• Itunu (8/5): GOOD STAY, LOVELY AMENITIES (POOL) - The pool, sauna were very nice, heated and we made good use of it. Good location to get to tram and coles & train station just opposite. Room had good space. Beds & Bedding were comfy. Didnt spend much time on balcony but was nice. Free parking. Ashame we couldnt get access to the outside area & virtual golf. No TV in shared area for us to enjoy together with kids. (There was one in each room though). Couch was bit dated and not that comfy. Nice to have coffee & tea but there was no sugar. Had issues getting the dryer to work. It came once, stopped then we couldnt get it to start again. Carpark was bit of walk to the elevator.

• adrian (7/5): Checking in was like an escape room experience - Location was amazing. Very quiet once you were in your room. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was amazing! Great room for a small group or family to stay when you have something on in the city. Not a very comfortable room to just hang out in. The room was fine, but the walls were grubby and the IKEA furniture was starting to fall apart. No art on the walls at all, just bare white walls. Other small things like no instructions for where the pool, sauna, etc were. We never found them. There was an iron, but no ironing board. The couch in the living area was very uncomfortable and grubby. The bank transfer outside of the booking system for damages deposit was odd. It felt very scammy to get a message from someone asking for the deposit. Finding the keys and checking in felt like a challenge from the Amazing Race. We never saw anyone. We decided to park out of town and catch the train in instead of trying to run the inner city gauntlet of parking, finding the check-in details then finding the carpark.

• Pinkerton (8/5): Good location, nice apartment but can be a bit noisy - The apartment had two separate bedrooms which suited our needs and had all the basic amenities. Good location close to the train station and tram stops. It was quite noisy at night, we only had one key which was difficult as I had to co-ordinate this with my mother who didn't have a phone. And whilst I didn't cook, if I wanted to the kitchen was a bit short on some basic utensils. There was only one knife which was very blunt.

• Jody (1/5): Do not stay here, no staff at site to give any help. And you call, they say they have limited English. This is like a bn - Location Car park has minimal signage, very tricky to find where to park.

• Robbie (5/5): Ok for a short stay , don’t take a car . - Well priced , and good location . Owners gave good instructions. I was driving so having to collect keys and then find the parking space was a challenge . The property was very small and not that exciting. Not somewhere I would want to spend a few days in, but ok for one night or short stay. All a bit of a hassle having to find somewhere to park , pick up the keys , then find the parking spot. And then do it all again on departure.

I originally was dubious when asked by a private number to pay a 'damages deposit ' to their account as I booked through a site. It turned out to be legitimate and the owner was lovely and very responsive. I received my deposit back the next day.

• Narelle (1/5): Falsely advertised, was filthy, linen was so poor & owner was so difficult to deal with - I liked nothing about this property - it is the worst place I have ever stayed and the host/owner has not co-operated at all. They falsely advertised it. I do not recommend booking this apartment This place was falsely advertised. Booking said 1 DB & 1 SB in each room but there was 2 DB in one & 1 DB in other, Not only could we not continue our stay due to the false bedding but the place was filthy & the linen was so poor. We could not stay our second night due to the false bedding configuration & they refused to refund that night. They have since changed the false listing.

• Kechagias (4/5): Great location, friendly owner not would not be looking to stay here again given our experience. - The location and pool were great and one of the concierge staff were very friendly. The owner was also responsive to text messages in the couple of days leading up to our stay. The advertisement was for two double beds and two single beds but upon arrival, we found out that the two single “beds” were actually couches. One folded down to a fold out couch and the other one was a Chase - I was quite embarrassed as we had all paid equally and were given false advertising. Had I known this prior to booking, we would not have booked. We had to also make our own beds, and there was a thick layer of dust over all of the furniture, with mismatched furniture and fold out chairs being used in place of actual furniture. If there is no capacity for the apartment to house six patrons for the night, then it should not be advertised as such. Upon close inspection when making the beds, the couch had visible (white?) stains on it and there were not enough glasses etc for us. The intercom also never worked and there was only one key which made it difficult for six young, professional women to utilise at once. The owner also wanted the deposit transferred earlier (the night before) for wanting to check in an hour earlier for cleaning etc purposes but the apartment was not clean. The bathroom shower was also not sealed off very well and we had to put towels down to prevent flooding. The owner also messaged me on multiple occasions post our stay to try and get me to leave a positive review which made me quite uncomfortable as this was not reflective of our stay.
