Eravamo stanchi dopo il viaggio ed abbiamo deciso di cenare in appartamento, forno funzionante e stoviglie pulitissime. Il balcone esterno è sublime! Il parcheggio è stata la chicca, comodissimo e ben organizzato. Consiglio a tutti !

• Roxana (1/5): This guy is disrespectful and has no concerns for his guests - Had white bed sheets and towels bud had bed bugs and mosquitoes I don’t know where to start. I WOULD SAY …. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID IF YOU HAVE KIDS & IF YOU ARE NOT IMMUNE TO BED BUGS & MOSQUITOS After arriving from the United Kingdom, we were trying to get the key from the safe as instructed, which was hanging on the boundary fence across the main entrance. Tried to open the safe for over 20 minutes, made numerous calls and sent text messages, but there was no answer. Finally managed to open the safe by force and entered the car park, but couldn’t find 59 as there were no numbers or any markings on the slots. Parking areas were dark, haunting, and where the access to the lift was horrifying. After getting into the flat found there were so many bed bugs and mosquitoes. When I tried to come back to the car, I realised the main door lock was jammed and we were all stuck inside the flat. Finally managed to call a couple of friends who were able to open the door from out outside, and then found out the top lock was broken and jammed the entire mechanism. Then send a message to the owner through booking.com where he mentioned that him self and the caretakers were on holiday, that he can’t do anything, and mentioned that I was unlucky. When we were leaving, couldn’t open the main gate of the car park where I found two people who were renting apartments from the same place, One person from Germany where he had the same experience as us where he had to stay over an hour to get in to the main entrance as it was not working, had the issue with the bed bugs and mosquitoes. Finally, when I tried to leave the keys in the safe, I couldn’t open it for a while. I was going to leave the keys next to the safe hanging on the fence, but I felt bad, so I opened it by force and left the key in the safe. I don't believe all the positive reviews this guy had, as the bathroom floor was not cleaned for a few months, and the towels had holes in them. Would never recommend it to anyone

Sem carro não é bom local para se locomover O anfitrião nos atendeu bem até entrar no apartamento. Após verificarmos que não haviam os itens anunciados como cafeteira elétrica, ferro de passar e a inexistência da academia deixou de nos atender e só nos respondeu quando acionamos o Booking.

• Ionut (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy apartment, great value for money. There is a private parking place in a closed yard which is great. There are 2 supermarkets very close (2-5 min walk). Public transport is also close (M2). The outside of the apartment looks a bit strange in the beginning but finally everything was good.

There's private gated parking downstairs, and the building and room are stylishly and uniquely designed. The room is very cozy and clean. Our host Matteo was very kind and responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you! We’d be happy to stay here again!
• Maryam (8/5): Very good - Overall, the accommodation was clean and the host very welcoming. However, the exterior areas—with high metal walls and grated iron flooring in the corridors and parking—felt quite intimidating. While everything was structurally safe and nothing was broken, the open grates were especially unsettling for anyone with a fear of heights, as you can see straight down through the gaps. My mother, our dogs, and I all felt uneasy walking on them. It would be much more reassuring if these areas were covered or otherwise secured. Despite this, we appreciated the cleanliness and the host’s hospitality.
