• Michael (1/5): The day before check-in, I contacted the host to ask if I could increase my booking from two people to four, since it wa - Nothing, as the host scammed me, didn’t allow me check in and expected me to cancel the booking knowing I won’t get refunded. Host is a scam! DO NOT BOOK!! The day before check-in, I contacted the host to ask if I could increase my booking from two people to four, since it was a two-bedroom apartment with double beds in both rooms. The host told me that if she didn’t get back to me, I should assume it was fine. When I arrived at the location, I called and texted the host multiple times, but she never responded. I never spoke to or met her that day. I ended up sitting in my car for over five hours on the phone with Booking.com, trying to resolve the issue. It felt like they were siding with the host, who falsely claimed that I was already inside the apartment with six or more people drinking. In reality, I was in my car the entire time. Booking.com told me they couldn’t issue a refund unless the host waived the cancellation fee—which, of course, she didn’t. So, they took my money even though I never stayed in the apartment. When I followed up with Booking.com a few days later, they asked me to send evidence so they could investigate. I still haven’t heard back, and this host is a scammer who shouldn’t be allowed to list on Booking.com. Unfortunately, Booking.com doesn’t seem to do enough to protect customers like me.
• Allison (4/5): Disappointing - This stay was honestly disappointing to say the least. First off the host was extremely unprofessional and rude when asked about check in details and general questions. The accommodation does not look like it did on the photos. It was absolutely filthy when we walked in and smelled dirty. There were hair and marks all over the carpet and floors as well as used plasters lying around. There were dirty dishes inside the dishwasher and pots, plates & glasses provided were all dirty which were in the cabinets. We booked a stay for 4 adults and only two towels were provided. One of the bedrooms bedding had dirt marks on the pillow cases as well. Instead of providing toilet paper, kitchen roll was put by the toilets to use instead. If you are looking for a clean looked after and well hosted stay then this is not the place to stay.
• Nadim (1/5): My whole stay was terrible I brought bed sheet and quilt and quilt cover to sleep on bed. don't book - just the location The apartment has been found to be quite unclean with stained quiltcover, dark coloured unwashed pillow covers in both bedrooms . The floor in all the rooms, bathrooms have been quite dirty with hair and dust found on floor and inside drawer of the bedroom tall boy . The second drawer of the tallboy doesn’t even open. . I had to buy 2 new bed sheets and quilts before even lying on the beds . Even the towels seem too worn out and unclean. I been so much disappointed there is no toilet paper and hair on the toilet section. The hair and rubbish on the floor The broken Chester drawer on of the bed room The window on lounge could not close properly therefore the winds comes in and lounge is getting cold on the night Advice this one manager no action was taken so much disappointed. even though informed booking. com customer service no action taken . My stay was night mare we were on holiday all day we out came home on night for sleep only the place was so unclean i am not comfortable used any plate or glass for the money wise this property not worth it. Think twice before you booked this one.
• Sienna (10/5): Exceptional - The property was nice and clean and smelt very nice. The tv was a decent size, the sofa was very comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious, I enjoyed my time. The lady that owns the property was so lovely and patient. I’m due to book again!

• Blessing (10/5): very relaxing and fun - i love the design of the interior and how it was very spacious. the community is lovely and the area in which the property was in was very safe. the owner was really sweet to me and whenever there was doubt she would help. i thank her so much for our stay and we hopefully will be making a return none at all

• Ranganathan (10/5): Amazing Place of Stay - Spacious place, Neat and Clean. Very courteous and supportive property owner. Worth the money and made our stay memorable and unforgettable. I would recommend this place of stay for anybody with family and friends. Value for money. Amazing place of stay Not much points to say for dislike.

• James (4/5): Nothing like advertised lacking in all aspects - The location was ideal Not quipped with basic items No self's in oven no toaster no mugs Not clean, broken draws/door handles very run down Lack of communication and wasn't able to check in until 5 when it said from 3 and its definitely different pictures than the apartment we stayed in
