Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and this apartment is the perfect space to explore it from. No negative points - the apartment was perfect.

• Katie (10/5): Loved our stay in the beautiful Dubrovnik and would definatley come back for another visit and stay here ❤️ - The property is situated in a lovely quiet area overlooking the sea, even a local Uber driver commented on how much he loved that area. There is a local store not too far away where you can pick up a few groceries. There is a nice selection of restaurants, a burger bar, sandwich bar, grill takeaway and bakery if you walk just a bit further up to the Main Street, we visited them all during our stay and they were all tasty and service was great. There is a beautiful area to go swimming at Bellevue beach and enjoy the sun, it’s just down the side of the hotel which is located past the local store, you won’t be disappointed if you skip round the sign/barrier they have put up. Now the apartment it’s self is amazing, has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you name it the apartment has it. Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment , plenty of room for a family. One main bathroom with toilet shower etc and a nice additional smaller toilet/ sink room next door to the main bedroom. Two lovely comfortable double beds and a large sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need. We were offered housekeeping half way through our stay which was a nice addition and not expected, but thank you. On our arrival Complimentary wine, milk, coffee etc was also a very welcome addition, thank you. Josip is on hand via text should you need anything. There are two balcony’s which can be covered by an electronic sun shade which was perfect as you will want to sit out with a morning coffee and watch all the boats heading out for their day trips. It’s so peaceful and quiet and the view is amazing. We walked to the Old Town the first night so we could see the area , it’s about half an hour - 40 minute walk, plenty of other nice restaurants to find as you walk around, if you can visit in the evening then that’s recommended too. Absolutely nothing - it was perfect! 🤩

To get to Dubrovnik old town, an uber (taxi) was around £8-£10 and was very convenient. Would recommend staying here as good balance of proximity to old town and peace and quiet

The views from the balconies were amazing 🤩. A quiet area but close to everything with a walk or cheap uber. Josip always kept in touch and was in hand for any questions. The shower was fab and extra toilet very welcome. The house was well equipped with everything you could think of. All the little extras meant we didn’t have to do a huge shop, like lots of toilet roll, kitchen roll, wash tablets, washing up liquid, oils and condiments- even a nice bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. Plugs and usbs were plenty, Netflix too! Absolutely loads of storage and the beds were soo comfy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great 😊
• Lo (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik. - Location within 20 minute walk to old town Dubrovnik was terrific as parking near the old town is very difficult. This accommodation has everything you can imagine for appliances and kitchen utensils. It was renovated within past year and everything is new and works perfectly. Our terrace overlooked the Sea and we could watch many ships and boats crisscrossing back and forth. The host Josip was always available by what's app to answer questions or offer advice. Thanks so much for a great5 night vacation. Nothing. All excellent.

Plus, the kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked some good meals, the host was super responsive when we needed something, and the place was more than clean when we got there. Absolutely perfect! • Sarova (10/5): Our 'home away from home' in Dubrovnik - We visited Dubrovnik for our quick family trip this April, and we do not regret choosing this absolute gem of an apartment. Travelling with family, it was so crucial for us to have enough space not to be cramped up, and this apartment was ideal- with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and not one, but two balconies and a little charming back garden. Location was ideal, walking distance from the old town but away from the 'hustle and bustle'. Beach is just a few minutes walking from the apartment, which made it so easy to enjoy an early morning dip. Honestly, it was hard to leave our 'home away from home' in Dubrovnik. Will 100% return!
• Petya (10/5): Breathtaking Views of beautiful Adriatic Sea from a truly luxury apartment - From start to finish our stay was absolutely impeccable. It was our first time in Dubrovnik, and our host Josip made sure that we felt welcomed and settled in. You can tell that a lot of love has been put into the apartment, with its state of the art kitchen equipment, comfortable bedding to small details such as antique clock watch. Apartment is brand new with modern amenities that are up to par with a 5* hotel, as well as the cleanliness that is super important for us. My favorite bit was enjoying my morning coffee on a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Adriatic sea. Will definitely return!
