Security Camera Disclosure For security purposes, there is one outdoor security camera located in the carport facing the front entrance. This helps us verify guest arrivals and ensure the number of guests matches the booking. There are no cameras inside the property. Dogs — Welcome by request (fee applies) Small non-shedding dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $100 pet fee per pet per stay applies. The property is fully fenced. Dogs must stay off beds and couches and must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for any pet damage. A $50 cleaning fee may apply if pet mess is left at the property. These additional fees are collected directly. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. It has space for everyone. - The owners seem to think of everything from chargers, 3 TVs, foam surfboards to oil for cooking.A very easy kitchen to cook in. The location is perfect - close to river and beach, across the road from the IGA and the pub. The outside of the property like outdoor furniture and outside balconies were very dusty, and some chairs were mouldy.
