• Lāsma (4/5): Good location and parking. Doesn't match the photo from Booking.com. - Location. Check in instructions. The room did not match the photos from booking. There were extra beds instead of a sofa. The main room looked like a warehouse. The room smelled of cigarettes. The room door was taped together. The screws on the chairs were loose. The electric stove could not be turned on. The only kitchen knife was bent and blunt.

• Damian (6/5): - Lokalizacja - w 180 sekund od wyjścia z pokoju jest się już na stacji metra Palmovka z której w 20 minut jest się w stanie dojechać do każdej atrakcji w mieście. Mieszkanie duże i przestronne , winda i parking dostępny wcześniej niż możliwość zakwaterowania do pokoju. Podjęliśmy ryzyko mimo iż widzieliśmy w komentarzach że wcześniej był problem z pluskwami , uspokajam wszystkich zainteresowanych że problem już nie wystepuje i nic nas nie pogryzło , widać że mieszkania było dezynfekowane , są powyrywane listwy przypodłogowe a materace i pościel sprawiają wrażenie nowych. Ogólne wrażenie jest takie że jest to przyzwoity wybór ale z małymi niedogodnościami. - Brak możliwości połączenia ze stabilną siecią wifi - niedziałająca płyta grzewcza - Wyrwane listwy przypodłogowe (brzydko to wygląda ale przynajmniej nie ma robali) - kod do drzwi z wiadomości nie pasował musieliśmy dzwonić do właściciela ale na plus że odebrał od razu jednak na wiadomości na booking w innych sprawach nie odpisywał
• Lukas (9/5): Für eine Unterkunft ausschließlich zum schlafen perfekt - Großer und guter Stellplatz, Ausstattung für 5 Personen vorhanden, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder Familie, sehr sauber Man kann den Müll nicht selbst wegwerfen (da abgeschlossen) und etwas lauter durch die anliegende Straße und Straßenbahn (aber es gibt Ohrstöpsel in der Lobby). Ausstattung sehr einfach gehalten, geht nicht über das nötigste hinaus.

• Mária (8/5): - Vlastné parkovanie, čistota ubytovania, samoobslužné ubytovanie Hlučný výťah - návštevníci ho používali do neskorých nočných hodín s veľmi hlasnými dlhými rozhovormi na chodbe, možno upozorniť vopred návštevníkov na dodržiavanie nočného kľudu. Odporúčam na kódovacích schránkach obnoviť písmená - pretože písmená sú používaním zmazané

• Francesca (3/5): - Dimensione della camera ok.riscaldamento funzionante.il proprietario risponde subito e gentilmente ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check out posticipato sotto pagamento giustamente. Molto delusi.appartamento non pulitissimo.il letto appena ci si stendeva uscivano le doghe. È vero che è presente una cucina .ma senza nessuna carineria nel far trovare nemmeno un briciolo di olio o sale.solo mezzo rotolo di carta assorbente.e pentole microscopiche.porte rotte,lavatrice sporca,capelli ovunque.letti scomodi. Nessun wifi.la struttura di per se è comoda per la posizione.ma se cercate solo un tetto sulla testa ok.ma non vi aspettate nessuna comodità . Non so se la maggior parte di tutto questo dipenda dal proprietario o da chi si occupa delle pulizie. Scegliete altro

• Hana (8/5): Vyhovující na přespání na 1 noc - Lokalita, dostupnost O2 arény, zabezpečení budovy, čistá koupelna a kuchyň, v koupelně hygienické potřeby. Přestože jsme byli 3, byly připravené pouze 2 postele, na sedačkách byly skvrny, chyběly utěrky v kuchyni, role papírových utěrek byla vypotřebovaná. V koupelně nebyl ručník na zem. Vedlejší pokoj je zbytečně nevyužitý, mohl by sloužit na spaní pro 3.osobu. Byt je umístěný u hlučné cesty, když je zavřené okno, není hluk slyšet, ale je horko, které nejde vyvětrat.

