• maria ludmila (10/5): Una experiencia inolvidable en Roma . - Excelente instalaciones y ubicación. Recorri Roma toda a pie. Domenico ha sido un maravilloso anfitrión con sus indicaciones y recomendaciones. Nada No me gustó. Solo podría sugerir de poner un banco en el baño o colocar un estante para poder apoyar el skin care o make up.

• Kateryna (1/5): - The stuff is friendly, arranging and nice but everything else is horrible I dont understand how the booking rating is so high… The apparemment is situated on the ground floor giving directly on the street with no windows. Very damp, with a lot of mold in the bathroom, and the shower only half works. If it were cheaper, maybe — but at this price, it’s just a tourist scam.
• Jutta (10/5): Kauniisti sisustettu asunto hyvällä paikalla - Sijainti oli aivan täydellinen, korttelin päässä Piazza Navonasta. Asunto oli rauhallisella pienellä kujalla, jossa oli hiljaista. Käynti asuntoon oli suoraan kadulta, ja kulkeminen oli helppoa. Tästä majoituspaikasta ei ole mitään negatiivista sanottavaa.
• Lianne (9/5): Fantastische locatie op loopafstand van alles in Rome! - De locatie is top! middenin het centrum van Rome en op loopafstand van alles. Het appertement ligt direct aan een leuk pleintje en wij hebben regelmatig op de trappen een wijntje gedaan aan het einde van de dag. De faciliteiten zijn goed , er zit een klein keukentje in en een hele fijne douche Het bed was goed maar voor ons veel te zacht. Wij kregen beide last van onze rug omdat het doorzakte. Verder is het een beetje gehorig aangezien er op het pleintje een terrasje zit. Maar dat hoort bij een locatie in het centrum. Als je stilte wil kan je beter buiten het centrum iets zoeken

I would suggest to add a kettle for the kitchen. It would be convenient to have one for making a cup of tea.

• Devnz (8/5): Great Location with some issues - The location was really good. The host was good - came over and explained everything with recommendations which was nice. It's a small studio apartment that is literally on the road. Door, one step, and the road. 3 meters across and a restaurant, so quite noisy. If you need quiet at night before very late, you may struggle. The bed is too soft...old bed with a memory foam topper, so I had a sore back every day, unfortunately. I think a new bed would be a great upgrade. The bottom sheet was also too small (top one was ok), so hard to tuck in which meant sheet you sleep on came off often. Easy for host to fix I think. Some notes, which I think is common in Rome, but good to know 1. There is no washing machine, but a laundry is not too far 2. No hot water jug; we used the microwave Thanks

• Ann (9/5): Very good - Location was fantastic. Centrally located and walking distance to most places of interest. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Nico was very helpful with early check in and information of where to eat out.

• C (3/5): I don’t recommend to anyone, I am disappointed. - Location The photos were taken professionaly, but only - 30% corresponded to the expectations, every vas done very cheaply, ved linen- in very bad conditions, shower - barely running water, lack of cleanliness, all the equipment is cheap, it barely holds up. There is no normal window, only above the door, where light enters the appartments all night. Do not open the window in the door, because it is not safe to go directly outside, ground floor. It’s not really an apartment, but some kind of “hole”.
• Linda (10/5): Fabulous would stay hear again in a heart beat - EVERYTHING!!! Room was perfect. Loved the white walls and beautiful ceiling and chandelier! Kitchenette well stocked. The bathroom was really nice with green marble floor and gorgeous blue walls. Shower was Hot! Bed very comfortable. Host gave a nice orientation from our location . The location could not have been better! Loved being on street level and steps away sights and restraints and Geloto Needed a full length mirror. Garbage pick up and towel exchange as we were there 5 nights. Could improve on bottom sheet situation as it kept coming off during the night!

• Irina (10/5): Going to book again next time in Rome.)) - Besides the great location, it was a clean, newly renovated property with everything you need for the stay. Great Italian coffee, wine and so on. If you wish you can also cook for yourself, there are all facilities available. As a solo traveler I was searching for a safe and cozy place to stay in Rome with a good price. Nico’s place met all my expectations. Btw, he was extremely supporting and caring. Before arriving I was feeling anxious about my stay as It was a new property in booking.com and had few reviews. But this was one of my best decisions in Rome))
