• Dr. Panagiotou (9/5): - The flat was amazing, the facilities excellent and the location ideal We were not given tge access code for the key. The automated instractions provided as code tge word "None" and i had to send messages and then call and wait until the found out the code and provide it for me, while my fily were waiting outside tha flat in the cold (20:00 at night). Also there was only one set of keys and thus we had to move all togethet. There was another set of keys on the table but did not work. We also left a neceser with some personal items and when we provided an adress in Uk for it to be delivered we were told to pass by the office to pick it up, we are residence of Cyprus and a pass by is niot a possibility.

• Sarah (10/5): Such a memorable and pleasant stay! - Very clean, close to restaurants n cafes but the area is not crowded, its very convenient. There is only 1 unit on each floor so it’s very private. Left my ipad inside the unit, and they’d provide us with all the assistance we needed. Really appreciate it! We’d recommend to stay at this property.

• Priya (9/5): Stay overall is amazing ,staff actually took care of everything specially the wifi as it was not working on my first day - Kitchen is very good I guess you should change seating sofa in living room As it is not comfortable
• dhuwayhi (10/5): خيار رائع جداً وسأكرر السكن فيه . - العمارة فيها اصنصير ، سكنت في الدور الاول ، الدور الاول كله لي وهذي فيها راحة كبيرة للعوايل ، الشقة عبارة عن غرفتين نوم وحده منهم ماستر . الشقة بشكل عام نظيفة جداً وواسعة . الصالة جدارها كامل قزاز ومطلة على مبنى عبارة عن جامعة . العمارة في شارع فرعي فما فيه اي حركة سيارات . قريبة جداً من شارع اكسفورد ، وجنبه تماما قهوة واتش هاوس وهي خيار ممتاز جداً للقهوة والفطور . تحتاج مشي 20 دقيقة للوصول للهايد بارك ، بخصوص الطبخ متوفرة الادوات لكن مافيه زيت او ملح او بهارات او اي شي ، فالعوايل الي معهم اطفال لازم يحسبون حسابهم .

Cerca de Oxford street y una zona con actividad nocturna en las proximidades. Esta muy bien equipado. Dos juegos de llaves, parece menor pero, clave para la logística en familia. Lindo apartamento, todo nuevo. Sólo el tamaño de la cama en el dormitorio principal. Podría haber sido más grande, cuenta cuando tienes niños pequeños. No era 2.10 como estaba publicado. El resto excelente.
• Sorana (10/5): Spacious apartment in fantastic location - Fantastic location, spacious & comfortable apartment decorated with taste. The lift is definitely a plus when dealing with luggage / heavy shopping. The place itself was very clean when we arrived and you can tell the property is well taken care of. Check-in more tedious than usual, but the key pick-up instructions are very clear. The kitchen is fully equipped in appliances but was lacking some basic items: no paper towels provided, no large serving bowls (ex: had to use pots to prepare a salad). No seasonings available either; it would have been nice to have some oil, salt & pepper on hand. It was by no means something that ruined our stay, but it was unexpected and slightly annoying.

• Jeanbert (9/5): Perfect stay for a family of 4 - For a family of 4 apartment was perfect. Although lift was not working we were lucky to be on the first floor given we have a toddler and carrying stuff ain’t easy however when we were there lift was being fixed so won’t be an issue for who comes next. Staff were helpful in allowing a later check out of two hours which made up for the tiny lift mishap. All in all great apartment, clean and had anything you need! Nothing
• Ka (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy. Convenient location, safe and quiet neighborhood, lift access for luggage. The host offered one-time mid week housekeeping during our 10-days stay.

• Musab (8/5): Good experience - Very good location Clean and spacious The check out time is very very early , 10am as check out time is a bit weird yet the check in time is strictly at 3pm And if you want to check out at 12noon you would need to pay £50
• Tal (9/5): Superb - Very clean, bright, apartment with toiletries and other supplies provided. The only negative was the noise outside. In the very early hours construction started, garbage trucks, etc. Also, one of the bathroom sinks didn't drain well.

• Meg (7/5): Great location, beautifully decorated and excellent support staff! - Great location! Beautifully decorated! The staff was amazingly responsive! Even though it’s in an alley, it was very loud especially in the morning. Sounded like the garbage man was dumping garbage constantly. Maybe construction nearby? It made it hard to sleep. Maybe a cultural difference but the kitchen didn’t have basics like paper towels, salt and pepper

• Learon (8/5): Great choice! - It was a beautifully decorated, super clean and well equipped apartment. My wife, our 21 month old baby and I stayed in this house for 5 nights. Apartment we stayed in was on the first floor. The building has a small elevator. Location is fantastic; very central, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. We didn't use their baby crib but they have it in the closet. Baby seat was also useful. House is kids friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again. The windows didn't block the outside noise. Even though apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, we woke up every morning around 05:00 because the garbage truck was picking up the trash and after that the recycle trucks were coming for recycle trash! This was the only downside of the house we have experienced.

• Liron (8/5): Good apartment in great location but service could be better - Great location and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. When we arrived, the light in one of the rooms didn't work and it was fixed only the next day. Also, 2 times (a few days apart) we had problems with the hot water (which we eventually managed to fix by ourselves before we even got a response from the owner). The check out time is quite early - 10am. When we asked to stay only one more hour, we got a refusal even after we explained the reason.

• Michael (8/5): Probably wouldn’t stay there again - Excellent location and good facilities. A lot of noise at night outside the property. Young people gathering and shouting. Lorries also outside the windows in the middle of the night with engines running. Very disrupted sleep.