• Anton (1/5): Auf keinen Fall hierher! - Der Parkplatz war das einzig Positive an der ganzen Unterkunft! Das war die schlimmste Unterkunft die ich je gebucht habe. Haben nur was für ne Nacht gesucht um unseren Prag-Trip zu verlängern. Glücklicherweise mussten wir hier nur für paar Stunden schlafen, es war eklig und stark heruntergekommen. Die negativen Bewertungen sind alle wahr, ich wollte es erstmal nicht glauben. Obwohl es draußen kalt war war es drinnen sehr stickig. Man kann nicht richtig dunkel machen (siehe Bild). Alle Polstermöbel haben Flecken. Die Küche stinkt, wollte und konnte man nicht nutzen. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Duschvorhang, alles wird nass beim Duschen. Die gesamte Möblierung ist heruntergekommenen.

• Lukáš (5/5): Hmyz - Ubytování bylo hezké a moderní Měli jsme kolem postele, na polštáři a po zdech lezl hmyz. Nevím co to bylo za hmyz ale probudili jsme se i s kousancemi a doufáme že si nic neodvezeme domů. Velmi nepříjemná zkušenost.

• Antonino (1/5): Terrible experience - dirty and infested with bed bugs - Nothing The apartment was extremely dirty, and it seemed like basic hygiene was completely neglected. The bathroom looked used before my arrival, and there were disturbing marks on the wall. The night was horrible - I woke up because something was crawling on my face. When I turned on the light, I found bed bugs on the sheets. I still have bites all over my body. I had booked two nights but had to leave after the first because it was impossible to stay in those conditions. To make things worse, the apartment is noisy (you can hear trams and street traffic even with windows closed) and the curtains are too short, so the lights keep you awake. Between the dirt, bed bugs, noise, and light, it’s impossible to get any rest. I sincerely hope the hygiene authorities inspect this place.

• Pūcīte (1/5): Gultas blaktis - - Apartamentos nr. 34 ir gultas blaktis. Nācās nakšņot mašīnā. Dzīvokļa un mēbeļu izskats ir zem katras kritikas. Īpašnieki atsakās atmaksāt naudu, jo esmu ziņojusi par šo Booking. Žēl, ka nevar ielikt 0, jo neko vairāk šī vieta nav pelnījusi.
• Danka (1/5): Ужасно място! - Нищо! Мръсно, шумно, изобщо не е център. Не намерихме нито един приличен ресторант, в който да вечеряме. Наблизо има само локали в който се сервира само алкохол, а това води до много пияни хора по улиците. Домакинът е оставил подробно указание за пазене на тишина, но е пропуснал да каже за нощен бар, от който кънти музика цяла нощ да 7 часа сутринта! Иначе любезно са оставени тапи за уши на входа!!! Чаршафите бяха мръсни - по едната калъфка имаше кръв! Апартамента е на булевард , по който се движат тролейбуси от които е много шумно.Забележителностите на Прага са на 6-7 км, а в описанието пише Център! Не съм била на по ужасно място за нощувка. Не си давайте парите - не струва и цент!
• Lukáš (1/5): - Lokalita, metro v blízkosti, parkování V tomto apartmánu jsme strávili přesně jednu noc, což bohužel stačí pro doživotní lekci. Během cesty domů, začalo podezřelé svědění pokožky, najednou sledujete na sobě velké množství štípanců. S nadějí si říkáte "asi komár" ale po čase a množství toho co na sobě vidíte, si musíte uvědomit krutou pravdu - nebyl to komar, blecha a bohužel ani svrab. Můžeme doložit fotografie zachycující následky z této jedné noci, nicméně je to spíš pro tvrdé povahy. Jistě, nemáme zachycené ty líbezné, krev sající potvory, které na nás v noci hodovaly. Ale s ohledem na načasování a újmu by se někteří mohli domnívat, že je to z tohoto ubytování. V současnosti, řešíme s bookingem jako nezávislým subjektem. Závěrem, netekla ani teplá voda, ale to nám vedle toho připadá jako maličkost.

