• Seshadri (8/5): It was a pleasant stay and good value for the money - The apartment set up, view, cleanliness. Beds were smaller, a little older may be. Extra towels for a family of 5 would’ve been helpful. Phone showers could’ve been placed in both the bathrooms. Also a little more water pressure would’ve been good. The washer unit wasn’t clean and had some hair strands.
• Eq (10/5): Gorgeous view, comfortable stay. - The scenery was beautiful. The condo was comfortable, clean, had a gorgeous view of Mont Saint Anne. There is an elevator. My sister and I brought 3 senior citizens our mother and 2 aunts so the fact that there were no stairs to climb was appreciated.

The location, condo, view, pool, and cleanliness were perfect and in close proximity to our main attraction which was the Shrine of Ste Anne de Beaupre. The walls are too dark for my liking

• Felix (1/5): **Warning: Bed Bugs/Fleas, Rudeness, and Lack of Cleanliness** - - **Warning: Bed Bugs/Fleas, Rudeness, and Lack of Cleanliness** I typically do not write many reviews, but this host fails to understand that hospitality and hostility are not the same. Cleanliness and friendliness are crucial to me. First, the pre-arrival communication was dominated by a list of prohibitions, which dampened the holiday spirit and felt unwelcoming, despite us paying for the entire stay. Upon arrival, we encountered several cleanliness issues: stained bed linens with black hair, a dirty sofa bed with grime underneath, and wet, unclean towels in the dryer. We had to wash the bed linens ourselves and handle the other cleaning tasks. The night before our checkout, I politely requested an extra hour for checkout the next day. This request was brusquely denied. When I informed the host about the cleanliness issues, their response was, “I'm really surprised to hear that. Our employee takes very good care of our apartment and has never received a complaint before. It's really sad to hear this, only to force our hands on a late checkout. I have an arrival after you, so the checkout will remain at 11 AM as advertised.” Is this how a legitimate complaint should be handled? I think not. Accusing me of lying to gain an extra hour in the apartment is highly inappropriate. Additionally, my mother, who slept on the filthy sofa bed, developed strange skin reactions on her neck. After our last night in the apartment, these reactions worsened. A medical investigation revealed that these symptoms resembled bed bug or flea bites. So, BEWARE! If you book this apartment, be prepared for potential rudeness, cleanliness issues, and the possibility of taking home unwanted pests/„pets“.

I am very happy that the kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms are what it appears in the pictures. The apartment is clean and modern. The drive to the ski hill is 2min away and Les Chutes Jean Larose has a nice hiking trail.

• Karen (9/5): A great place to stay with your family! - The condo was great. Nice layout, well supplied, lovely décor and nicely located. It was true to the pictures on Booking. Also, a nice touch having an espresso maker! We would definitely stay there again!
• Jocelyne (9/5): Very nice, spacious lodging, close to Mont Ste Anne - Very well located apartment, about 2 km from the parking of Mont Sainte-Anne ski centre. The apartment has large windows and doors opening onto a balcony, and all facing the mountain. It is quite spacious, and it could easily accommodate two couples because of the 2 bedrooms and 2 separate, full bathrooms. The parking is very close and you can see your car from the apartment. The indoor pool is quite enjoyable and bigger than in most hotels. We would have liked a bit more light, especially in the small room, and maybe a small tv in there too. It's too bad there isn't a hot tub connected to the pool area.

• Andrew (10/5): Amazing property. - Exceptional place, outside Quebec City. perfect for couples with a car. Beautiful setting, great layout of the property, comfortable, clean, directions perfect. Instructions how to lock the door, although it should have been obvious, we soon figured out. Press the “lock” sign:-)
