Guest Reviews
- Barwick (10/5): Nice quiet space in a nice country town. You will be impressed. - The place was smallish but had every comfort we could have expected and more. The extra attention to detail was above what I had seen before, and I have stayed at a few nicer places. The place is decorated nicely, has small but functional kitchen. One bathroom and separate toilet. It was warm inside whilst cold outside. Beds are comfortable. Nice finishing touches like, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and snacks. Also, toothbrush and toothpaste if you happen to forget your own. There was also access to a workspace (by request) if you needed to print something out. I would stay again when in Orange. Nothing really. It was a few minutes from centre of Orange but that was not a drama as we had a car.
- Kerry (9/5): Very comfortable and cosy stay in Orange - There were a lot of little extras which made our stay more enjoyable. There were Easter treats, milk and mineral water in the fridge, breakfast toppings and loads of things ( you may have forgotten) in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. The towels weren’t great.

- Nicole (9/5): - Gorgeously appointed. Had everything we could need including an umbrella! Thankfully we didn’t need that. Very clean. Nice selection of teas. 10-15 minutes out of the main part of town so couldn’t walk anywhere but only a short drive. Lovely place, would definitely stay again. Can’t walk anywhere

- Amy (9/5): Beautiful place, great location, comfy beds and homely linens, personalised accessories, and style. - The Baker's bnb was beautiful and secluded. It was ideal as we travelled through for work and relocation. We were 5 minutes from the Uni and a short drive from the main part of town. The facilities in the property were fabulous, water pressure meant shower and bath were a relaxing way to start and end the day, the weather was hit and miss, so the aircon and fresh air mix was perfect. Loved watching the chooks poke around in the garden, and service guide meant that we enjoyed a couple of local restaurants and shops. I needed to do some printing, and the boys made it a simple task. Loved it all! As the cars were loaded up it would have been nice to park a bit closer, but I am confident that had we have asked, we could have used some of the driveway.

- Wendy (9/5): We had a wonderful stay in Orange - everything we could wish for was provided. - Beautifully presented: clean, tidy and fresh. Everything one could wish for was provided. We have no complaints!
- Grant (10/5): You must stay here - The little touches made this location exceptional.
Nice quiet location, comfy beds and little tid bits such as a large selection of T2 tea, the cold drinks left in the fridge up to little treats such as skittles and chips for your enjoyment.
Will not hesitate to stay here in the future and can only highly recommend it.
- Michelle (9/5): Beautiful, luxurious, compact suite where I felt spoilt and didn’t want to leave. - King sized beds were super soft and luxurious. Not a large suite but the set out was beautiful and well appointed. Had everything you need plus more. Nothing I didn’t like.
- Caleb (10/5): -
- Sharon (9/5): Well appointed accomodation in residential area - Well appointed home stay in residential area of Orange. Walk to Botanical Gardens for coffee and lunch. Roads too busy to walk at night Too far from city centre - own fault as read 4.5 kmhs as 450 metres! On a suburban block with neighbours very close.
- Kylie (8/5): - Everything we needed was there very comfortable, many breakfast extras where provided with drinks in the fridge, great selection of coffee and tea hot chocolate which my kids loved, and cookies.💞 delicious cheese platter was provided at an extra charges, but beautifully done in the fridge on arrival very welcoming. That U could not control the heating was so hot 🔥🥵 in the mornings had to open all the windows and it was 2dgrs 😱.
Also in the kitchen there is no space to put your groceries, but lots of things where already provided .
Little out of town which made it a bit of a drive couple of times a day to hockey fields .
- Coyte (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (10/5): A lovely warm place to stay, with everything we needed, when visiting Orange on a snowy weekend. Thank you ! - Perfect for what we needed
- Kayelene (9/5): Superb - The little bit extra was wonderful and the bed was comfortable it was lovely staying here In the bathroom maybe a soap container on the wall and shampoo , conditioner and body wash could be up on the wall as it hard for people to bend down when you get older
- Susie (9/5): Drew and Scott are wonderful hosts - Very comfortable, great facilities. Hosts are very responsive and very helpful It is a little far to town unless you have a car
- Kath (10/5): We enjoyed a relaxing & comfortable stay. - The suite was very tastefully decorated & very comfortable. Everything we could have wanted was provided. The tourist information & tips for eating out were helpful. The attention to detail was appreciated. Communication with our host was easy & quick. Nothing
- Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - A lot of very thoughtful touches. You can see the hosts vast hospitality experience shown in the design choices.
- Ram (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (10/5): Wonderfully cosy stay for a couple or small family. Thank you to our hosts for going above and beyond, highly recommend - Impeccably clean, extremely well appointed, extra thoughtful touches, warm and cosy, comfy beds, playstation for our 12 year old!
- Tania (10/5): Absolutely amazing highly recommended - Drew was absolutely amazing Nothing
- James (7/5): clean and private -
- Jo (10/5): Great location, very clean perfect for a weekend away -
- Kristi (10/5): Fabulous - Had everything you needed Nothing
- Meghan (10/5): Wonderful, would definitely choose to stay again if we are travelling to Orange. -
- Melinda (9/5): Cute B&B - Easy check-in with safety box system so we could arrive at any time after check-in time. Parking is available in the driveway or out on the street. Street is a quiet residential street. This is a small 2 bedroom flat, at the back of a house. Access via the side door. Tiny but very cute and comfy with a convenient kitchenette and a fab coffee bar, fresh milk and water in the fridge, basic condiments, and very clear and easy instructions for checkout. The beds were extra comfy. Fab bathroom/shower products for use. We picked this bnb because of its location to Waratah Oval, but it's about an 8 min drive to the main street. Not that it bothered me but some travelers might like to know that this property has no access to the backyard you can see from the bedroom window. Also, the reverse cycle is centrally controlled therefore you have to request to change the temperature. We were happy with the setting.
