Stație de metrou la 600 m Nu ai contact cu proprietarul , toate detaliile se primesc pe aplicație. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur , climă în fiecare cameră, seif , baie destul de mărișoară față de alte cazări Un minus ar fi canapeaua extensibila din sufragerie, este cam incomodă pentru adulți, poate pt copii mai merge , este foarte incomodă. Ca un sfat pt proprietar , ar merge un ,, topper,, în șifonier pentru canapeaua extensibila Un alt minus dar nu pentru mine ci pentru cei mai în vârstă sau mai ponderali și nici din partea proprietarului nu ar fi nimic de făcut sunt scările, ap este la etajul 2 și sunt destul de înguste , dar după cazare aveți acces la lift
• Han Zhee (9/5): 가족 여행에 적합, 좋은 위치 - 무엇보다 위치가 좋습니다. 중앙역과 지하철, 트램 정류장과 가깝고 주변에 식당과 수퍼마켓이 많이 있습니다. 안내에 따라서 체크인과 체크아웃을 쉽게 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 매우 깨끗했고, 넓은 드레스룸이 있어서 짐과 옷들을 보관하기 편했습니다. 옷걸이가 많은 것이 특히 좋았어요. 저희는 요리를 하지 않았지만, 주방 시설도 충분히 갖춰져 있습니다. 소파베드의 매트리스가 너무 울퉁불퉁합니다. 교체 시기가 지난 것 같아요.

• Othmar (9/5): Sehr guter Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung. - Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nach einem Login und dann via einem Video. Dies hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Hauptbahnhof Milano Centrale an einer ruhigen Strasse. In Gehdistanz diverse Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sauber. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Abtrocknungstuch für das Geschirr. Es hatte aber Haushaltspapier vor Ort. Wir assen nur Frühstück in der Wohnung. Alles in allem war es sehr gut.

I loved the location it took about 5 minutes to walk to central station where there are numerous trains and buses direct to malpensa and linate that are a really good price. Our suitcase was damaged on the plane and we was worried about what to do with this. The host was so helpful and sorted this for us. Nothing everything was perfect 👌

• ملونيا (1/5): so bad like a nightmare apartment full of mosquitoes, no air conditioning, and a terrible smell - location only Unfortunately my experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The building is very old and has a terrible smell. The apartment was infested with an unbelievable number of mosquitoes, which caused swelling on my body and my children's bodies. The air conditioners were completely not working and we spent three sleepless nights suffering from the heat, bad odor, and mosquito bites. It felt like a nightmare, and it almost made me hate Milan, especially since it was my first visit. After the alarm system in the apartment went off couldn't sleep for 3 nights, spending the whole time trying to kill mosquitoes. I even bought two mosquito repellent devices, but they were useless, I had to move to another hotel - and only then did I start enjoying the trip and actually fell in love with the city. I kindly urge Booking.com to verify the quality of the properties listed to avoid putting other guests through such a terrible experience. They also charged me €75 as a Milan city tax upon check-in, which is extremely overpriced for a tourist tax for 6 nights . I kindly request financial compensation for the severe discomfort and inconvenience we experienced.

• Karla (10/5): Cozy Milan Gem Near Transit and Duomo - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Milan! Its prime location, just steps from the train station and a short walk to the metro, made exploring the city a breeze—only a few stops to the iconic Piazza del Duomo, provided you’re willing to use the metro. The apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. With several excellent restaurants nearby, dining options were superb. We loved every moment of our stay and would eagerly book again for a future trip to Milan. Highly recommend! The apartment was great overall, but it didn’t have an iron, which would have been helpful. When traveling for three weeks and living out of a suitcase, wrinkled clothes are inevitable, and an iron is a handy tool for keeping things tidy and presentable.

The bed was really comfy, and the location in the Centrale district was perfect, with easy access to transportation. The host was very kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. I hope to stay here again!

The place was very clean with all the amenities needed. The host was very responsive. There were some mosquitos:)

Cleaning liquid and iron and all other amenities one could think of were there. Highly recommended property.
