- Gabriel (5/5): Passable - The room was spatious. Quiet, when there wasnt construction. There were 2 air conditioners. Rooms were clean, Safe area Host was rude. At first we called her to let her know that we would be arriving a little early, and she brushed us off on the phone saying that she doesnt have time to speak to us and to text her. When we arrived she did not respond after calling and texting for 2 hours. We did not expect her to acoomodate our asking necessarely, but she could have just said no and we would have spent our day better than to wait for her to respond for 2 hours. The aparment wasnt close to ANY metro as the name states. The metro was a bus ride AWAY. We could not walk as the heat was unbearable. Vicino is NOT 3 km away, friend. The streets smelled like garbage. Trash cans were alongside sthe streets, the heat made them stink, we could not even enjoy a meal there as the smell was that bad. The host left 1 roll of toilet paper, not even a full bottle of hand soap and no clothing iron BE AWARE, there is NO WIFI. It is written in the booking listing, but we did not check as we shought that there is not one accomodation without wifi in 2024. The sinks were clogged. The bathroom showe handle was broken and kept falling. We would have overlooked all of these little negatives if the host handnt been so rude, and had proper communication.