• Maria (10/5): Seven day extended stay with a group of seven - The place was nice and location very conveniently close to all modes of public transport yet just far enough out of the way to get some peace at the end of the day. Owner/manager was forthcoming and helpful in regards to our requests. Even though confusing at first, the code lock system in the building made it really easy for our group to split up without worry of sharing keys. Being from a colder climate, the apartment got a little too warm at times though the fans and blackout curtains helped. We ran into a little communication error with the cleaning staff who weren't informed of our elongated stay but it was cleared up with some help from Google translate. We had to call for help to get the code lock to open when we first arrived and even the guy helping us was confused but once we understood the mechanism we had no further issues.

• Fredy (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment itself is good, clean and the ratio product/price is very attractive. The instructions are way too looooong and not clear, neither precise enough. We arrived and found the initial safe box outside. The keys were not there. There were also instructions for that case, but....The code to open the building's door without keys work, but the door doesn't open. Thanks God some neighbors came while we were trying to enter. If the keys are not in the safe outside you can find another key on a safe inside...When you enter the lobby in front of the elevator there is a safe...but not the one where the extra key is. The position of those safes (there are more) is not specified, or perhaps we missed it on the looooong instructions. Also the position of the control box to open the parking gate is very hidden and not specified on the instructions. Once we finally figured out how everything works was everything ok but after a long trip you arrive and several things doesn't work makes anyone quite nervous. We rent the apartment for 3 people, on Friday there were 3 towels (1 normal and the other 2 for the hands...). The topic was solved on Saturday morning.

• Rastislavz (7/5): Good - Location, clean apartment. The description of the room bed arangement was incorrect. Advertised arrangement was: 1 double bed in the sleeping room and 3 sofas in the living room, but there was 1 sofa in the bedroom, 1 double bed and 1 sofa in the living room. Fortunately we were just 5 instead planned 6 persons so it did not mind, but if there were 6 of us we would have a bit problem with sleeping. There was no key for opening the garage door and the keyboard for opening/closing the garage outside was quite hidden behind the wall and it was not properly described in the instructions so we had to call the manager. The TV had a very poor signal, with just the internal antenna which was just hanging there we had wiggle with it quite a bit to get somehow watchable signal. Bed was not flat, I had an impression of rolling down. It is quite spartan accommodation, enough for the short sleep-ower but not for a longer stay.

• Mert (2/5): TERRIBLE - The night we arrived our car was unfortunately left outside because we couldn't enter the garage. The garage remote control that will be given to you is actually a scam, there is no microchip, an empty box is given. By the way, they gave a phone number for help on booking, you don't need to call, I called dozens of times during the day and night, the owner of the house never answered, no help. The next day after great struggles, he sent the password for the garage, we entered the password manually and opened the door, I don't know why he didn't give the password at the beginning and gave that toy remote control. The bathroom was clean but the towels smelled very bad and there was hair on them. We asked for towels again, in the evening towels were hung on our door but they smelled bad too. The beds were very uncomfortable and not clean, don't think of a comfortable sleep. Also, there was no air conditioning in the house, it was very hot, we desperately opened the window, we couldn't sleep until the morning because of the metro and vehicle noise because it was next to the street. I have stayed in dozens of houses in Europe, this is the first time I have encountered a house with such problems. If I ever come to Czechia again, I would never choose this place.

• Artur (6/5): Pleasant - Localization was very good close to the subway and shops The water heater broke down and the landlord was trying to "fix it" leaving me and my friends with only cold water for 3 days. . . . When asked about why we got only cold water the answer was that the boiler broke down and no solution to that fact was given. . .
• Matthew (6/5): Good, but could improve - Location is good. Be sure to use Palmvoka exit B from metro. It's a big apartment. Good facilities. Blackout blinds Good WiFi Fridge Pillows were really poor, even with the extras. Was given the wrong PIN to the key lock and took forever to get in touch with owner. Be sure to check the morning of your arrival. It's very loud, trams/cars/people... even deep sleepers need ear plugs.

• Bobby (9/5): Nice place to stay with lots of room. - Large apartment with kitchen and lots of space. 20 minute tram ride into town. Free parking inside in a parking garage. Tub was nice, but no shower if you prefer. Tub but no shower.

• Asta (8/5): Very good - Convenient location. Next to the metro station. There is a private parking space. There is no air conditioner. The windows face the street, so when you open the windows you can hear the noise and smell the cigarette smoke from the street.
