Clean and comfortable, very comfy bed!
- Doug (10/5): - Great location for my 4 week stay to be able to visit family and friends and work remotely for some hours Very quiet. Free public transport for the duration of my stay was an unexpected bonus. Very handy to supermarkets and various food options. No complaints st all.

Handy to everything. Well equipped kitchen and very clea in all areas. Shower could use updating as it's over a bath which could could be a bit awkward getting into for the elderly.

- Pritesh (10/5): Cozy and comfortable indeed - Very cozy apartment and located on the first floor. Amazing bed. Very secure parking garage. Clear instructions from the host and great communication. Provided towels and some toiletries. It was perfect for a couple. The Aircon unit could do with a drain pipe so the water doesn't spill over in the balcony and the balcony could be cleaned a little.

- Sioban (8/5): Comfortable cute apartment in a great location with secure parking and good value for money. - Great location, easy to access, undercover secure parking, great breakfast spots in walking distance, Aldi 2 mins walk down the road, petrol station next door for emergency bits. I find it unacceptable to be threatened with an additional cleaning fee. We are tidy individuals who travel regularly and respect the properties in which we stay. We paid a cleaning fee with our initial invoice, yet we were still asked upon check-in and reminded before check-out to ensure everything was cleaned up and the rubbish was taken out, under the threat of incurring extra charges. This approach is problematic on many levels and should be discontinued. As a business owner, assess your costs and adjust your pricing accordingly.

- Zara (5/5): Passable - It was cheap. Location was good from a public transport perspective. Tramlines at either end of the street give plenty of options and Balaclava train station was a 5 minute walk away . There are plenty of good places to eat a short tram ride away in Windsor and there’s a great pizza place at Balaclava. Three supermarkets within a short walk and convenience store at the petrol station next door. No mixers on bathroom taps so there’s a lot of juggling temperature, and the tiny hot water cylinder means that short showers are essential.
The couch is covered in dirty marks.
Pillows are very thin and pillow protectors are stiff and uncomfortable.
The photos make the place look beautiful but we found it mediocre up close.

An amazing cafe across the road which is dog friendly and has a wonderful garden, close to Chapel Street, St Kilda Beach, Ackland Street and all the cool places to eat and see. Anywhere you can't walk to you can get to by tram or train. The property is very comfortable and private. Wonderful full size bath, the bar-b-que was a real bonus. Super comfortable bed. Air conditioning and a massive sized TV with Netflix. Washer/Dryer and a full kitchen. A real home away from home. Nice and clean. Much better than any hotel I have stayed at.
