Parties are NOT allowed. The use of the property for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good customs, or those that represent danger to the property, are NOT permitted. The house has a decibel monitor and cameras in the external parts, for security reasons and compliance with the rules. Guests are allowed as long as they are all over age (legal age) and do not stay overnight. If they spend the night on site they must be included in the reservation. Everyone must have a valid identity document (Passport, ID card, etc.) Sound thresholds should never exceed 75 decibels, for the good and tranquility of the neighborhood. If these thresholds are exceeded, a warning will be given, if a SECOND warning is necessary for noncompliance with the rules, a fine of 200 USD will be charged. Sexual tourism with minors is totally prohibited and can lead to sanctions and even jail time. If you cause any damage to the property, you must immediately notify the host. Help us by being aware of the environment and while you are not there, turn off the lights, air conditioners and leave all the water taps closed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Kyara (8/5): Prettig - Het huis was ontzettend groot en dus ruim. Ruimte genoeg voor iedereen. Het contact met de eigenaar was goed en we mochten gebruik maken van de was service. De tuin viel enorm tegen. Ik had deze accommodatie geboekt met de veronderstelling dat er een groot terras en tuin bij zat waar ons zoontje lekker in kon spelen. Bij aankomst is het terras dicht gemetseld ( soort serre geworden ) en de tuin is heel erg klein met een leeg zwembad erin. Erg gevaarlijk voor een kindje van 2. In de villa zelf was het erg benauwd. Geen airco in de woning alleen op 2 van de 3 slaapkamers.
