• Phương (5/5): - Gần sân bay, thuận tiện cho việc đi sân bay mà ko sợ kẹt xe Nội thất cũ kỹ. Vệ sinh ko đc tốt lắm, ấm nước siêu tốc cực kỳ bẩn thỉu. Lễ tân luôn không thấy mặt, gọi điện cũng không bắt máy, chỉ thấy mỗi chú bảo vệ

• Chau Tam Nguyen (7/5): - The staffs' assistance was great. The location is convenient for staying and going around. Coffee shops, restaurants are around there. I didn't like the facility. It's not bad, but it seems they don't check the facility before I check in. When I checked in, I found there was no washing machine, the sink was stuck, the microwave was not working... then I had to wait for 2 days to meet the receptionist, then she assigned someone to put that machine to my room, and someone fixed it. Lucky is the AC, and the refrigerator is working well. Afterward, my stay was good.

• Artem (1/5): Bad - Location close to the airport. Infested with mice! When we arrived, we noticed the room was dirty. Also quite noticable stains on sofa and bedcloth. Terrible smell was coming from the AC (the one above the bed, the second one was OK) when turned on. But still we decided it is OK for a one night stay before cathcthing the flight. When we returned to the room after the dinner we found a mouse sitting on the kitchen set so we packed immediately and left.
• Veronica (6/5): Dissapointed in HCMC. - First of all, the check in experience was unpleasant. People did not speak ANY ENGLISH , WERE UNFRIELDLY AN UNWILLING TO HELP.. Secondly , I was exhausted from a bad experience at previous hotel, having to make a sudden change as, at 77, I could not handle stairs with 2 20 kilo suitcases and a backpack, on my way to Europe for three month. Wabi Sabi had no helper and no elevator. Not stated on their page. So, when I arrive at Sabay Apartments, I did not immediately realize I was given a small studio instead of the one bedroom apartment I reserved. I had medical appointments all day on the second and at my return there was nobody to talk to. In the morning I asked for change on a 100 k vnd bill to be able to tip the taxi driver, the woman dismissed me as if I were a beggar or a dog. ( I would treat beggars and dogs better than that.) The air conditioner in the apartment was weak, until today, April 3rd, when it is OK. (I CHECKED IN AT 17:00 on April 1st.) I seldom have issues with Booking establishments. These were two in a row. I have photos of the box I was given. The freezer section was filled to the top with accumulated frost. I have a picture. I was not given water beyond the first day. There were no hand towels. Two bath towels. No bath mat.No cups or glasses, except some mini cups and two wine glasses. The sink had standing water in it. Would not drain.No toilet paper holder . Had to twist my body to get it from on top of the tank. Empty water bottle inside the kitchen cabinet. A wall clock without a battery, or a dead one and the kitchen clock with no reset instructions. All signs only in Vietnamese. Yet I saw other Western guests. The mattress on the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Fine for some. Horrible for me. I had back ache both nights. With poor air conditioning, I could barely sleep.Would not recommend.
• Megan (7/5): Convenient Apartment Near the Airport - The location is 5 minutes by car from the airport. We were provided with only 2 towels and 4 bottles of water for 5 people.

It had only 1 towel and 1 small roll of toilet paper; the shampoo and shower gel smelled awful. Staff and security guards were not useful at all when asking for help. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, very close to the airport; the rest was below average.

We had a 2-roomed appartment, which was very spacious and had everything needed for a one night stay. I cannot think of anything right now. Just that we saw some small larvas on the walls and ceiling, I dont know what they were, but seemed sticked there and we are still alive :-), nothing serious.

The room was dirty. The shelves of the kitchen block were fat and obvioiusly not cleaned for weeks. The top of the clothes cabinet had not been cleaned for years given the layer of dust and rotting things on it. Isaw the cleaners at work, 5 minutes in and out, only the floor and arrange the bed and off they were.
