• Lucinda (6/5): Great location, spacious apartment but is worn and wasn't very clean. - Great location, spacious apartment Apartment is really worn and was not very clean. I swept and mopped on arrival. Bedding was fresh and clean though

• James (5/5): A disappointing apartment in an excellent location. - The location, on a quiet street in a vibrant area, is very good. The kitchen is so under-equipped as to be near redundant. There aren’t even wine glasses! The apartment is sparsely furnished with cheap, worn furniture that needs to be replaced. The host arranged to meet us on our arrival for check-in, and he didn’t show up. He then rescheduled for the next day and once again didn’t show up. It was only on the third attempt that he actually arrived. Considering we weren’t staying long, that took quite a bit of time out of our holiday. He didn’t even apologise!

• Mauricio (8/5): Very good - Location The washer machine was broken. No A/C in the bedroom the A/C in the main part of the apartment will not cool down the bedroom in a hot day.
• Łukasz (10/5): The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to assist. - The location was perfect – close to all the attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay!

• Abigail (10/5): Beautiful, centrally located apartment - This apartment is walkable to the rest of the city but in a calmer, more peaceful part of Trastevere. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped for such a central location. Some issues with the consistency of the hot water.
• Immacolata (8/5): The host was pleasant and the location was great! - The location was good and the apartment was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there were no elevators in the building which made it difficult with our luggage. The hot water service needs attention but otherwise the apartment was comfortable.
• Simonna (7/5): Washing machine doesnt work - Location Washing machine not working and appears this has been an issue for months, owner was aware however failed to disclose this to us on arrival. Disappointing as we had 5 days here and needed to wash clothes. Owner directed us to laundromat- did not have time or energy fir that. Limited utensils/ plates , no bowls , no wine glasses , no free toiletries - all things that can be easily rectified to make stay more pleasant , especially when doing more than a night or two Power trips out if you use more than one appliance at a time, no toaster Owner did provide iron when we asked , however no ironing board !
• Denise (9/5): Fabulous spacious and comfortable apartment - Location was great, quiet but close to restaurants. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. Had TV and WIFI and fully equipped kitchen Washing machine didn’t work - owner was notified Water in the shower ran extremely hot then very cold
• Jackie (8/5): Very good - The apartment lived up to the description of being central, but also very quiet. We had a very comfortable stay. Once in the apartment after having to find an alternative transport option due train strikes at the airport, we had to wait for the host to arrive to process the rental charge. We would have preferred to have done this online in advance.

• Heidi (9/5): Great stay - location amazing! Absolutely love Trastevere! 🥰 - Location, location, location! Coffee machine once we found pods that fit the machine! The host was fabulous! No aircon in the bedroom - we visited as Italy was having a heatwave! Washing machine wasn’t working and we were not notified.
• Schwebel (8/5): Very good - Very spacious , comfortable beds. Host was very helpful and gave us an extra towel There was construction or banging every morning. People also kept ringing the buzzer. Some mold in the shower. Plates were not microwave safe.
• Laura (10/5): We really loved the location and the apartment was spotless. Our host was nice and super responsive. - The location was absolutely the best. Very quiet but central to restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to Vatican City. Would suggest investing in a comfortable couch.

• Georgie (8/5): Great location, great apartment and relaxing 3 night stay. - Location is excellent and safe and secure block. Spacious and plenty of room for 2 people to relax. Comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. We needed a washing machine and this was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. Washing machine did not work and we had to message the owner in regard to this only to be directed to a local laundry where it cost 20 Euro for a tiny bag of washing! Should have been taken off as an included amenity.

Shower leaked a little, as did the kitchen tap. Boiler needed re setting to get hot water. No heating in although the host said he would sort it if we needed it-we managed without
