• Gregg (8/5): Pleasant building. Not new which adds to charm but nicely renovated. - Very clean, spacious. Great position in town. Easy to access. We felt it could use a mattress topper.

Candle wax spilt near bed head, dirty behind bedside tables. Some areas need a touch up of paint. Mattress was super hard, did not sleep well at all! The actual hallways and staircases were smelly, like there was rubbish somewhere nearby.
• Haverfield (5/5): We very much enjoyed Bendigo but wouldn’t stay at that accommodation again - Location The shower had left over soap fragments from previous guest. Mould on bottom of wall tiles. 2 mugs supplied but not any glasses. Mould on carpet near window and fridge.

• Koa (8/5): Great for the price. - The toilet was really spacious. Location made walking to various attractions a breeze. Beds were pretty comfortable The bed sheets didn't seem too clean. Noise from bars at night - To be expected with the location honestly. Wearing earbuds makes up for it.

• Jane (8/5): great location for overnight stay in Bendigo - great location for our overnight stay in Bendigo, walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. street parking available, free for the weekend. the accommodation felt very secure and safe, with PIN allocated to our room as well as the entrance door. mattress very basic.
• Glenn (1/5): Very Disappointing - The location Everything else. The bed was hard and lumpy, the room was small and pokey even though it was advertised at 24 m2. Turned out to be only about 16 m2, this was very disappointing. The motel promotes garden or city views. We'll that was interesting. See photos attached. We were also disappointed that they only offered street parking or paid public parking next door. This may have been an oversight on or behalf, but if alternate car accommodation is required or there is a payment required for parking, it is usually brought to one's attention.

Places I wanted to see walkable nearby with close bus service. Spring bed with very thin pillows not the greatest but ok. Better pillows. Daily renewal of milk for tea.

P The frige was not working and full of slimy Water mould and stunk . The tv wouldnt . TV woudnt pick up local tv programms Spider in the bathroom quit big dust on the Skirtingbord dust on top of the bed head More dust on the side carbourds alongside The first nigh party norise loud hours untill 2pm in morning. the wall side . Marks on the walls No spoon to for the coffee or sugar. A tiny milk carton.

Rooms are not sound proof at all, people slamming doors all night. Pillows were the cheapest shitest pillows you could buy. Didn't even want to shower it was that disgusting

Plenty of choices for food nearby and fantastic library opposite. I was very disappointed that there was no onsite parking and it was not mentioned in the description. Rooms were small and could have done with a small table rather than sitting on the bed all of the time.

• Thomas (7/5): Great location in the centre of town - Great location right in the centre of town, close to cafes and restaurants Why bother to put tea and coffee if you don’t supply any milk. One small long life milk would have been appreciated so that I could have a cup of tea in the morning. The bed was very hard. Also no drinking glass. Small things but they make a big difference to your stay.

• Shae (3/5): - It was a bonus being in the centre of town The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in your back all night. I considered sleeping on the floor. Also you could hear everything from the neighbours staying.
