• David (9/5): - Location was excellant, literally a few minutes walk to tube station. Local shops just aroubd the corner too Needed just the right knack to open front door to building, no explanation how key fob worked although it was easy for us to work out might not be the same for everyone

• staceyjaine (10/5): Perfect location - Perfect location close to Arnos Grove station. Plenty of shops nearby too. Comfortable living space too. Check in was super easy and Raj was very kind and accommodating. The only downside is the noise from the other tennants echoeing downstairs. A child was screaming on the stairs and it sounded like it was in the room with us. But this wasn't a regular occurrence and didn't spoil our stay.
• Pavels (10/5): London is very expensive - very nice full furnished flat, very clean, 2 minutes from metro station. Our family felt at home there. There was nothing negative. Everything was very good

• Stefanie (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltestelle (20 Min ca bis Piccadilly Circus) Supermärkten, einem empfehlenswerten Pub! Wir würden wiederkommen! Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, gerade morgens bekommt man viel von den Nachbarn mit. Das Viertel ist charmant aber sehr vermüllt. Aber da kann der Vermieter nichts für... : )

• Danny (9/5): Superb, spacious flat with good local amenities and and great connections to Central London. - The location is Fabulous. A five minute walk to Arnos grove underground station, then 30 mins to central London. Very spacious clean flat with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Superb area with local shops and cafes with great breakfast. Broadband. We were able to get some channels but both broadband and mobile signal was patchy.
• Kim (7/5): A recommended 4* apartment but with a couple of tweaks could easily be 5* - Very clean and spotless throughout the apartment - modern decor - great communication and response with/from host - well equipped kitchen - nice bathroom. Great location too to nip to takeaways, Sainsburys, bakeries and corner shop. Wifi could have been better, stronger and more reliable - it was weak and kept dipping out - the apartment is in London after all. Bathmat, hand towels and tea towels were required - we contacted host and they were delivered same day so a great response. One twin bed had a very uncortable mattress - could do with being upgraded to match the other twin bed.

• Andrea (10/5): Fab London stay!! - How close it was to the nearest underground station, local shops within minutes and secure entrance to property. Noisy neighbours in upstairs building but that's no reflection on a thing to do with this property!
• Marieke (9/5): Prima appartement met metro vlakbij. - Prima appartement, ruim en vlakbij metro station. Auto kon voor de deur worden geparkeerd.
• Delphine (10/5): - Ce logement est vraiment très bien! Propre, tres bien équipé, joliment décoré. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour. Tres bien placé pour vous rendre sur Londres, le metro est vraiment à 1 min à pieds. La communication avec les propriétaires est excellente, réactivité parfaite en cas de besoin, et procédure d arrivée vraiment facile! Parking sur place, et petite commerces ( dont supérette à quelques pas). En résumé, une excellente expérience de location, j espere bien y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour ! Juste attention aux petites fourmis, peut etre faudrait il acheter des pieges. Également voir pour mettre d autres casseroles/poêles car toutes ne sont pas compatibles avec la plaque, mais ce n est pas non plus bien grave.
• H.M. (9/5): - Comfortabel het is een appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Gratis parkeren maar er moet wel een plekje vrij zijn zijn. Heel dicht bij de underground. Het kost je wel 45 minuten om in het centrum te komen. Maar dat hebben we er voor over aangezien je dichterbij het centrum veel meer moet betalen.
• Jennifer (8/5): Det var väldigt trevligt att bo där - Det såg exakt som på bilderna och det var städat när vi kom dit samt att tåg och buss station var två minuter från boendet Det var kallt vatten så vi kunde inte duscha så ofta och att det fanns myror överallt.
• Catherine (10/5): - Proximity to the Tube station, a couple of minutes walk. Piccadilly line straight to London, 25 mins to Leicester Square. The apartment is modernly furnished with all the facilities you could need. Check in was hassle free. The area was quiet. There are ample shops and takeaways within a couple of minutes of the apartment complex. We felt safe in the area. Nothing to complain about.
• Ellie (6/5): Good location but wouldn’t rebook - Great location, spacious and really easy to find and get into. The owner made it smooth by messaging us beforehand all the steps to get in which was helpful. It didn’t feel clean, which made me very uncomfortable. The sheets we crinkled which worried me that they weren’t fresh, the rugs didn’t look like they had been hoovered and the floors had dirt around the edges - it also didn’t have a fresh clean smell, it probably wouldn’t bother some people but things like that make me feel uncomfortable and if it had been properly clean it would have been perfect!

• Ricardo (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, warm and cozy! Actually none. It was nearly perfect but the Arnos Grove Tube wasn’t operational. It wasn’t the host’s fault anyway.
• Eloise (10/5): Lovely, clean and great value for money - Super clean and linen washed well. Huge comfy beds. Big fridge. Easy checkin. Toilet seat a tiny bit loose. Parking not always available directly at property and there’s an hour of residents only so need to move car.

It was a quiet place with parking facilities. Entry into the property was simple and straightforward, other properties could learn lessons from some old fashioned methods of entry into a holiday let. We found the apartment to be clean and modern with very comfy beds. The owner was really good with his communications and replied instantly to all queries. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

• Petra (10/5): Extraordinary and modern amd cozy apartment - The apartment was located in a very lovely neighbourhood, only a 2-minute walk from the metro station. Although the apartment is located outside of the city centre, we could easily access it in 30 minutes. The apartment was extraordinary, nicely furnished with everything that is essential, including towels, cutlery, shampoo etc. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment. We really enjoyed our time there, great apartment, would totally recommend!!
