- Denis (6/5): Great property but no parking - Clean, spacious room, all equipment you can need Advertised free parking but when I arrived there were no spaces. On phone an employee told me to park in the garage next door (which costs 25 euro) and I will be reimbursed. The money never came and they do not reply any more.

- Sabine (4/5): - Das Einzige was ich positiv finde, war; Der nette Mann am Telefon, der war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen ins Zimmer zu gelangen bzw. Unseren belegten Parkplatz frei zu räumen. Tiptop. Leider waren wir vom Rest sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung und der Lage; 1. Sehr viel Lärm und Küchengerüche rundherum. 2. Die Terrasse SZi. lag im Erdgeschoss Sicht/ Innenhof (jeder konnte ins Schlafzimmer blicken, wenn das Rollo nicht unten war, dann war es natürlich sehr dunkel im Apartment. 3. Dasselbe Problem im Eingangsbereich, dass gleichzeitig das Wohn/ Esszimmer war. Privatsphäre null! 4. Das Sofa stand quer, mit Blick zum Esstisch, also weg vom TV. Zum Fernsehen auch eine sehr interessante Position. 5. Die Küche war sehr dürftig bestückt ( wir mussten uns Kaffeetassen kaufen, Teegläser gibt’s) ja und das Geschirr usw. war auch ziemlich schmutzig. 6. Die Wohnung selbst war aber sauber. Wir sind eine Nacht geblieben und haben uns dann aufgrund unmöglicher Erholung, ein Hotel gebucht. 7. Für eine Nacht finden wir das Apartment ok. Tut mir leid; Längeren Aufenthalt können wir leider nicht empfehlen.

- Franz (8/5): Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz kleiner Mängel genossen. - Die Lage des Apartmenthauses ist gut, da alles in Graz leicht erreichbar ist, obwohl die Umgebung nicht gerade schön ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön war, dass es einen Parkplatz gab. Wir waren 9 Tage mit Kind in dieser Wohnung und da hätten wir uns mehr als 1 Geschirrtuch gewünscht. Außerdem gibt es weder Besen noch Staubsauger in der Wohnung. Wir hätten zumindest einen kleinen Besen und ein Kehrblech erwartet. Auch die Geschirrausstattung war teilweise dürftig (z.B. gab es nur 1 Kaffeelöffel)

- Jitka (10/5): Velmi funkčně zařízený a dostupný apartmán. Zůstali jsme na jednu noc, měli jsme veškeré pohodlí. - Klidný a hezký apartmán. Zůstali jsme jen na přespání cestou do Chorvatska. Bylo tam hezky teplo, uklizeno. Byl to příjemný pobyt.

Gute Ausstattung, genug Kaffee SAUBER Teeauswahl wäre für meine Tochter toll gewesen, der eine Teebeutel der vorhanden war, war leider kaputt. Geschirr könnte sauberer sein, Kaffee war aber ausreichend da

- Robert (9/5): - Modernes kleines Apartment, mit allem was man braucht. Ein sehr bequemes Bett. Ruhig in der Nacht. Habe leider keinen Pin für den Check-in erhalten. Das Problem konnte aber telefonisch in 15 Minuten gelöst werden. Das Internet hat leider nicht gut funktioniert. Das Fernsehen über Joyn ging ebenfalls nicht gut.

- Aleš (5/5): Unpleasant experience - Great and cosy appartment with everything you need for short stay. The check in was easy, quiet location outside of city center. They advertise free parking but you have to be very lucky to get one. After we arrived in the building of appartment all the parking spaces was ocupied. After I made a phone call to main hotel which is not in the same building, the employee said to me that I can park in the near garage and they will refund the cost of overnight parking which was 25 EUR. So next day I send them pictures of ocupied parking spaces and reciept of payment by email. In a few days they send the approval and a note that refund process takes a few days. So after 20 days and 3 more emails in which I asked them why it takes so long they didn't reply to me anymore so I gave up. For me it was very unpleasant experience so be carefull.
