Guest Reviews
- Jakobe (10/5): Central location, spacious apartment with everything provided for two people -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Toronto Life with Lake Ontario View - I like how everything is close by from union station to CN Tower The elevator was probably the annoying part, and the fire alarms going off randomly. The price I understand it’s prime location but it was a little expensive
- Kim (6/5): -
- Scott (10/5): - Very nice and clean apartment, great price for the area and couldn't of gotten a better location for what we wanted to do
- Brian (9/5): -
- ADIL (8/5): -
- Reeta (7/5): -
- James (1/5): - They canceled my stay last min on my Anniversary. Was rude and no help to accommodate me. It was a disappointment to deal with them and I would never recommend.
- Cecil (5/5): Not at all as advertised - Listing was advertised as Delta suites which one would assume means the Delta hotel company but this was a condo and the elevator wait times were excessive. Also listing shows pool, sauna and gym in the photos but there is no access to any ammenities.
- Suzana (2/5): Don’t book this dirty expensive condo. - Core downtown location Run down condo. Miss representing “Delta Suites” Very expensive and place is dirty. Pillows smelled and no toilet paper. They took 600 dollar deposit and I had to chase them for two days to return my money. Don’t book your stay in this dirty place. Not worth the money.
- Anthony (5/5): -
- HANDE (10/5): -
- Michel Blonde (1/5): - Nothing my reservation was cancelled before I came and when I text the proprietor to ask the reason for the cancellation no response . And I wasn’t in my city it was a very bad experience
- Samuel (8/5): - Proximité de tout
- Sandra (9/5): The suite was in a great location, close to where I needed to be. Walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, CN Tow -
- Heather (9/5): Easy stay in a central location - The staff was very responsive and helpful with me since my flight was canceled and I had to take the red eye. They came in early to meet me and let me keep my belongings in the room because I had a later flight which isn’t their policy.
- Ali (4/5): Will not come back to this one - No thing No self check in the left me waiting infront of the building one hour and then they srnt some one who check the ID in suspicious way
- Arjola (3/5): I expected much more - I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment and would not recommend it.
First of all, the apartment I was given was not the one I originally selected, which already set the tone for the stay. Basic amenities were missing — there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, and even essentials like water, coffee, or tea were not available. These are small things, but they make a big difference when you expect a comfortable, home-like experience.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I developed cervical pain during my stay. Rest is one of the main reasons for booking accommodation, and this was a major issue.
I also ran into a problem when my phone charger stopped working. I asked for help, but the host was unresponsive and unwilling to assist. When I went to the reception downstairs, the staff member was quite rude and prioritized charging her own phone instead of helping me, which felt very unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the apartment was quite expensive for the level of service and comfort provided, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Overall, I choose apartments because I want to feel at home, but this experience was far from that. With the lack of basic amenities, poor comfort, and unhelpful service, I honestly think a hotel would have been a much better option.
- Robert (7/5): 10 out of 10 with functioning elevators. Location and view is fantastic. - N/A Two of the three elevators were out of service during our stay and the weight succeeded 30 minutes at times to get to our room
- Luke (3/5): Dirty rundown condo - Good location It was not a hotel. Just a rundown condo.
- Kim (10/5): Anniversary weekend with the Jays - The whole weekend was amazing. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and nice. Loved having a balcony. Dealing with the owner was easy and got back to me within minutes. The bed was so comfortable. So comfortable that we came home and bought the same one....I would 1000% rent here again. Actually we are in July. That we had to leave
- Khenpheth (10/5): - My daughter and I stayed at this condo for two nights while she was in Toronto for a dance competition, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, someone was there to assist us right away, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The staff member was very polite and even helped guide us through the busy elevator area, which we really appreciated.
The location is fantastic—set in a beautiful, upscale part of Toronto and just a short walk to the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the Rogers Centre. It’s also connected to the PATH, an indoor walkway that gives easy access to a wide range of shops and businesses, which was incredibly convenient.
