Guest Reviews
- Scott (7/5): Very good value for money - Was lovely but was very very hot. Would be worth putting a fan in the living area Very comfortable but just very hot even with the air con. Living area was very hot

- Ken (7/5): Excellent transport links but noise issues - We rented this apartment for 3 nights - 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The apartment was clean and contained most of the essentials needed for a short stay. Communication with the landlord was good.
The location is excellent, offering immediate access to the Underground, Overground, and many bus lines right outside. There were several grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and pizzerias within a 5-minute walk.
During our visit, London was experiencing 30-degree weather, and we were very pleased with the large balcony, which provided a comfortable outdoor space. We don't think this apartment would be suitable for a longer stay. The living room/kitchen area was small and had no windows, making it uncomfortable to spend time there. The beds were poor quality.
The main issue is that the apartment is located directly above the tunnel entrance/exit for 4 train tracks, making it noisy. The first night we barely slept at all. We slept slightly better the following two nights, but that was likely because we were exhausted from walking around London all day in 30-degree heat.
The balcony was large, but the awning was broken. One chair and a hammock were also damaged, so we had to use some kitchen chairs to accommodate all 4 of us.
While the location is excellent for transportation and amenities, the noise issue significantly impacts the quality of stay.
- Schiau (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nabeeha (9/5): Superb -
- Courtney (7/5): Good value, close to transport & shops, but could be easily improved with a little extra attention - Very close to public transport, supermarket, and other services. The host (Beba) was very helpful when we asked for extra supplies. Lovely balcony. The flat wasn't well equipt for a long term stay (we stayed over 10 days). For four people, long term, we needed more towels and an airdryer for our clothes after washing. Could use a few more cooking essentials. And very importantly, the balcony doors dont lock, which doesn't make us feel very secure. This is a serious concern, its been reported before in earlier reviews, and should be fixed immediately.
- Joanna (9/5): Superb -
- Samantha (7/5): Good -
- Osnat (9/5): a great stay in a fabulous location - location is great! just a short walk from 2 underground station, bus stops and overground train.
two rooms are well suited to fit a family of 4. the balcony is lovely!
The host/owner was very attentive to our requests.
the kitchen is well equipped for making breakfast or light lunch.
Plenty of great restaurants in the area. not enough windows (just the doors to the balcony), bathroom door can't be locked
- Sue (5/5): Passable -
- Catherine (10/5): lovely accommodation which was spotlessly clean. couldn't fault it - less than a five minute walk to tube station and Aldi supermarket. local convenience stores 2 minutes away.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
accommodation was well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Also considering we were in London this is one of the quietest places we had stayed. we would have no hesitation in staying here again there wasn't anything we didn't like
- Sagi (9/5): Superb - The managing company was very polite and accommodating. Very responsive and helpful.
- Johnc68 (8/5): Close to the tube and a good value for the price. Would stay here again. - Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to the Underground and Overground stations on Finchley Road and also to an Aldi and a Sainsbury's. The flat had ample room for a family of four, a washing machine, and a balcony. The flat could have used a top sheet on the bed and more blankets. The walk to the Underground passed by a bus stop that, at times, was quite crowded as people waited for or boarded a bus.
- Joanna (8/5): Very good -
