Yataklar yastıklar temiz ve rahattı , odalar genış , ferah ve temizdi Banyosu aşırı derecede küçüktü , zayıf sayılabılcek kilodayım , duş alırken oldukça zorlandım , saga sola dönerken sürekli kolum çarpıp duş musluğunu kapadım . 90 kilo üstü birisinin o kabine sıgabilecegını düşünmüyorum . Ayrıca duş kabinin içine şampuan , sabun vb malzemeleri koyabilecegınız yer yok , dışarı koyup , duş esnasında dışarı uzanmanız gerekıyor ! Mutfakta yeterince eşya yoktu diğer kaldığım yerlere kıyasla , bence arttırılabılır . Genel olarak sessizdi ancak odaların baktığı sokakta , çevredeki binaların çöp konteynırları toplu şekilde duruyor . Her sabah 7-8 arası çöp kamyonu gelıyor ve 1 saate yakın gürültülü şekilde çöpleri topluyor .

• Janice (9/5): Brilliant location for top tourist sites all within walking distance. The apartment was clean, well equipped and clean. - Location was great. Facilities were good. Very clean. The entrance is in a side road which is frequented by delivery guys on bikes. Although it was absolutely fine it just made us a bit wary at night.

Carico e scarico sotto la finestra e dalle 5am non si dorme, struttura con muffa nella doccia, letti vecchi, cigolio e concavi.infissi da ufficio, praticamente dormi in strada e la doccia non ne parliamo. Una vergogna quasi da denuncia.

• Anastasia (10/5): - We like these Apartments very much! Location 10/10! Very good accomodation for 2-4 people. Own kitchen, the shop is 1 min nearby. The parking for car is 5 min nearby - 30€ per 24h. Everything was perfect!

• carmen (8/5): Fin de semana en Italia - Muy buena ubicacion. Muy cerca de la calle Torino q comunica con Duomo y muy cerca de Navigli. Supermercado y farmacia a 5’. Gran oferta de restauración a pocos metros. Tuvimos un problema con la llave de la puerta del apartamento y lo solucionaron enseguida. Por destacar algo: ducha muy pequeña, colchon habitación principal no es cómodo y no hay microondas.

Absence d'empathie des propriétaire ou gestionnaires. - Appartement tres bien situé Il a fallu attendre une heure devant la porte pour se faire envoyer une vidéo pour récupérer des clefs situées dans un coffre à clefs. A partir de 4 heures 30 du matin un vacarme très important venant des livreurs pour les magasins au dessous de l'appartement (pourtant situé au 2 eme étage). Absence de réponse des propriétaires ou gestionnaires sur la demande de procédure à la fin de sejour.

• Sara (9/5): Enjoyable stay, host extremely responsive and helpful. The flat had all items for a jump-start. Suitable for Elderly peo - The location, clean, AC availability, availability coffee, tea bags, salt/pepper/olive oil etc The handle of the bed room needs to be fixed. The street is a dead end.

• Albert (7/5): comfortable, which with small adjustments would be a 10 - Very well located with the tram right next door and the metro a 5-minute walk away. Francesco was very kind and sent us some very informative videos via WhatsApp on how to find the keys. A very bright apartment with two double beds, a sofa, and a full kitchen. The bathroom was very large and bright. The entrance door to the building was always open. We thought it would be locked at night, but we were coming from San Siro at 2 a.m., and it was a little scary. The bathroom door wouldn't close and kept opening, and the blind in the main room wouldn't come down. We were killing time because check-in was at 2:00 p.m. We arrived at 2:10 p.m. and the cleaning lady was working, so we had to wait another 30 minutes to get in.
• Justine (7/5): Good - How easy was it to collect the property keys on arrival? It took 20 minutes of arriving at the property to get the information of where to locate the keys - as they had message earlier in the morning confirming what time we would be arriving it would have made more sense to provide the information then. Additionally they said the check-in was at either 14:00 or 15:00, so when we arrived at 15:40, and waited for the info on how to located keys, we didn't not enter the property until 16:00 - there was still housekeeping in the apartment, so we add to wait a further 20 mins for them to to finish.
• Sonia (1/5): Very disappointing. - Entrance door of building not welcoming and murky, only one side table in master bedroom, no reading lights, air con did not work, shower size very small and not appropriate for adults, no soap holder in shower, old pillows, poor quality kitchenware, issues with hot water and very noisy as carbage trucks come at 5.30 hrs to pick up carbage under your window.

