled so smoky we couldn’t get a good night sleep. Offered a late check out as appeasement. Normal check out time is early at 10:00. 4. the door closed behind us and we had to wait until later to get a replacement for 50 chf.

• Paola (6/5): Fair stay, good position, good parking. Bed mattress uncomfortable Kitchen missing several accessories like cutting boa - Fair but not excellent. The garage and the apartment position is very convenient in a tranquil residential area. The lake is at 9 mins walking distance. The apartment was clean but with dirty walls and needs throughout painting. The double bed mattress is old and too soft, very uncomfortable to sleep in for 2 weeks in a sink in position. The windows in the bedroom and dining/sitting room are not soundproof and let the sounds noise in from the road, the park and the neighbours’ constructions works easily come in as if we had windows fully open. In the kitchen several accessories were missing like a cutting board a mixer, a ladle. The sofa is too soft and you literally sink in. The tv is very small and too close to the sofa. The day area is very cramped with a large table that occupy the small available area. The bathroom lacks of a single hanger/ hooks where to hang clothes or towels. Toilet paper hook is also missing.
• Siân (6/5): Great apartment to use as a base, but not if the intention is to spend a lot of time in there. - Amazing location, a stone's throw from the town centre on foot. Very secure and clean parking, well lit, easy access. Direct access to the apartment. Very convenient. Spacious apartment, much cupboard space, nice view on the Monte Bré, pleasant balconies and environment. LOADS of supermarkets very close to the flat. Overlooking a pleasant park for children. Nothing like the photos advertised. The apartment needs refreshing, it looks tired (walls very marked) and poor lighting. Although comfortable, the beds creek with every movement. The apartment is spartan with essentials missing: no sponge for washing up, not enough washing up liquid, few kitchen utensils, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules toiletries for the length of the stay. Very noisy fridge.

• Michal (8/5): Very good - Very good location, apartment was clean, had necessary kitchen tools, good garage spot. Several stores around (Coop, Voi, Lidl). Good gelateria in 2 min walk :) there is kids playground right there seen from the balcony. Unfortunately only 2 tablets for dishwasher machine is included into 10 days stay. No laundry capsules at all. But supermarket is 1 min away. There is a construction currently right across the street, some days are worse (morning noise) and some are ok .

• Magda (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfy, clean and well-equipped apartment (was on the 3rd floor) with balcony and lift in the building. We had everything we needed for a few days. Well-equipped kitchen (kitchenware, coffee capsules, soap ,dishwasher tablets, sugar, oil). Close to the supermarket and the bus stop. Check-in without staff with good instruction.

• David (9/5): 2 nice bedrooms in a newly built appartment. - New building, spacious, clean, well equipped appartment, with large windows, balcony. The lake is 10 minutes walk. The building is highs-standards, the furniture is a bit contrasting: it is all new, but cheap. It all works fine, so no big deal. The shower cabin is quite small in an otherwise large bathroom. And... well there is no toilet paper, and no paper holder either. Looks like the guests are thought to use water instead.

• Michal (4/5): Poor apartment we would not recommend - The location is really good. They ultimately reimbursed us with 75 chf for the insufficient cleanliness of the apartment and the remote quokka staff was quite responsive. My wife almost cut herself due to a broken kitchen knife. The apartment cleanliness was very questionable and the re-cleaning did not happen due to a mistake. the garden grass was not cut until the middle of our stay (no reimbursement for this one). Their excuse was vacation of the gardener. There is no a/c. and the one provided by the original owner was very insufficient. The kitchen was poorly equipped (e.g. No ladle). The sofa was broken, dirty and nobody has ever cleaned under the sofa. The vacuum cleaner was also terribly dirty.

• Lenka (8/5): Very good - Great location close to Lido and a park. Spacious, well- equipped, free parking. Few things need to be fixed or changed: loose WC seat, door openings, beds. The floor was dirty, balcony floor wan't cleaned for ages. One garbage bag for a week wasn't enough.
• Michaela (9/5): Superb - Apartment was spacious, clean and very good equipped. Very close to lake and all amenities. The couch/sofa bed was not so much comfortable as it was a bit U-shape, but good enough for two nights.
• Gail (8/5): Very good - Location was fine. Restaurants in the neighborhood.. 20 minute walk to downtown. Underground parking was great. Apartment modern and clean. Managers were very responsive and helpful by phone. Not the apartment’s fault, but there was a heat wave and fans were not enough. Very warm inside. Amenities were a bit thin; for example, only 2 dishwasher tablets provided.

• Augustyna (8/5): Very good - Clean and specious living area. New kitchen and all utensils were provided. Nice, clean and relatively new building. Cot provided was with mattress and duvets which was perfect. Not enough trash bags were provided - it would be enough for a day or two but it is not enough for a longer stay especially with a small child. Bed in a bedroom was quite used and had two smaller mattresses as opposed to one big.
• Andrey (9/5): Very good! - Location is great. About 15 minutes walk from the lake. Coop supermarket is just round the corner. Massive balcony to spend some time in the evening. Very clean and comfortable to sleep. Chairs on the balcony! Definitely to be replaced with something you can sit more than 10 minutes. Kids playground downstairs right in front of the apartment. Was quite noisy till around 10pm.

• Suzanne (7/5): Good - Great location, supermarket very close. Clean and bed was comfortable. Goof kitchen and lots of space. Good value for money. Grass in garden was not cut and dog poo everywhere. Hot in rooms only small fan and small ac unit that needed windows open to use.
