• Congming (8/5): Very good - Only one lift for the people living there is not convenient sometimes.
• Greg (4/5): Not worth the price - Spacious room, easy check in/out, friendly staff The building is old and looks bad and a bit scary. Room is on 10th floor. Elevator stops working on 11pm and if you need to go upstairs you need somehow to call a phone number (?!) of guy who will switch the elevator on and bring you upstairs for 50k VND! This should be given for information in the advertisement of the room not be a surprise on site. I even didn’t dare to go downstairs for another 50k? It is an usury! Toilet is not in good condition, ceiling and ventilation very dirty. Toilet door terrible. Breakfast: self service, eggs (you can only boil them), toast and instant noodle. Nothing more, nothing less. A lot of ants in the room. Terrible dust on the fridge, surely not cleaned since months. Room door is closed only with padlock with the code, not sure how often the code is changed.

• Benoit (5/5): Beware!! - Location is convenient. No warning from the description or the comments, I felt cheated, the first time I experienced such a big gap between description, assessments, and reality. - The flat is on 10th floor, with elevator stopping at 11pm. - You don't meet anybody when arriving, only receive a video to explain how to reach in a maze of flats. The owner sends someone to collect money when you leave (only cash). - Free breakfast: two toasts in the fridge (no butter or jam), and eggs you can only boil. - A sign threatens to charge you an extra 50% if you don't clean your crockery - Shower just above the toilets; flat is dodgy.
• Ruben (8/5): Very good - Location, was near to big market and mall. The feeling and experience of living like people do live in Saigon because it's an apartment in a apartment complex block. The neighbours where lovely, hairdressers and convenience jobs in the complex ground floor. The apartment was a bit dusty, I don't think it was properly clean before we arrived. Floor, on top of almost every apartment compartment like on top of the fridge, sides of the bed etc we found dust everywhere!
• Jones (6/5): Ok stay but more is needed to attract good customers - Quite Aircon not working well, also something to cook on would’ve been great, the sheets weren’t cotton, and more towels would be a plus for longer stays.
• Matthew (10/5): Cosy, comfy stay! - The location was fantastic, extremely close to everything you wanted to visit, made our whole time in HCMC very walkable. The room itself was lovely and had everything you needed, couldn't have been happier with it given the location and the price! Our host was very friendly and accommodating, storing our luggage and allowing us to change before our room was ready. The only negative was the apartment was on the 10th floor and the lift doesn't work late at night, but was not an issue for us.

• Anne (8/5): Very good - The apartment was cute and relaxing. I enjoyed it. The neighborhood is authentic Vietnamese as described. It won't be suitable for everyone but it is clean and convenient. Communication was excellent The breakfast was as described but not to my taste.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Best place to stay in D1 - Everything! Super comfortable and clean. Definitely want to come back there again. A bit inconvenient that elevator don't work at night time, but it can be solved if you really need it.
• Trung (10/5): good experience - everything. the room is conveniently cozy. they do have free sandwiches and water, though you may have to pay a fairly decent price for other food and beverages, you may not need to worry about bringing stuff if you casually check in late, this place may not be for you in long-term. i dont mind paying extra money for the elavator but i prefer places that i can control my check in time

• Lakshya (8/5): Nice, cozy property located in a not so good building but places centrally. - The interiors are done nicely. The facilities provided at the property are excellent. The owners are cordial and helpful. Easy checkin and no disturbance. The property is located on the 10th floor in a shopping cum residential complex whose conditions isn’t great. 1. Lift takes a lot of time which is frustrating most of the times. 2. The experience of entering that building isn’t inviting. 3. Although it says breakfast provided, they give you the stuff like eggs and bread and you need to fix your breakfast by yourself. 4. No cupboard in the room only a stand a hang cloths etc.
• Isabell (7/5): Good - The apartment is spacious and quite freshly renovated. We loved the plants and thoughtful decoration. The location is perfect to explore the city . The so-called breakfast is a joke. 6 raw eggs, half a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter - for 2 people and 4 nights. They promised to refill the bread which never happened. No tea, no coffee. Also, the house is very noisy - expect neighbours yelling at each other from 5:30 am onwards and loud Karaoke in the evening. Every single day.
• Pcsfool (10/5): Great peaceful place, gives you the home feel. - A very special and unique place. Very fun experience with the friendly neighborhood in the old buildings. They even put in some Christmas decorations.
