- Andrea (7/5): Good - The location was amazing - so close to the hospital The property had a couple of things broken including the microwave which was quickly replaced. The cleanliness of the property was very average. The drain in the shower was very blocked with hair. Windows were very dirty on the inside.
- Creedy (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Easy check in and flexible. Nice and spacious apartment. The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom immediately on use. The rug in the lounge was absolutely filthy, looked like it's never been carpet cleaned, and the couch wasn't much better. The beds were so uncomfortable. The pictures made it look a lot newer than it was in reality, not terrible but fairly significant wear on the furniture that wasn't reflected in the pictures.

- David (7/5): Very nice location and views but apartment perhaps a little tired and in need of some TLC. - Great location, fantastic views of Sydney harbour. Very handy for StLeonards station- food court and super markets. Lack of reliable WiFi made working from the apartment difficult. - this was raised but no with no reply. There are two operational routers found in the apartment but neither provided functioning WiFi. Ended up using an adjacent apartments signal which was also intermittent and unreliable.
Microwave broken and when just plugged in it shorted the other kitchen appliances out. Should have been replaced or fixed before we checked in as I’m sure the problem was known to owners.
TV - had no instruction and three controls two of which were physically damaged and had no apparent role in viewing. Ended up only using our own Netflix login.
Instructions for dishwasher and tv would have been of great use as would a tip about switching on the extractor fan in the utility room cupboard to prevent the apartment steaming up during tumble dryer use. ( both washing machine and dryer worked very well once learning curve in how to use them was achieved)
