• khai keong (1/5): 非常差劲 - 没有满意的 热水器坏了，反映给房东，打电话给房东不接电话，房东看了信息是完全不理会，也完全不回复，我订了4个晚上，3个晚上没热水，我出差那么多年，这是最最最差劲的体验，不会再订这个房源，这个房源会收取押金，可退房之后房东是不会主动把押金退回给客户，要你一直发信息，一直催，过个几天才会退回来，如果客户忘了押金，就代表房东得益了。

• EE LING (1/5): PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - Located in Kepong, well surrounded with food. We checked in after 8pm, exhausted from a long drive in heavy rain, only to face one problem after another. Gate & Door Access – The gate wouldn’t open even after unlocking the padlock; only by pulling with great force did it budge. Strangely, the main door was left unlocked, meaning we had no way to secure the unit when going out. Filtered Water & Cleanliness – The water dispenser area had tiny insects resembling baby cockroaches, so we avoided drinking from it. Soon after, a cockroach was seen crawling across the living room. Sofa Condition – The sofa looked nothing like the photos. It was full of holes and yellow stains, so unhygienic we didn’t dare sit on it. Bathroom Safety – The heater caused the lights to flicker violently with loud noises, raising fears of electrocution. I sent the host a video, but after a vague reply, they ignored the issue. We had to shower in cold water throughout our stay. KL pillow PS: hand towels and bath towels are stained / big piece of dust found on pillow

• Aiman (1/5): - I would like to share my honest experience to alert future guests. This apartment introduced a deposit requirement at the very last minute, despite initially confirming that no deposit was required. This was extremely unprofessional and misleading, as such information should be disclosed clearly before booking, not during check-in. The cleanliness was very poor. The bedsheets appeared unclean and not changed, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The staff in charge was rude and unhelpful, making communication very unpleasant throughout the stay. We were also informed that the deposit would be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, however, more than 42 hours have passed and there has been no refund received. What is most concerning is that we were removed from the WhatsApp group by the staff before the deposit was returned, effectively cutting off communication and accountability. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to reconsider choosing this apartment unless you are prepared to face last-minute charges, poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff behavior, and the risk of delayed or unresolved deposit refunds. Please book with caution to avoid unnecessary loss, stress, and disappointment.

• GABRIELA ADRIANA (1/5): Do not recommend, event though is cheap!Cockroaches in the kitchen, brown water & degrated apartment - The accommodation was not like that in the photos. They decorate the house with nice things for the photo session to catch your eye, but in reality most of them are missing: no nice pillows or blankets, not ceramic plates (only plastic ones), etc. Also, we did not receive the same accommodation as that in the pictures. Although, from what we've seen, that's the standard for most apartments in Kuala Lumpur, with fake photos and offering different apartments. The amenities were cheap, in a bad state, or nonexistent. The overall feel was that the owner & the accomodation company handling the location was that they just don't care about keeping the accomodation up to standards and it just let it degrade it with time.

• Abumz (6/5): Good stay for short term holiday. - The room is good but for the 2nd bedroom for bunk bed is too small. The cleanliness of certain area such as the sliding door is having some dust and hair. The sofa bed was partly damage on one side. The bottom door of the shower/toilet was damaged and floor was not properly clean, the sink have leaking water from the piping at the bottom of sink. Please do the necessary repair and cleaning to be a better Airbnb or homestay especially for family. Thank you for your services.
• Guan (1/5): Worst and irresponsible host 🤬🤬🤬 - None That’s a very irresponsible and worst host ever that I have stayed throughout all my bookings. The host was using the fake/ old picture to advertise in the platform. Initially I thought there’s aircon in the living hall because I have checked all the pictures to double confirmed living hall and room are come with air conditioning before I have my reservation. When the time I checked in and told the host that they are lying and cheating about me on the listing. They mentioned it has been updated in the platform but I have screenshot and proof to them on it and saying in the platform the unit that I booked are come with air conditioning even in living hall. Do you know how they responded to it ? They said I update you nowwwwwwwwwwww that the unit no aircon in the living hall and refused my refund request. And I even wanna to make a police report because they are lying and never show a sign of apology about it. But I have been stopped and told by the officer from booking.com to just enjoy my vacation and don’t waste my time on something that’s not important. This is definitely lying and cheating. If you are selling something that’s not same as per advertised please accept the refund request or i will appreciate if you apologise to your customers. In short, this is not a responsible host.

• Chiew (5/5): Below expectation, layout not as photo attached by host. Multiple faulty electrical applicants. - The location is nice. The apartment is clean. The procedure to check in (get the key from mailbox) and entrance to carpark is easy and simple. 1. The layout and furniture of the apartment is not as photo. Exactly photo for illustration purpose ONLY. There are 2 rooms in apartment, 1 bigger room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, another smallet room with a double decker. Living room with a sofa, not sofa bed. Therefore, it fit adults with bed, not 6 as description. No picture hang on wall or cupboard as photo. 2. The water heater is not functioning well. Information not given where switch need to be turn on from master room. Even if it is turned on, the heater is not functioning well at all time. Water for shower is cold at night. Not to say the switch for heater is spoiled as well once I checked in. The bidet is hard to press for using , difficult for whose with weaker hand such as elderly. 3. The hairdryer and television also faulty. Hairdryer producing lot of smelly smoke after use for less than 5 minutes. The window all need to be opened for fresh air. My family then refused to try using it again. The television turned off automatically while we are watching. Unknown reason. The TV got no sound on next day when we try to turn on again. 4. No knife or peeler is provided at kitchen. The cutlery are advised for better quality.

• Shobana (7/5): However, since it was a work purpose, we didn’t expect much of a comfort. Overall, it was ok. - It’s clean and the property is located in the heart of Manjalara. Generous amount of towels and blankets were provided. Sofa was terrible. My elderly parents couldn’t even sit on it. It was a hard cardboard. We couldn’t sit and enjoy the tv. Tv is not user friendly. Property in the display looks different but what was given to me was totally different.

(Specially for non muslims).for muslims friend don’t worry.. here also have family mart,CU, domino and of coz mamak. Easy check in and checkout with clear instructions. Overall this house is good and clean. The host also fast in respond and explain everything about the condition of the apartment . Really recommended to booked this unit. Check in time a bit late(3pm),perhaps can make it earlier . And check out by 12noon instead off 11am.
