The unit was a little small for 4 adults but would be perfect for a couple or a family with smaller children. Had to drive everywhere (only a short drive) as it was too far to walk to the beach.

The bathroom is fragrant and spotless, with high-quality towels. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. The host is friendly and welcomed us warmly. The location is quiet and close to the main beach.

Cute apartment and nicely furnished Construction work behind apartment started at 7am, while not within control of hosts, we were not made aware of this at time of booking. Great knowledge of local area . Very cosy accomodation felt at home. Bunk beds don't have own door but are tucked away neatly. Beautiful set up for kitchen and bathroom. Leisurely beach feel, felt at home. Hosts and family very nice people. Will stay again. Also puzzles and games available for children which was nice to see. More space in bunk bed area and privacy curtain for bunk bed area. Maybe some fairy lights or night lights for children.

Directions for opening the door were perfect, there was a lovely outside area, and a great living arrangement inside. It also smelt lovely! Kitchen was set up with everything we needed, no faults at all. We wished we had stayed another night :)
• Robyn (8/5): Great place to stay overnight, it's a very nicely appointed studio. - Good value for money. The hosts were very welcoming. The studio was very clean and tidy and was like a small home away from home. You could cook a proper meal on the stove/ oven or make a simple toasted sandwich. The air-conditioning worked well overnight. It's only a couple of minutes drive in the car to the Agnes Waters Main Beach and the shops. Seascape Retreat is located in a quiet suburban area, there was minimal street noise.
• Alec (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and tidy Wasn't advertised as an air bnb on booking.com or the owners living in the same house. Otherwise, i would've chosen elsewhere, not my thing. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable, and I had a very sore back by the end of it after 2 nights.. During the night, I could hear walking around on the roof a lot. They did try to keep quiet, but not much insulation. Parking preference was quite strange, having to park over to the right when we rent the place?.. There's not much in the local area to do

• Jon (9/5): A beautifully presented retreat. All that we required for an overnight stay was provided. - Location was perfect for our stay. Nice and central. We did not have breakfast included. All was generally well presented. The key pad appeared not to work with our pin. Keys were placed by owners/ cleaners in a separate location and left by us in the same location. There didn’t appear to be a rubbish bin for us to dispose of our rubbish so left in the bags outside the unit.
