• Lawrence (8/5): very nice place, exactly as described in the listing, would stay again. slow (but reliable) WiFi. - Exactly as described - clean, comfortable, good communications with host. Up just one flight of stairs from the street level. Quick 5 min walk up the road to Tube station with fast, easy connections into central London. The flat is on a side street so somewhat insulated from Camden street noise, and the bedroom is opposite the street side so that room is quieter yet and easy to sleep. I didn't cook, but all the basic pots and pans were there, along with small dishwasher and laundry appliances. Plenty of hot water and the shower/bath were clean and well kept. I'd certainly stay again if I'm in the area. The WiFi was VERY slow - only about 2mbit. It was reliable - meaning it worked the whole time, it was just low bandwidth - power cycle of the network box didn't help ;-) I wasn't there to work so this wasn't a big deal, it was totally functional for email and web browsing.... but if you're hoping to do serious work (i.e video calls) or do lots of high load streaming this might be an issue.

• Peter (10/5): This accommodation was literally in the heart of Camden and was so close to the tube it was effortless to go anywhere. - The accommodation had everything you needed and more. It was so comfortable and had a quiet bedroom for sleeping. There was a fully equipped kitchen diner, with a lounge area that had a comfy sofa. The owner had thought of everything and I was able to contact him easily about check-in / out details and pre-trip. Hard to say, really, we couldn’t find fault.
• Jürg (10/5): Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Camden - Super gut gelegene Wohnung nahe Camden Town, nur 2 min. bis zur U-Bahnstation und trotzdem etwas abseits des Menschenrummels. Guter Gastgeber, tolle Kommunikation. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. Da gibt es nicht viel. Der Kühlschrank hatte beim Öffnen einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Wir haben ihn aber fast nicht gebraucht und daher hat uns dies nicht gross gestört.

• Charlotte (10/5): Perfect! - Absolutely loved our 2 night stay in the apartment. It’s a charming, airy and homely place and the location is excellent. As stated in the property description, the apartment is literally a couple of minutes walk from Camden Town Station and offers an excellent base to explore from. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and modern and has all you need by way of self catering facilities. Chris the host is very attentive, friendly and professional, and the wine and crisps which were waiting for us on arrival was a lovely touch. Self check-in was super easy. Although situated in a vibrant part of Camden, we found that it was very quiet when in the apartment as it’s tucked away on a side street so we got a great couple of nights sleep (bed super comfy). It’s the first time I’ve ever booked to stay in an apartment as I usually opt for hotels but this has been a game changer for me and I will most certainly book to stay again! Loved it!

Chris was exceptionally understanding and accommodated our needs, including having to cut our stay short due to a personal issue. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in London. • Sarah (10/5): Gem of an apartment right in the bustle of Camden! - From the moment we booked our stay, Chris was the most attentive host. We have stayed in London a fair few times for our youtube travel channel and this one of most amazing stays we have had. The apartment was like a home away from home and had absolutely everything you needed. A full kitchen, beautiful bathroom with bath, comfy bed and lovely living room. The location of this apartment is second to none. Literally a 3 minute walk from Camden Town tube and the bagel place literally on the corner provide an awesome breakfast. If you want to be in the centre of it all (but feel secure and have no noise at all) then this apartment is the one for you. We will definitely be back when we are needing to be near to Camden. Lovely welcome gift of wine and crisp also. Thank you so much Chris for a brilliant stay, keep it up. It is so hard to find an awesome host in the city ! There was nothing to not like. The only thing was that the batteries ran out in the tv remote but we could of easily gone to tesco and got some. We didnt need to TV in all honesty as we were out and about.

• Julia (10/5): Live like a Londoner in a trendy flat! - The location of the flat couldn’t have been better. Lots of food and coffee options right outside our door, and just one block to the Camden Town Tube Station. The flat itself is super clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like you were staying in someone else’s home. It was fun to live like an actual Londoner for a week! We instantly missed the flat when we continued our travels and would absolutely stay again :-) Thanks to Chris for being an excellent host!! The only minor thing that I would recommend is to remove some of the cleaning supplies and other personal items from the bedroom closet and kitchen cupboards (some of the cupboards looked like they were stuffed with junk). It also took up potential storage space for guests—we were unable to unpack our suitcases, which is inconvenient for a longer stay!

• Helena (10/5): Spacious, Peaceful Retreat in the Heart of Camden - This apartment is incredibly clean and spacious, perfectly located in the heart of Camden. Despite being in the middle of all the action, the bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Check-in was quick and easy, and Chris went above and beyond by leaving us a bag of chips and a bottle of wine to kick off our Camden adventure. We’ll definitely be returning!
• Marjolein (10/5): Great spacious apartment in the best part of London - Camden Lock - Location is perfect! Walking distance to Metro and Camden Lock. The appartment is very spacious. Great bed and the extra sleeping couch is perfect. Everything from hairdryer till shampoo is available. Heating is working very good. Yes you can hear the metro and citylife. But that fits the vibe! We slept wonderful and had a great time! Loved the bagelstore on the corner for breakfast!

Welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. For the price paid we were surprised that there were no basic toiletries provided such as shower gel/ shampoo. This would have been preferred than the excess of towels provided. I couldn't find the hairdryer.