• Tina (6/5): Great location, but would not return - Location was really good. The cleaner had only just arrived before us when we got there at 3pm. The kitchen cabinets were a little worn. I requested extra bedding and mentioned that behind the bed was not clean, was advised this would be sorted the next day, but no-one ever turned up - so all in all quite disappointed. The apartment was in a good location, but noise throughout the night was quite bad - hence I didn't sleep too well.
• Carrie (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. - We got very detailed check in instructions, it was a easy video to follow and very complete instructions. Once we got that, it was simple to check in and get into the property. I appreciated the willingness to personally help with checkin. Location was great, just a few blocks from the attractions and very close more "local" neighborhood eateries. Felt very homey! If you don't want to met for a "personal checkin" at a certain time, just ask right away for instructions to let yourself in. There was a bit of back and forth about meeting times. I gave a range of time to meet and then was sent several messages about when I was coming using the earlier time I gave.
• Dushyant (1/5): A big NO ! - The worst experience i had like ever.. The guy who manages the property is so rude and doesnt speak english and when we entered the property it was full of mosquitos and was not clean. When i asked the property manager, he replied that mosquitos are everywhere in Milan. There was AC only in one room. So you cant sleep in the other room with mosquitos. We left that place in 30 mins ever though it was booked for 2 nights. Wont recommend.

• Wendy (1/5): HORRIBLE, unprofessional property managers are incompetent , Not as advertised - Location. Fastest wifi we have ever had any where we have stayed. This place is not as advertised. There is no real AC but a window portable cooler to share in common area. So it was too warm for sleeping when bedroom doors are closed. Bathroom is way too small even for a short person like me. The drain in the shower was so slow. We had to unplug it half way thru the shower with our feet. There was someone’s dirty wet towel folded up in the closet for us to use and there was crusty old blood on the bathroom curtain by the toilet bowl. The gas stove would not light up to start but had gas; come to find out we had to use a cigarette lighter- per the property manager Ivan. The company (Prestige Boutique) hired young men who are not experienced and are rude - naming especially Ivan and Jacopo. Ivan sent me about 3 videos to watch every time I ran into issues. I had to dig keys from a lockbox across the street in the bushes. A video on how to operate the portable AC when the remote wouldn’t respond to the remote control and then video to find the cigarette lighter for the stove. Ivan argued with me about the blood and called me a complainer. When it got cold in the apartment I was told central heat is turned off. Jacopo texted me at 02:30AM to remind me my check out time and to return the keys in the box across the street. Also ASKING to give them a 10/10 rating. Very unprofessional.
• Carolyn (3/5): Poor - The location was okay. The property did not live up to the pictures online. The apartment was dusty, Kitchen was worn and the shower was exceptionally small. The bathroom and bedroom doors were bifolds and didn’t lock.
• Enza (3/5): Poor - Location was good ,it was clean I was not able to communicate with host,upon arrival he msged me that he needed to come the following day to do some maintanence. We found part of the ceiling plaster was cut open for repairs. This should have been done before guests arrived or should have notified us in advance and we could have made alternative arrangements.This greatly dampened our short stay in Milan.
• Giovanni (5/5): Unsatisfied. They do not deserve to be on Booking.com since they are not at the quality if premuse and service that we a - Location Broken curtain support. We had to keep the window open in one if rhe bedrooms because the portable A/C duck was installed in the window frame. Kitchen unstable due to missing and loose screws. Finish on most kitchen cabinets danmged and water demage under the sink. Floor full if dust. Batteries missing in both A/C remote controls. No instructions manual. Promised to have curtains repaired at 8:30 the next morning after our arrival. Contacted them at 8:00 am to wait for the repair person and no response at all during the whole day. Repair was there at 13:30 wheb we returned to rest.

• Sonya (7/5): Great location, great value, but aircon lacking and some maintenance needed. - The location of the apartment is excellent a short walk to the Duomo, metro stop, supermarket and shops. There is a lift which made access easier. A few grocery items were left which was very useful and thoughtful. There were a few things that need maintenance. The shutters in both bedroom could not be raised, the door handle to the bathroom is missing (on both sides), Other people staying should be aware that the aircon is not a reverse cycle unit so it doesn’t cool the room very well and is very noisy, one bedroom has no cooling at all. There are two fans which helped move the air around. Also the shower unit is very tight and could be awkward a larger person.

It was very noisy with people walking through the walk way all night and we were woken by the rolling of bins and garbage trucks, delivery trucks as they needed access/parking to the main strip.

