Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Moller (9/5): Superb - It's a great location with superb views over Pt Stephens, walk down the back path to Dutchies Beach and then a short stroll into town. A very steep and challenging drive way.

Lee (7/5): Overall a good property but not for those with old folks & mobility issue. - Nice comfortable living environment. Very near sea & good for nice evening walk. Steep slope to access house. There’s huge curb to the bath. Lots of leaves along the slopes. Overall not a friendly place if you have old folks with you.
