• Xiaoxuan (10/5): very good - Great location, only about an 8-minute walk from the train station. There’s a tram stop and plenty of restaurants right outside the building. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. there wasn’t a proper table or desk in the room, so it was a bit inconvenient for eating, working, or putting on makeup

• Felicity (6/5): annoying - David, who met us for checkin, was friendly, helpful and professional, although completely uninformed about the preamble to my requesting to be met in person. The multiple staff at the (presumably large) property agency running this place do not communicate well with each other. They were hacked and subsequently sent out a whatsapp message warning those with bookings not to click links, however it was too late for me. The scam was sophisticated - the fraudulent text message looked exactly like booking.com, complete with headers/ graphics, a pic of the property and the correct dates for our stay. Unfortunately I fell for it and had my credit card stolen. Criminals attempted to buy crypto with it. Luckily I was able to cancel the card before I lost money, however it was stressful and inconvenient to have no credit card while travelling. Not to mention the trust issue. I explained what happened to Barbara who contacted me from the property agency. I asked her to please only communicate with me via the booking.com app, & requested a human to meet us for check in. She agreed. I thought that was an end to it, however I continued to have my holiday interrupted by multiple whatsapp messages from other (legit) people working for this agency demanding I click links to pay tourist tax, upload my passport detail online - all outside of booking com. In summary - an irritating process that eroded my trust in booking.com I will avoid using it in future where possible. A nice clean room in a good property as described. However, poor communications after their security breech.

• Patrik (8/5): - Wir waren etwas früher vor Ort und konten das Gepäck ohne Probleme im Zimmer deponieren obschon es noch nicht bereit war. Die Kontaktperson am Telefon war dabei sehr unkompliziert und das Reinigungspersonal hat uns das Gepäck zuvorkommend abgenommen.

• Tijana (10/5): 10/10 stay in Milan - My friend and I stayed at this accommodation and we would definitely choose it again! It is only a 5-minute walk from the Stazione centrale, and it meant a lot to us who went on tours of the surrounding towns (Lugano, Como, Seravalle outlet) every day. The metro station is also a 5-minute walk away, so you are in the center of Milan in just 10 minutes. The apartment is new, very nicely furnished and extremely clean, towels are changed every day and the room is cleaned. The staff is very friendly, we received all the information for check-in on time and during our stay we had extremely nice contact with them. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception due to the late evening flight. All in all a perfect stay in Milan! -

• Janette (8/5): Good valuefor the location! - Great location. 10 mins walk to the Milan Centrale. Close to the main shopping streets that will take you all the way to the Duomo though, I'd advise to take the metro. The room itself is a nice size. I think it is still quite new. Nice and modern. Just beware that like many buildings in Italy, sometimes you need to go through a main front door to get to the court yard. When the main door is open it's not as challenging but when it is close, could be rather tricky. There is a great Chinese restaurant below, Chekang. I know if booked for single room however in other European cities I've visited, the single bed is rather a double or at least 1.5 size. This one is truly a single bed, just fits your body with a few inches in either sides. Maybe it is just me but I couldn't work the heater in the bathroom and the kettle. I hope that during the summer months, there is air-conditioning otherwise even now, I find it a bit too warm. Opening the window, means allowing some noise in from the courtyard at the back. Unfortunately as well, there was some road work going and they had accidentally broken the WiFi cables so there was no WiFi. The management did inform us on the day when it happened.

The location is ideal — super close to two metro stations, and the central train station. The property is really clean and Barbara was easy to get in contact with if needed.

• Yvan (10/5): Great location, beautifully designed room and bathroom. - Really good location close to Loreto metro stop. The room faced a noisy main road but with two sets of doors between the room and the outside balcony, it was almost impossible to hear the traffic outside. Very clean and well laid out room with a beautiful bathroom with shower, no bath. The bed and pillows were excellent. The host also made sure I checked in fine - there's no staff there, only an electronic keypad to access the lobby and then the room.

• Lauren (7/5): - Overall it was great for a 2 night stay and the room was good/value for money. Room was clean and felt very secure and private in the location. Great communication with the host & quick responses. The accommodation is close to the train station about a 20 min walk. The only thing I will mention for people staying here is that the hot water is on a timer so just make sure you're aware taking hot showers especially in winter.

• Alisa (8/5): Comfortable room and facilities for a short stay. - The aesthetics and cleanliness of the apartment were pleasant. Housekeeping was offered and I appreciated the fresh towels. Very simple self-check-in and secure building. There was some construction on site during the day, which was quite noisy and not mentioned in the booking. Not a problem if you are out the entire day. Bottled water instead of corked jars would be preferred.

• Giorgia (10/5): Posizione ottima, ci tornerò! - L'appartamento è a due passi dalla stazione centrale, dalla metro caiazzo e dalla metro Lima. Si raggiunge comodamente anche a piedi C.so Buenos Aires. Il check-in autonomo è stato molto semplice, il sistema di apertura porta è semplice ed efficiente. Il mio appartamento, il 3, era molto spazioso, bagno super moderno, letto comodo e spazi molto puliti. Nella stanza c'è l'acqua in quantità e non è scontato. Non posso lamentarmi di nulla. Viaggiando da sola spesso preferisco luoghi supervisionati da una reception h24, ma in questo posto mi sono sentita comunque al sicuro. Lo consiglio!

• Noelia (3/5): Habitación cara, mal situada y NADA CONFORTABLE sin cambio de toallas - No me gustó casi nada Cama cómoda pero pequeña Decoración actual Es mi tercera vez en Milán y no he acertado con este alojamientos Fotos engañosas, está mucho más lejos de la estación de lo que parece y el barrio está fatal, en obras y muy mala gente. La calle está desolada y hay servicios pero a unos 200-300m caminando. El centro está a unos 50’ caminando. Muy lejos todo. La habitación no confortable, hacía frio aún con la calefacción al máximo, es el alojamiento donde más frío he pasado nunca… he tenido que dormir los dos días con manta eléctrica toda la noche. La última noche me duché con agua fría, no funcionaba el agua caliente y no había nadie a quien preguntar o reclamar. No hemos visto en ningún momento a nadie en recepción o limpiando. Toallas muy muy finas, muy mala calidad que además no nos cambiaron. No recomiendo y no repetiría nunca. Muy caro para lo que ofrece y donde está. Nos pusieron agua de cortesía y era del grifo porque olía a tubería, tuvimos que comprar embotellada.

• Giovanni (4/5): Design non funzionale - Il check out La camera era carina con arredamento di design ma non sempre questo è sinonimo di comfort! Riscaldamenti non funzionanti nemmeno il radiatore elettrico in bagno ergo nessun confort né nel fare la doccia né nel dormire poiché la notte la temperatura si abbassava molto abbiamo dormito male nonostante il letto fosse comodo. Credo sia di vitale importanza il riscaldamento di un ambiente per un soggiorno confortevole… La risposta carente dell’host al problema é stata superficialmente che ci vuole del tempo per riscaldarsi una stanza all’arrivo degli ospiti ma parlava con un tecnico esperto in materia e da quello che ho riscontrato fin da subito è che l’impianto di riscaldamento non funzionava affatto probabilmente già alla fonte dalla caldaia o da qualsiasi cosa alimentasse l’impianto! Dalle bocchette della ventilazione usciva aria fredda e il radiatore in bagno funzionante elettricamente anche esso acceso ma freddo per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Visto e considerato che non é comunque una soluzione di soggiorno tanto economica credo sia un servizio dovuto e soggiornando solo una notte e non riuscire a riposare per il freddo non è il massimo dell’esperienza! Peccato posizione comoda ma non credo ritorneremo
