- Qianni (6/5): - The cottage was comfortable and clean. Very luminous and well located. First of all, the checkin information wasn't available till 15:20 on the booking site. I messaged the staff several times and got no response. We had to call twice in order to obtain the info. Moreover, the kitchen towels are in a bag in the entrance closet. We had no idea if they were clean. Therefore, we washed all just in case. The checkout instructions are the most demanding I've never seen. They asked you to stripped all the used sheets and put them in a bag. Plus, we had not only to clean the dishes, but also needed to empty the dishwasher. At this point, shall we just clean the sheets as well so they don't charge us the cleaning fee?
