Lieke (8/5): Super voor een city trip met een grote groep!! - De ligging was fijn en het appartement was erg ruim, zeker ruim genoeg voor 10 personen. Er was voldoende servies en ruimte in de eetkamer. Super fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger is en twee grote koelkasten! Helaas sloten de gordijnen niet overal aan de buitenkant waardoor er veel licht was in de ochtend op de slaapkamers. Daarnaast waren er wat weinig handdoeken voor de vloeren gezien er 10 mensen wilde douchen werd het erg nat.

Morten (6/5): - Størrelse på lejlighed og Beliggenhed At der manglede Gardiner på 2 af værelserne ud mod hovedvejen. Udlejer er underrettet og sagde det havde de ikke opdaget, passer ikke ser ud til det har manglet længe. Hang lagner op som gardin. Der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent.

Richard (5/5): Het is goed en praktisch maar dat is het dan ook. - De slaapkamers waren goed met voldoende ruimte. Het was schoon en de bedden ook goed. Alles aanwezig zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Het is vooral een praktisch appartement. De accommodatie is een omgebouwde bedrijfsruimte. Waar kamers en badkamers in gemaakt zijn. Dat is ons niet opgevallen op de foto’s. Met de verlichting die gebruikelijk is in een kantoor is dat voor een appartement niet zo gezellig. De kabelgoten zitten nog op de muur. Er is een kookplaat maar geen afzuigkap. De eettafel heeft niet voldoende stoelen voor 10 personen en de bank is voor maximaal 3 personen. Om er te slapen en te douchen prima maar dat is het dan ook.

Liana (5/5): Disappointing stay — poor cleaning and unresponsive host. - The apartment was spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. The location was convenient — close to several public transportation options, which made it easy to get around Berlin. The apartment was poorly cleaned — it felt neglected and dirty, and there was even a squashed bug left on the bedroom wall. The host, Eugen, was initially responsive and kind before our arrival, but once we checked in, he completely stopped replying. I sent several messages asking for an extra set of sheets and never received a response. On the day of checkout, I messaged to say we’d leave around 11:00 AM, and at 11:03 a woman knocked on the door, speaking rudely and insisting we leave immediately. Overall, the apartment looked much worse than in the pictures, and unfortunately, the negative reviews from other guests turned out to be accurate.

Ulrike (8/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Betten waren sehr gut. Für 9 Personen ist der Tisch etwas klein. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas abgewohnt. Zu wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Bädern und Zimmern. Für ein Wochenende aber gerade ausreichend.
airikas (7/5): - The size of the apartment, easy to find. Clear instructions. Good for families and friends. Nearby food stores, zoo, S and U bahn. Good to reach from the airport, about an hour by bahn and then 15 min walk or by bus. Wifi is very slow.
Stefanie (5/5): Zweckmäßig ok - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super.. Kurfürstendamm und Zoo alles zu Fuß zu erreichen Die Wohnung ist schon sehr verwohnt. Schränke fallen fast zusammen beim Öffnen und die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Töpfe schimmelten vor sich hin, Wasserkocher ekelhaft innen und das Möbel vom Vorgänger verschmutzt.. für 3 Nächte 1300€.. ist schon mehr zu erwarten.
