- Rhian (5/5): Location is great but the property needs some work. - Location for this property is great, the beach is literally at the end of the street with a short walk to the Blairgowrie shops. Easy access to enter the property with a locked code. This property has had a very quick refurb done cheaply unfortunately and no thought has been given to guests. Downstairs bathroom had a glass showerscreen that had come off it's rail, so couldn't be used. Screen door on the main upstairs area had a rip in it, there were no accessible powerpoints in the second bedroom, which included 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe. No fans in the bedrooms as promised. The television was unwatchable on free to air, ok if you had your streaming service log in. Not enough armchairs or couch space for over 2 people. Outside furniture in the garden area was dusty and dirty.
