• Richard (1/5): A disaster - Nothing Very difficult to find , NO ELECTRICITY, door key permanently in the lock ! Dirty , marks on the walls , everything was a nightmare and I would like some money back!
• Teddy (1/5): Deceptive B&B unit - Noting I like ! No electricity supply at all day ! Boiler didn't work, no hot water ! The sheets are not clean ! Microwave oven not working ! The refrigerator is not working and all our meat has gone bad !

• Dariusz (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was booked for 6 people, however there were only two beds available for 4 people. The third one was completely devastated, dirty, without sheets. Besides, there were only three towels - unfortunately wet. Until the morning hours, the noise coming from the club below does not allow you to sleep!
• Rook (1/5): Terrible host, avoid this property. - Location was convenient. TERRIBLE HOST, not fit to be on booking.com. Poor communication and property was not fit for use. There was no power to the apartment upon arrival, due to the electricity bill being in debt, despite the host having been through prior to our arrival and telling us the property was ready for us. The host's contact details are invalid, and I had to wait several hours for a response - which was unapologetic and unhelpful, by the time I received a response I was walking around with a torch as it was near on 10pm. I ended up having to fix the power myself by going down the road and topping up the hosts electricity bill for them out of my own pocket, with the promise of repayment from the host, which I'm still waiting on over a month later as I write this review. The host is no longer replying to my messages, despite having assured me payment was on its way and I've resorted to dealing with booking.com directly. 0/10

• Alicja (1/5): Very bed value for money - Location close to metro station - No electricity at all on arrival (we had to go personally with children in the evening to pay for it and charge the meter for extra 50 GBP). No refund by owner despite promises by now - no WiFi at all during whole stay despite promises to organize it - no bedsheet for one of us - broken shower in 1 bathroom (hot water only) - very poor communication with owner (barely no responses)
• Robert (6/5): Not bad, wouldn’t use the flat again!!! - We had no electricity when we arrived . Spoke to a neighbouring flat, he said it wasn’t the 1st time, it had happened.No dishcloth, t-towel, shower head in en-suite didn’t work,toiletries were non existent, dirty used drink bottles on dining room table(assume left by previous people). No coat hooks, and window catches were broken., leaving the apartment insecure. No clothes storage(eg chest of drawers, wardrobe) should we have stayed for longer. Also not every body has the right equipment for running the T.V.

• Abdullah (10/5): Great - Property was amazing, everything was neat and clean. It was right next to Stockwell station, 5 mins away from Victoria and 10 mins away from Oxford Circus.
