• Asel (8/5): A great location to explore Rome from and very friendly hosts. - The host was amazing, they have accommodated an early check in for us and a late check out at no additional cost. The location is amazing, it is far enough from the Colosseum to be away from the tourist traps and crowds but close enough to walk there in 2 minutes. The neighborhood had some great restaurants and cafes, and it was a waking distance from the Termini station. The apartment is a darker than in the photos. The sofa definitely needs some fixing, we did not use it for sleeping but it did not look too comfortable. A suggestion: it would be good to have an iron in the property.

• Stanislav (8/5): Visit to Rome - The location is great. The apartment is in an old building but is well furnished, the bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom is small, especially the toilet. The fan is noisy. The faucet in the kitchen is not secured properly and wobbles strangely. In the master bedroom, you can hear people talking in the neighboring apartments.

• Amy (9/5): Beautiful apartment with wonderful host, 6 minute walk to the Colosseum. Safe, quiet neighborhood. - Emanuela met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. She gave us in depth online resources to assist us during our stay. She was available to answer questions and help with a shuttle, restaurant reservations etc. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

The host was lovely and gave us an early check in too. The shower was terrible, more like an uneven car cleaning pipe. We reached out but our agent wasnt able to help. Also there were no tissues across the apartment except the toilet.

My family of five were very comfortable here. The photos did lead me to believe it was a lot bigger but we did have plenty of room. One of the bedrooms lacked surfaces/hanging space for luggage and items to be spread out. We had to put everything on the floor.

• Karen (10/5): Would stay again! - The location was excellent! Not a bad walk from termini. Quiet at night but around the corner from restaurants and bars. We were close to all the sites and within walking distance to the tram and metro, if needed. Grocery up the street for anything we needed. Emanuela our host was amazing, prompt with response and communication was easy. Check in was simple. She arranged transport to the airport for us, which was great! Our toddler loved going up the stairs from the living room to the bedroom, plenty of room to walk around the apartment and for storing our bags. Everything was amazing for us!
• Andrea (6/5): Pleasant - Stayed in the flat a group of 6 friends, for 2 nights. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the touristy destinations so only for this factor it is completely worth it. Beds are comfy and the flat has all you need. We found 4 cockroaches during our stay which was an extremely unpleasant surprise, which is why we did not cook at the flat any day. To compensate the host invited us for a cappuccino and a croissant on the last day. If they manage to solve this issue the flat would be perfect value for money, however for us this issue was quite unpleasant.

We were running late due to traffic and parking issues, but by the tine we arrived Alessio was in a hurry to get going so everything felt very rushed. Can i recommend a lock box for self check in? Shower water jet pressure can’t be adjusted is very piercing to the point that it’s almost painful It should be mentioned in the booking description that the apartment is located in a ZTL and that the public parking garage is a 10min walk away. I booked this place specifically as i needed close by parking. Some basics like sugar, salt and pepper and oil would be great to have in the kitchen

Emanuela, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience with airport transfers and even accommodating our luggage before check-in. We would definitely choose this accommodation again without hesitation.

• Blini (6/5): Pleasant - We had just one towel each during our five days stay, and when we asked for other towels, we had to pay 10 euro(with sconto 8 euro) for towel. Nonsens, why we paid the apartment then? it was cheaper if we bought towels in the store.

Our host Emanuela was fabulous. She replied promptly to any concerns, made some great suggestions for places to eat and was very warm and friendly we had an issue with the shower which was leaking, but upon contacting our host the issue was resolved the next day.

She even provided us with juice and snacks, which was great to have after a long flight. Apartment was clean and spacious for our big family with kids. Beds were comfortable, host provide us with soap, paper towel and everything needed. Kitchen had all utensils, microwave, fridge, stove, kettle. Living area with big table was perfect for nice gathering for wine sipping. Apartment located in historic area in old building and we loved the atmosphere. It also located on the street with not much traffic and it was quite at night and even during the day kids can take a nap between sightseeing. We took bunch of beautiful pictures right on our street. Walking distance to Colosseum and nice ice cream shop on the way. Plenty of pizza places and grocery stores. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends. Everything was perfect. Thank you!
