• Matisse (3/5): - La localisation, l’ascenseur Une odeur d’ammoniaque dans l’appartement. De l’humidité, pas de café ou thé à disposition pas non plus de petite capsule de lessive qui serait un plus. Nous avons eu une inondation dans la salle de bain de la moisissure dans la chambre sur les murs. Etant asthmatique c’était dangereux pour moi. Des travaux sont à prévoir

• Gage (4/5): Disappointing stay - I'd recommend looking elsewhere - The sofa bed was more comfortable than expected, and the location is close to lots of things you might want to see in Napoli. The host was great with communication before and during our stay, they met us there too. It is well decorated and bright throughout. The main bed is also comfortable (firm and well spring). I believe (or it certainly felt like) we were the first people to stay here. It has a lot of potential but unfortunately it had quite a few teething issues during our stay. The apartment is incredibly noisy, not only from the cars and motorbikes outside that beep their horns and rev their engines until the early hours of the morning, but from the other people living above the accomodation who made so much noise and had parties. The floor was dirty with dust and debris when we arrived - I had to do a full sweep before we could properly settle. The floor needs a good mop. There is no microwave, toaster, or coffee and tea - though there was olive oil available to use and the plates and some of the pans appear to be new. The chopping board is tiny and unfortunately some of the older pans and utensils were dirty. Some of the bedding was clean, but others, had stains/dirt on. The bed was comfy though creaky, and the pillows were quite thin when laying on them. Two each would be better. The location is very loud, it feels a little unsafe, and the lift in the building is very small.
