• Sundblom (8/5): 18th birthday to remember 🎉 - The view was amazing 🤩 the main bedroom was beautiful and the bath is incredible 😄 The first impression for the boys, having my son's 18th birthday there was something that I will always cherish ❤️ The lounge facility on level 5 was an amazing space for entertaining the birthday 🎂 cutting of the cake Infront of the fireplace and open area was surprisingly big.. The floating tiles on the upstairs floor 😯😞 The chairs upstairs had no screws on the legs.. resulting in the chair giving way, my son fell on the floating tiles which cracked in the middle. Resulting in my son's wrist being cut and hurt, little blood little bit Dangerous, but it could have been so much worse.. Also the site said the pool and jacuzzi were available, which was relevantly 80% reason for booking this property.. to find that the pool was under maintenance.. the cinema wasnt for guests and the " urban indoor forest " wasn't that enjoyable but was definitely fun to explore the option

• Karina (9/5): The ultimate in luxury experiences in the heart of the CBD - The location is great - although not directly on a tram stop, so there is a short (1 block) walk to get to the apartment but it puts your right in the hard of the CBD, easy stroll to QV market. The view is beyond words, truly phenomenal. You could spend an entire day just watching the world float by. Apartment is MASSIVE, with three bathrooms plus another toilet. Kids rooms were spacious (one with ensuite, the other directly opposite the 'main' bathroom). The observation deck is a great little touch. Very quiet building, lift was fast and efficient. Kitchen is very well appointed, although you hardly need it being so close to an abundance of food options. There is too much to list really, just a fantastic place to stay. Keys were located a block away and a little confusing when you first arrive. The TV was exceptionally hard to connect too and we ended up abandoning our efforts. There is only one central TV, which our tech loving kids didn't appreciate (although we found the view more stunning than a screen!). There wasn't enough toilet paper and we felt that the toiletries could be of a higher quality to match the stunning nature of the property. Nothing that should stop anyone from enjoying a stay here, but that last 1% could just finish the whole experience.

• Julia (9/5): We loved our stay in this spacious and conveniently located penthouse. - Spacious, clean, conveniently located. Amazing view, we didn’t realise we’d booked a penthouse. Only weird thing (and it’s not major) is that the tv was all app dependant. All was well. Just weir tv set up, nothing major.

• Tess (10/5): Amazing views - Loved the location and the views were just next level! Eleanor was fantastic, such a great host! The sheets didn't seem as clean as we would have liked, and no top sheets on the beds either. Also not enough towels for everyone and no face washers or hand drying towels. We also couldn't watch TV, no instructions worked and we tried multiple times with different people.. We Ended up buying a HD cord to connect our phones to watch things on it.

• Natalie (9/5): Great apartment! We will definitely rebook. - This apartment has everything you need! It is spacious and perfect for a group of couples, friends or families. The fact that there were 3 bathrooms PLUS a toilet enabled everyone to have the privacy and comfort required for a great getaway. The location was perfect for us, being close to restaurants and shops. The trams were also close by for when attractions were a bit far to visit on foot. It is a very stylish, lavish and modern apartment with lovely views from grand windows! We are already planning on rebooking for our next trip. Overall we were satisfied with the cleanliness, however, one of the bathrooms wasn't as clean as the others. Some extra linen and handtowels would have also been appreciated. The beds only had a fitted sheet and doona, I would have preferred a flat sheet too. Although, I must admit I am quite fussy when it comes to cleanliness so these minor issues may not bother other people!

• Lparkes (7/5): Amazing apartment & great location, however they could do so much better. - The location, views, furniture, bedding and size of the apartment was great. Loved the location and proximity to the markets and restaurants. We originally changed our flights so we could get to the apartment earlier in the day as we were told that the front desk wasn't manned after a certain time. When we arrived, it was still difficult getting access and were told by the concierge that she didn't know anything about the apartment being rented. She said I would have to contact Booking.com direct, which made us think we'd been scammed. Eventually the owner came down and we were given only one set of keys which was very annoying for a family of 5. There was no internet, despite there being a modem connected in the linen cupboard. To be fair this was mentioned in the small print on the info however it's the first place I have stayed at that doesn't offer internet. We had to hot spot our devices just to use the TV. In the bathrooms there were no bathmats, hand towels or face washers although one bathroom had a half used Coles brand shower wash. For the price we paid, I did expect a few toiletries. We also had to keep the laundry door closed due to a really bad smell and the mirror in one of the bathrooms was filthy. This apartment should be getting a 10 star rating however it's almost like no one has ever lived there and you're staying in a display home.
• Anamarie (2/5): We are disappointed with the place. - The Location is good and convenient Expensive place to stay but NO internet connection, NO bath mats, NO shampoo/conditioner, place was full of dust bathrooms were dirty with hair and dust and unflushed toilet. It’s a nice penthouse but run poorly. Not a good value for money.