Our room was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and featured three double beds, along with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The view was a highlight—we faced the CN Tower and got to enjoy the stunning city lights at night.
The amenities were an added bonus, especially the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would absolutely book here again the next time we visit Toronto. A few of the elevators were not working so there was a bit of a wait time going up and down.
- Tanish (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Plus’ and minuses. - Its location near to Union station and downtown Toronto. Being woken up in the middle of the night by a whistling noise from strong winds.
Waiting for lifts, I was on 53rd floor.
The un advertised cleaning charge for Apartment. Hotels.don’t this.

- Alyssa (1/5): -
- Marco (10/5): Amazing place and location. - Place is nice and clean. It’s really quiet and peaceful. Location is great. 10/10
- Caroline (10/5): Splendide !
- Maheen Riaz (10/5): A cozy, charming apartment in the heart of Toronto, surrounded by vibrant city life and great energy. - Very comfortable and cute apartment that was stocked well with everything we needed. Location is perfect for travelers as the building is connected to the path and close to everything. Nothing.
- shazim (9/5): -
- Adam (7/5): - The location i had to pay in person of $1,300+, and booking.com kept asking to charge me. the owner double dipped.
- Clint (10/5): - The location was perfect for our conference and attending the ball game! Suite was very clean, quiet, and well equipped! So easy to communicate with the host on WhatsApp and they answered our questions very quickly! Will definitely book again when in Toronto! There wasn't anything I wasn't happy with and was pleasantly surprised by the great view!
- Angelina (9/5): -
- Joshua (8/5): -
- Start (10/5): Everything was as advertised no B.S. - Simple easy and friendly transaction. Would definitely do this again. Nothing really everything was perfect .
- Lisa (10/5): - The place was spotless, great view. Our host was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. Great location, close to everything!
- Stine (9/5): Helt supert! Ingenting.
- Meagan (1/5): -
- Estelle (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay, Thank you for your quick replies and great communication, and for kindly walking us to the par - The property was very clean with a lot of space /
- Alun (5/5): Simple apartment with a great location. - Location was very good for the purpose of our stay and visit to the Scotia Arena and we visited the local food outlets located just across the road and were in easy reach - it was the easy option as food deliveries are not allowed to the front door of the apartment.
Building is located on the PATH which helped when the snow came, easy reach to the city malls for shopping the cleanliness of the apartment - oily fingerprints were on the door handles and cupboards
kitchen was functional but the units were old
shower / bath mixer didn't work well which meant the shower wasn't at full power
the AC was not good, the climate settings were difficult to balance.
- William (7/5): -
- Stacy (10/5): Amazing Mom/Son Weekend Trip - The location was perfect for our trip and the locations we wanted to visit. The apartment was amazing! Clean and felt very welcoming. Kalani was exceptional to deal with and we can't wait to do this again. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Kelli (10/5): - Beautiful room on the 16th floor...close to tour activity pick up points, convenient store, takeaways & restaurants nearby.
I absolutely my stay there.
Even people in the elevator were friendly when I didn't know at first how to go up
The bath was beautiful to relax in after a freezing day at Niagra Falls. Nothing
- Darrin (9/5): -
- Mia (10/5): -
- Cyrus (6/5): Downtown Toronto condo - Location I signed up for Delta Suites but was contacted by someone who showed up as Imperial Suites. The unit was the same as pictured but it is dangerous to misrepresent yourself like this. The unit was also in a different building as compared to what was shown on the listing. Booking.com should look into this.
No cleaning service for the entire duration of my stay. Owner should invest in better towels & bedding / pillows etc.
- Alanna (8/5): -
- Tanya (10/5): They were very accommodating to us and very good to deal with . Always replied right away to my questions . I for sure w - Great location. Close to everything All the amenities were closed for renovations which was upsetting but other then that the property is very nice and clean .
