PAYMENT POLICY: - Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. - Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. - Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. - Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. -Transaction Fee: A nonrefundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond. - Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Standard Cancelations: Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. - Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. - COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. - Event Cancelations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy. Kate (8/5): Great big property for your family to stay - Beds were very comfortable. Good size rooms. Nice big grounds and gardens, Lots of seating areas around the property. Good internet. Good heating. Big dinning table. Property was better then the pictures show. ceiling fans or aircon would be a excellent addition to the property

Towers (9/5): Clean, great for our large family, plenty of supplies, coffee, tea etc, cleaning products. A notice on what day is bin d - The location was great for us, the electric blankets and heating were great One bed had a sag in the mattress
Tracey (8/5): Our stay was excellent. Close enough to walk to the mall, roomy and comfortable to spread ourselves - It was a great location, perfect size for our family get together. There was so much in kitchen supplies, books and games. It was spacious, clean and roomy. We just had a concern with the little step from the kitchen to the dining room. Many of us tripped going into the dining room and missing the step going into the kitchen. It’s only a slight step but seems to blend in to the flooring so is hard to see.

Marija (8/5): Lovely, peaceful mountain getaway home - Very peaceful location and within easy walking distance to Leura Mall. Comfortable rooms to relax in and very clean. Comfy beds, electric blankets and heaters make it a cosy place to stay. A lovely mini vacation - would come back again.
Yinon (4/5): Low value for money - The bedrooms were clean and tidy, big windows for light. the kitchen was small, the unit only have one shower which is not enough for the number of guests. The unit also had just one functioning toilets, and another broken toilets on an outside, washing room - not passable. The Kitchen and dining, are old and over used. I would also expect a unit like this to have better use of the garden area which had none (so no fittings, BBQ, sitting area or anything of that sort). As for the hosts, they were responsive but not in relevant timing. So, when we needed something it took the entire day to get their reply.
