• Kian (1/5): This property 1 Manna Hill Court, 3930 Mount Eliza, Australia is a scam, a fraud. There was no answer to our numerous em - Nothing. It is a scam. This is a scam on Booking.com. The house is not furnished to be rented out. No furniture. No beds. Empty! Owner cannot be contacted. And yet Booking.com listed it without verifying. Booking.com has yet to refund our payment.

But as it should be for the price of the property. - The house is absolutely gorgeous and stunningly, designed and furnishings are pristine I think the garden could have been maintained a lot better. The weeds were very large and we thought our property that was that Grant should have better gardens, well at least better garden maintenance, especially because we were there for a wedding and we wanted to have photos outside. Also the bed in the master bedroom broke on the first night and we had to move the mattress onto the floor to sleep which was very uncomfortable.

Thank you. - spacious clean rooms, lovely views, quiet location Instructions suggested there was a gate and house key in lock box. There was only a house key and the remote control to the main gate was not there. At least the gate was open. Received emails late about access to house, so I had to message to find out the details. Instructions to access property were slightly different to what needed to be done, so felt a bit unsure if it is OK to leave the electric gates open in lack of a remote control, but we had no choice.

• Nicola (6/5): it was ok - the property was beautiful and clean and looked just like the photos. good values for money. the master bedroom bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on and it meant I did not have a good sleep at all. it was harder than any hard bed… there was no lounge to sit on in front of the tv which was annoying… the communication was average… I requested early check in as we had an early flight in from Sydney and the owner said yes but gave no details… I still had not heard anything on the day so we drive around for hours and then messaged asking for details and got a response at 1.30 which was quite abrupt… there was 1 wet tea towel and 1 small towel each … we did like the property but the communication came across a little short and rude and the house is not comfortable… we probably wouldn’t stay here again which is disappointing because we travel for dancing to Frankston area regularly.

• Astrid (5/5): Lovely views from the back deck but facilities were lacking and assistance was not forthcoming. - The view from the back deck was lovely, overlooking the valley and the ocean. Unfortunately we had a number of issues with the property. The bedding configuration was not as advertised. It was promoted as 4 bedrooms, with 3 double/queen beds and 2 single beds. The room with two single beds didn't contain 2 single beds. Instead it was a single bed with a pull out draw, which didn't detached, therefore converted to a double bed. However only a single bed doona was provided and no pillow. We were 5 singles and the only reason we picked this home over others was that 5 people could each have their own beds. 1 person ended up sleeping on a thin mattress on the lounge room floor in their clothes. We also had an issue with the alarm which gave off a loud beep every minute of the day. We contacted the owner who said she'd get someone to look at it, but no one did. On later communications, she advised me that this beeping is 'normal'. Then there were a bunch of small issues which you would normally let slide, but just mounted up. On arrival the nature strip was strewn with rubbish, the key lock had an ants nest making it difficult to get to the key, we couldn't park our cars in the garage, there was no coffee machine which was noted on the properties facilities, however to the owners credit she did arrange for a pod machine to be delivered to us. The upstairs bed was hard and not comfortable. The towels were rough. The kitchen wasn't well equiped with utensils, and had 1 tea towel that wasn't very absorbent. The elevator didn't work, the karoke machine didn't work, there was no Disney+ as noted. The outdoor blinds couldn't be secured therefore blew around in the wind which made sitting outside on a cool night (which it was the weekend we went away) impossible. There was no 'general instructions' booklet so we had to work everything out for ourselves, not the end of the world, but it just added to the list of things.
• Kristy (10/5): Luxurious stay in the mountains with views. - This house is amazing! The kitchen is enormous and the house is beautifully decorated. Luxurious! Wished we could have stayed longer.
