• Joachim (6/5): Zum Übernachten und Stadterkundung ok - Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Keybox an der Tür. Drei Schlafzimmer sind eigentlich super, aber eines war halt gleichzeitig Esszimmer. Schwer zu beschreiben, da Küche und Bad neue Möbel haben und sehr gut sind, der Rest der Wohnung aber saniert werden müsste. Massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem und Schimmel hinter Wandbildern etc. Teilweise dreckig, speziell hinter Heizkörpern. Die Lage ist auch so ein Mittelding: Das Gebäude und die umliegenden Blöcke sind fragwürdig. Unter der Woche war alles ok, aber am Wochenende standen draußen schreiende Jugendliche die ganze Nacht und zertrümmerten Flaschen und klopften an die Tür und Fenster der Wohnung. Draußen stehen Unmengen Mülltonnen und Sperrmüll rum. 500 Meter weiter ist alles super. Internet ging fast gar nicht, und wenn, extrem langsam.

Estaba sucio, la habitación estaba en un sótano con una ventana que no se podía abrir, las camas no las estiraban solo echaban el nórdico encima. El baño, las tazas… no se limpiaban

• Victtoria (10/5): Very good - I arrived very late at the flat but it wasn't a problem at all. The key was just in a keybox so no stress about checkin time. Another thing I liked about the place was how big it is. All the rooms are very large.

• NADIA (6/5): Bon emplacement mais que je ne conseille pas - l'emplacement par rapport aux centres d'interets l'environnement peu rassurant du logement. Nous avions un groupe de jeunes pendant la nuit a discuter devant notre fenetre de chambre..et cela tous les soirs. Le logement est vieillissant et le logement n'était pas très propre. Mention spéciale tout de meme pour les ventilos car en période de chaleur le logement est une vrai fournaise.

Piano terra con semplice porta di legno d'ingresso, non vi sono cancellate di sicurezza alle finestre. Bagno molto angusto e separato dalla zona. Bagno con vasca e lavabo (Scomodo se si è in più famiglie)

• Eloy (8/5): Un lugar perfecto para descansar y echar el día fuera descubriendo la ciudad. - El alojamiento está en una ubicación muy buena cerca del metro, con locales de comida rápida y desayunos bastante cercanos. Una parada de metro que no es muy concurrida lo cual se agradece en temporada alta. Ademas destacar la cercanía con la torre de Londres y el Tower Bridge. No supe en ningún momento cómo poner la calefacción general del apartamento, en una de las habitaciones detrás de la cama había bastante humedad y el suelo estaba sucio cuando llegamos. En la habitación de la humedad encontramos bastante arañas en un armario. La ducha es un poco complicada para acceder a ella una persona mayor lo tendría muy complicado.

Malgré tout, pour notre séjour, c'était adapté, car nous sortions beaucoup. Mais il ne nous a pas donné envie d'y rester la journée.
• Rikke (9/5): Vi var meget tilfredse og glade for vores ophold 🙏🏻 - Super beliggenhed, masser af plads, renoveret med opgraderet bad og toilet. Køkken var fuldt udstyret og alt fungerede super godt. Tæpperne var gamle og beskidte og gammel bygning, men der var gjort meget for st gøre det fint og hyggeligt.

L’host Joe è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. A dieci minuti a piedi si arriva alla metro di Liverpool street per poi andare in qualsiasi parte di Londra. Siamo stati veramente bene.

• Mareen (9/5): Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung nahe Brick Lane - Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, sehr sauber und bequem. Der Check-in über Keybox war einfach und problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten zur Brick Lane, und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

• Linda (4/5): Fijne locatie, appartement voldeed niet aan verwachting - 10 minuten lopen van metro Aldgate East of Whitechapel. Vanaf daar ben je met 30 minuten bij alle bekende bezienswaardigheden. Appartement geboekt vanwege 3 slaapkamers. Comfortabele bedden. De accommodatie heeft achterstallig onderhoud en was niet goed schoongemaakt.Dit gemeld bij de host die goed en snel reageert. Hij zou het opnemen met de schoonmaker.

• Joshi (9/5): Superb - The flat is located on ground floor therefore made easy for my parents. The apartment is near to Aldgate and Whitechapel station, both around 10mins walk. You can find various food restaurants on nearby. The host Joe is amazing. He agreed to provide us early checkin on request and also provided some extra hours for checkout. That really helped a lot!!! The flat provides you all basic amenities. No local people live nearby.

