• Caroline (1/5): Worst Accomodation we ever had!! - Nothing The worst part was that the apartment was extremely dirty, disgusting and very messy. The carpet had large, gross brown stains and there was an unpleasant smell. Not to mention the bathroom, there was mold and a very bad smell and it was also tiiiiny so a normal person cant even stand there properly. Most of the furniture was either dirty or broken. There were cockroaches in the kitchen!!!! And you can’t even lock the apartment door properly, which made us feel very unsafe. The sofa bed is as hard as a board. We wanted to leave the apartment immediately, but the landlord never responded to our request for a cancellation, so all we can do is warn others about this place. Everything feels careless and sloppy.
• eduardo (4/5): - La ubicación y las facilidades y amabilidad del anfitrión. Las camas eran cómodas y habitaciones luminosas y exteriores El apartamento en sí. A parte de que está en una cuarta planta en un inmueble antiguo con escaleras estrechas, lo que puede resultar incómodo si vas con maletas, el apartamento igualmente es muy antiguo y necesita una buena reforma (se escuchan todo tipo de ruidos y al vecino de encima), especialmente suelos, puertas y aseo, minúsculo muy incómodo, sin sitio siquiera para un espejo, ridículo y opuesto al lavabo, y con olor de cañerias. También se echaba de menos algunos utensilios de cocina y limpieza, como un microondas, trapo de cocina o balleta, o fregona o escoba. El resto del apartamento no estaba mal, algo básico pero cumplía, con cocina, salta y dormitorio aceptables y luminosos.
• Francisco (1/5): Worst experience ever. Filthiest place with unethical owners - Nothing Worst experience ever in an apartment. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building without elevator with the common areas extremely dirty. Inside the apartment there was an horrendous smell coming out of the bathroom which the owner said there was nothing he could do about it. The bathroom is the size of a closet and doesn’t seem to have been cleaned in the past decade. It was the filthiest of apartments we have ever seen. There were blood stains on the bedsheets, crushed bugs glued to the wall, stains all over the apartment’s carpet, all kitchen equipment unusable and with mould, electrical installation open and over the entrance door . My 7 years-old son has dust mite alergy and couldn’t stop coughing inside the apartment. This medical condition led us to report it to Booking that asked for a written report and said we should contact the owner. We did that and agreed with the owner we should find a different place to stay and they would reimburse us. We got out of the apartment the same day of the contact and returned the keys based on that assumption. After we got out the owner sent a message saying we would not get any refund once these cleaning issues are normal and that it is usual in London. Booking is running away from a suitable solution after several exchange of emails and phone calls. Unfortunately i can’t post all the pictures i have… Also the location is not the one advertised.
