Il titolare mi aveva confermato personalmente questa condizione tramite il suo numero personale. Tuttavia, quando ho chiesto di esercitare questa flessibilità, il titolare ha cambiato idea e ha negato la richiesta. Questo comportamento è inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando che avevo prenotato sulla base di questa promessa. Ingannata e delusa dalla mancanza di professionalità e dalla scarsa serietà dimostrata. Non consiglio a nessuno di prenotare con loro e cercherò di avvertire altri utenti sui rischi di questo tipo di comportamento."
