Glazen plakken vanbinnen en buiten, koffiepot hing nog vol resten, ijskast vuil, ... te weinig huisraad. Te weinig stoelen, geen kapstokken, grauwe handdoeken. Bij vraag was eigenaar niet vriendelijk. Vuile spiegel in badkamer duidelijk vermelden dat tuin niet beschikbaar was

• Eleanor (9/5): Good value for a family of 5 adults. - Clean, spacious and quiet property only 10 minutes away from downtown. Modern functioning appliances. Host was very welcoming and had a personalized birthday cake for my sister and bottle of wine. Very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable but some did not have top sheets. One of the bedrooms did not have a bedside lamp. The shared bathroom’s bath tub did not drain well.
• Susan (9/5): As 4 sisters staying together it was lovely to each have our own bedroom. - The property was exceptionally clean. The host left cake and wine in the fridge which was very thoughtful. Instructions should be available for the coffee maker. We could not figure out how to use it and had to go out to pick up coffees at Tim Horton's and bring them back.

• Sharon (3/5): House not clean - Nice area close to theater. House was newer. Beds were comfortable. House had not been cleaned. Shower slimy, floors throughout house had debri on them. Had not been swept or vacuumed. Towel rack and toilet paper holders hanging off wall. Dish cloth in kitchen dirty, had to use paper towels to wash dishes before using. Open food in fridge/freezer. Many more negative items too numerous to list.
• Robin (8/5): Great. Would book again - Very spacious. Good location. Chocolate cake and wine was a nice touch. No access to outdoor seating in back yard. Should have hangers in all closets.
• Faith (8/5): Reasonable but not the special treat I had hoped for. - The bedrooms accommodated our 4adults and 3 kids well. Beds were comfy and kitchen well appointed. I had expected access to the yard as shown in the pictures and would not have booked had I known it was not.

A 7 min. drive into Stratford was a good location. Nava was very thoughtful and brought us cake and wine! Everything was good - we made a few suggestions about additional items to provide for guests but nothing that detracted from the property.

• Olga (7/5): Stay was ok for one night. - House is big . It’s good for one night stay if you are here for a show. Beds are comfortable and sheet were clean. But beds are full size and not even queen. House in the middle of the subdivision. Nothing around to do. No seating outside.Bedrooms do not have any chairs. Kitchen is not stock up if you are planning to cook.
• Diyana (3/5): Stratford is a great city to visit during the summer theatre festival but I will not recommend this house.Its far away f - I like only the fact that the house was clean. The house has no patio and no access to outside backyard for a summer visit to Stratford festival.The backyard is covered with weeds .Lack of access to the backyard increases the safety concerns with the house having only one exit.No enough furniture only beds and sofas.No desk or place to read or use the laptop.The bedrooms have only one night lamp-and one bedside table.Uncompleted kitchen appliances.There was even no salt.

• Jeremy (10/5): Our first time to travel in Stratford and we had a great relaxing stay. - The host is super responsive and very nice, The place is so close to the town of Stratford, we got a complimentary wine and cake when we arrived in the place which was a great welcoming gesture from the host. We spent our Christmas holiday in Stratford and we enjoyed our stay in this 4 bedroom property. Super clean, very spacious bedrooms, quiet and safe neighbourhood, it was really relaxing for us as we want to get out from city life for couple days. All that we ever needed was there. Really great place for family.

The owner was also very thoughtful in leaving us a bottle of wine and delicious cake. Everything is tastefully decorated and the house is like new. We were a group of women paddling in the Stratford dragon boat festival and would definitely rent here again.

• Hilary (9/5): Quiet neighbourhood, clean, bright new house. - Good location to downtown Stratford and amenities such as Tim’s and Sobeys. Clean and quiet, with parking for two cars. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, enough seating for the four of us. Lovely gesture of wine and a cake when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen. We only had one slight problem, the coffee pot had a crack in it so didn’t use it, but Tim’s was close, I’m sure it will be replaced for the next group
• William (10/5): The property is in a new development and is very spacious. - The code to unlock the door that was sent with my original reservation did not work. After at least four tries I was very frustrated. Fortunately, the original confirmation that was emailed had the owners phone number on it. I called that number and the owner answered on the second ring. I told him the code number that was on the email and he said that was not correct. I had him stay on the line while I tried the code number he gave me. It opened without a problem. Neither couple had a problem after that, A toaster would have been nice. a
• Sheelagh (8/5): Great stay. Felt very comfortable and loved the mattresses. - It was in a good location. Also it was clean. Loved the cake left for us too. Thank you. The bedrooms were rather bare. For example no bedside tables. Wouldn’t take to make it more comfortable

• Jennifer (10/5): Met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! - Clean and comfortable with plenty of room, including tons of closet space! Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was spacious and well appointed, including the complimentary cake and bottle of wine! Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy, beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of fresh towels. Bedrooms were a bit short of furniture - it would be nice to have night stands and lamps on both sides of each bed and something to set luggage on. It’s obvious the owners are still making improvements though so this is more a suggestion than a complaint!
• Brian (8/5): Good rental for a group of ladies. Enjoyed the stay. - Nice house. Spacious upstairs and bedrooms. Good for a group who wants to stay close together and not be separated. No shower products in one of the bathroom upstairs ( expected to have it as it’s a hotel site we booked on) Location is not near downtown Stratford. Without a car you would be forced to Uber or cab.