You can hear the people in the flat above moving around, so if you're a light sleeper I'd recommend bringing some ear plugs.

• Lara (3/5): Poor - First tube station is just few minutes away, shop is nearby-with very friendly staff. Owner was friendly and he arranged check in earlier, as we came in London in the morning. Apartment was not clean, with a serious mold problem. mold is spreading on the walls, even the bedding had a damp/moldy smell. I think that such an apartment should not be rented out until these problems are sorted out, because mold in such quantities is dangerous to health.

Didn't know we had to tell the owner prior that we need parking spaces, so he could book a space for us, however this was sorted once we reached there.

• Roman (10/5): I really appreciated spacitous rooms, cleanliness, and the host communicated promptly! - I liked that the rooms were spacious and clean, I liked there was a washing machine with washing gel available. I appreciated two big bottles of water available upon arrival and some cookies too! Towels were soft and clean as well. Just minor things really, nothing which would avoid me booking this apartment agaion: The doors to toilet are really hard to open, I can imagine some less strong person might get into trouble getting out of the toilet. I think the carpets need some cleaning soon. I recommed exchanging/fixing some cupboards as they doors.

• Jarosław (8/5): Very good - Reasonably priced, not far from the metro and within walking distance from Liverpool Station. OK for a short stay. Could use some renovation, clean windows would be a nice addition too.
• Gae (8/5): Spacious and central - Perfect location, a few steps from the brick lane, Spitalfields market and all the restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet and residential street. Easy to go everywhere and good deal for large groups. We were 5 and didn't have any issue. Lack of a common area, like a living room with sofa. One of the rooms has a big table, which is practical for eating
• Katherine (5/5): Basic spot in a great location - Great location! Host who was very accomodating and had clear instructions for arrival. Appreciated having a dresser and hanging space in each bedroom. It's a pretty bare bones spot that needs some cleaning and updating. There was a lot of shabbiness: the bathroom wasn't very clean, the walls are thin and the windows are drafty, with some noise from outside at night. There's a piece of white paper taped to the front door as a way of...blocking an open grate. It worked just fine as we were out and about, and the price was right.

It’s few minutes walk to train Whitechapel and Aldgate East stations. If you want to eat chinese and the like foods, pass by Aldgate East. If you want arabic and indian foods, pass by Whitechapel. I didn’t meet Joe (host) personally but you can keep in touch with him by calling or messaging him. He’s very accommodating. This is my 1st time to book a flat in my travel and this property and host exceeded my expectations. Thank you. None
• Szilvia (10/5): It is a nice and comfortable apartment for a family. - The host was very kind and helpful. He sent very detailed information about how we can get the keys. There are 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It is close to the subway and the bus station, 8-10 mins walk. Also close to the Brick Lane, where there are a lot of restaurants and bars. The Upmarket Brick Lane Food Hall also was very interesting for us. There was only one blanket on the beds, and I think two separate blankets would be more comfortable for 2 adults. But it is only a small issue :-)

• Márk (1/5): A Nightmare Experience - Mold, Filth, and Deception - Nothing. I booked this apartment with high hopes, but the reality was nothing short of a horror story. The entire apartment was engulfed in mold and filth. Thick layers of black mold covered every window, and the windows themselves were dirty, some even shattered. Upon our arrival, we were nearly suffocated by the pungent, moldy air that rendered the living conditions almost uninhabitable. Numerous pieces of furniture were dirty, damaged, and in a state of disrepair. The ceiling and walls bore the unmistakable marks of water damage, with haphazardly applied wallpaper attempting to conceal the mold. Of course, the beds were no exception, all of them broken, and the bed frames regularly collapsed during sleep. The bedding was undoubtedly not cleaned, as we discovered numerous stains on it. In summary, cleanliness is a foreign concept to this accommodation, and they deceitfully hide the true condition of the apartment in their advertisements. To make matters worse, they flat out refuse to provide a refund. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

• Reid-diaz (9/5): I would 100% book again - The space was decorated very nicely, it was brightly lit and a comfortable temperature, which was amazing given the cold outside. They rolled the towels and left them on the well made beds so we didn't need to search for anything. It seems they care for their space very well between stays! I wouldn't say I didn't like it, the taps for the shower are backwards (cold is hot, hot is cold), but that's just something that I found after a few minutes of trying to get warm water. The water was HOT very quickly once I realized they were opposite.
