• Francesca (10/5): Our host Denisa was so generous and helpful and it was such a wonderful place to be. - The beautiful birds and jungle right outside the doors. The closeness to everything. The wonderful kitchen, kings beds and shower! The roosters could be a little much at times but the beauty of the jungle balanced it out.

• Frank (9/5): Superb - A really beautiful and spacious, modern house was waiting for us. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The nearest (very nice) beach was 6 minutes away by car. We really liked the location of the house because it is in a really quiet spot in the hills. The last 1.5 kilometres are not paved and are a little easier to manage with a 4x4 vehicle (but this is not a must, at least outside the rainy season). The hostess Deniss was very friendly and helpful. The amount of crockery was not sufficient for the number of potential guests and the cutlery could also be of a better quality. Unfortunately, there was only one comfortable armchair on the (very small) terrace (which was covered). With more garden furniture this house would be a real gem.

• Kristin (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed including a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The beach towels were a nice touch. It is quite far off the beaten path. Definitely need a 4WD car to get up the hill to the house

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Great location with Mountain View. Spacious and comfortable. A microwave would be useful and the crockery and cutlery needs stocking up. The access to the house is along a dirt road and probably requires 4 wheel drive.

• Maria (7/5): Nice place, pretty far out. - The host was very friendly and helpful. This place is waaaay off the beaten track, kinda difficult to get to on dismal roads. "5 Minutes to the Beach" is not true, it took at least 10 minutes to get to the main road.
• Rend (10/5): Lovely house! - It was a lovely house! Clean, close to the beach and spacious. Also the communication for the check-in and -out was very good. If we come back to this part of Costa Rica, we will definitely try to book this accommodation again.
• Joe (7/5): Overall, the experience was relatively good. - We liked the relatively new well furnished house. Everything we needed was provided. The hosts were responsive and helpful. 1. The property is impossible to find based on instructions provided on Booking.com because the house has no address. The host was able to give us detailed instructions at the end. This needs to be improved. 2. The owner of the house lives next to the house which affected our privacy. 3. Two bedrooms in the house have AC. However, the owner entered the house and turned the AC off when we left it on in one room while we were gone for a short time. 4. The TV was turned on remotely during night a few times. 5. The owner’s interferences left us uncomfortable, which significantly downgraded our experience.

• Daniella (7/5): Very cute place to scape from city. - I liked the king beds, modern,clean space. The cleaning fee is super elevated, we stayed 1 nigh and was much more extra money.
• Liliana (9/5): Comfortable brand new house - Richard the host is very nice and helpful, the house is brand new and it is equipped with all needed. A/C is powerful in bedrooms and beds are big and comfortable. You can hear the noise from neighbors, however, it is good that they go to bed early :-).
• Raffaele (9/5): Superb - Quiet location, really new home, great AC, well-equipped kitchen. Super easy to communicate with Richard, and he was very informative too, he even got us some foam to put on the bed cos my girlfriend dislocate her shoulder, foam that we didn't use cos the beds are very comfortable...super nice from him!!! I wish there was a pool but playa hermosa is only 3 minute drive!! The road to get home is unpaved and a bit bumpy but you don't need a 4x4.