• Marie (10/5): Fun stay in Milan! - Apartment was in a great location! We arrived early from the train station. We were able to put out luggage in the apartment while the housekeepers were cleaning. The communication with Jacopo was impeccable! So easy to check in and out. We had an issue working the air conditioning, Messaged Jacopo and he came up immediately. The apartment had everything we need and more. Would diffently stay here again and recommend this place. Loved everything!
• Tessa (8/5): A great apartment, very well located. - Great location for what we were doing. Spacious and all the facilities we needed. Quiet at night so that we slept really well. Hot water was an issue, but that was sorted quickly when it was established that we had not been having long showers.
• Donka (8/5): Good location - Excellent location and great communication from the host. There are a couple of things that got on our nerves. There are folding, not very steady doors between each room, and they are hard to close with handles coming off in your hands. The European adapters didn't fit in the plugs, so there were only two points with the host adapters that could be used. The shower is tiny, could barely turn around, and didn't have a place to put my soaps. Besides the mentioned, the place is in a great location with accommodating hosts constantly texting and asking if we were okay.

• Gergana (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great location. I would choose it again and rate it highest. Not a fault of the property but could get a bit noisy when the stores around start managing their goods early in the morning (e.g, 6am). Some of the facilities in the apartment need renovation (e.g., bath door handle). The bathroom is quite spacious and bright but the bath cabin is super small. The host could be a bit more generous with the supplies (not obliged but would add value) - e.g., have coffee capsules for the stay. These are tiny things though which will simply add more value to the place.

• Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - Booked last minute due to our other apartment cancelling. Within the hour of booking we had been given all the info by Ivan which made it very easy and stress free to access the apartment. Also not even a 10 minute walk the Duomo . Plenty of places to eat all around
• Warren (3/5): Not worth the price !! - The only plus this property has is the location and the easy collection of keys no matter your arrival time. This property lacks cleanliness, and the furniture is very run-down. Kitchen cabinet doors are worn out, scraped, and broken, with a very bad smell coming out of the kitchen sink. All internal doors are foldable doors, which do not close well and are not secure. The biggest problem is that the windows are not well insulated, and although the property is on the third floor, you can very easily hear everything happening on the street, which is a few meters away from a very busy main shopping street. Furthermore, EVERY MORNING at 6.00am, except Sundays, a rubbish truck collects ALL the street's rubbish from under the block of apartments and stays there for around 30 minutes !! Its a nightmare trying to go back to sleep after hearing endless amounts of glass being thrown into the truck and countless bins being moved around on their wheels. NOT WORTH THE MONEY !!. You can spend the same amount on a 3-star hotel in the vicinity with better amenities whilst trying to enjoy a good night rest.

• Teresa (4/5): Probably fell extremely short of its name‘prestige’ - Location was fantastic only a 10 walk from duomo On arrival the front door was off its hinges which was very scary. I contacted the owner immediately and he said he would contact building owner but did not update me and door was still broke in morning. As a result the apartment was very cold as there was freezing air coming freely into building along with a heating system that didn’t work properly. All in all I didn’t sleep a wink worrying were we going to be broken into during the night or would a mouse or rat get in from the street. My 2 children were also very frightened. The kitchen was a bit shabby ie paint coming off the door. It was very clean and had a little welcome pack. Bed was comfy while I lay awake worrying 🙈 The shower was the smallest shower ever even me kids were laughing at how small it was. Not worth the price we paid

• Priscila (8/5): Overall it was great because of the location. The apartment is in need of a renovation. - Location was just perfect!! Absolutely amazing in the heart of the city. Getting the keys was super easy and host was always very attentive and constant feedback when needed. The shower box was very small and uncomfortable. There was no functioning air conditioner which got very hot at night.

• Jelena (10/5): Extraordinary - Very clear and quick communication with the property on the keys. The apartment has an excellent downtown location. It had everything we needed during our stay. Nicely furnished, comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again in future.

Unlike other properties that we booked that said they had AC but was very wimpy. The mattresses were so comfortable. I will recommend this apartment to others! grocery is close too which is helpful for things like sodas. my only suggestion would be if the building manager good make the entrance area a little prettier. The apartment entrance looks nice and welcoming.
• Sherii (7/5): Center located spacious flat always in the middle of happening - The flat is spacious, facilities are a bit outdated and curtains were broken but the staff was very helpful and fixed it fast enough. Thank you! The positive side is it’s located very center, you can walk to most of famous sports and shopping district. One thing worth to mention is they prepare a small sweet box with cookies and salad dressing as a welcome gift, which was very warm and nice. The down side is if you are light sleeper, or afraid of noise, I can warn you there’s a party going on every night from the neighborhood until midnight and early morning starting 2am life starts again! 😅 The neighbors are very noisy, partying with loud music every night even during the week. 🙈🙉