- Heather (9/5): - Great location, had everything that was needed Shower sucked but that was the only thing that wasn't great
- Kirk (7/5): Read the Reviews. - I thought I was booking a Delta Hotel room (suite) and it was not in the same area as I assumed was the Delta Hotel location as it was implied on line. It was in the same proximity of the hotel, so i felt a little deceived with the name advertised (as if it was a play on words of the location where Delta Hotel is), nowhere on the Condo Residence I stayed at did it say, Delta Suites. I believe this was private condo residences 12-14 York st. I am sure if I was a hi priced lawyer, there could be a misrepresentation law suit.? You might want to disclose this information. The interior photos of the condo was as advertised, it was clean, caulking in bathtub needs attention, towels were mismatched and in the dry for me to take out, bed was 50/50, pillows need improving.. I should have taken the time to read the reviews.
I did a search on line after my trip and it is not run by Delta Hotels. So again, a little misleading. As mentioned earlier, I believed this to be a Delta Hotel room i was booking, through Booking.com, and it wasn't. Once i committed, I could not cancel due to a heavy cancellation charge. Days prior to my trip, I tried to get hold of the contact person listed on the booking. I emailed, texted through Whatsapp and called and left a message, (no reply). On the day of my trip, a different person all together contacted me while is was traveling. He was good to talk to, however I felt it was not great to have one person listed as the contact on Booking.com email confirmation and another person altogether contacting me. I almost did not answer because I did not recognize the phone number.
If I were a young female traveling to a unknown place in downtown T.O., I would have not appreciated this at all with all the human trafficking out there. I was asked to meet in front of the building to show me the room and to hand over the keys.

- KABUMANA DIEUDONNE (9/5): Nous avons passés un bon séjour. - Le petit déjeuné était non compris. Rien.
- Hassan (10/5): Awesome staff. Very clean. Great location and views. - By far the best property ive stayed at for a vacation in a long time from checkin in to checkout everything was safe easy and enjoyable
- Michal (10/5): - I like that it was at a great location and the space and amenities were beyond my expectations. There’s nothing to not like about this property, exceptional
- Christophe (7/5): Very expensive but top location in downtown Toronto. - Very expensive and almost clean. But very well located. Top location in downtown Toronto.
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Jude (10/5): - View is amazing
- Eddie (10/5): Delta suites great apartment - This place was so well situated in Downtown Toronto, close to all the landmarks. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating to our requests. We had a small issue and it was fixed in 30 minutes. I cant rate it highly enough I would definitely stay again. Nothing
- Craig (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment - Lovely clean modern space Nothing
- Chris (5/5): - The property is advertised as Delta suites which is what I thought I booked, but when I was directed to meet a guy at 12 York St. they cancelled my Delta suites booking on booking.com and then rebooked me with a different company so this is misleading. This is not a Delta suites room.
- Holly (3/5): - I liked how close it was to downtown There was a smell throughout the whole stay like they had rotten food in fridge and pictures were not like the apartment was. And the security deposit was too much. $600 deposit for one night is too much. I did not notice I was getting over charged for taxes, taxes were more than the one night cost.
- Krystal (9/5): Overall very pleased! - Very convenient and cozy! 5 minute walk from the Scotia bank arena and very nice building! The balcony was a plus! The room was very nice as well. Nothing
- Dodd (7/5): -
- Nicky (7/5): Perfectly situated for all that Toronto has to offer . - The location is very near to the waterfront (5 mins walk) and all the major attractions are on the doorstep , The Rogers centre, Scotiabank arena & the CN Tower. Hop on Hop off bikes are readily available to help you get around . The apartment was clean & well equipped & a nice comfortable base to return to after a busy day. Supermarket Londo's was just across the street which was handy. For the whole of our stay one of the lifts was out of action which meant a long wait sometimes so we used the stairs mostly which wasn't too much of a problem as we were on floor 7 . However, this could be a nuisance if you were on a higher floor.
- ahmed (7/5): -
- Sean (3/5): Disappointing and cold - Great location but poorly maintained unit and building is also pretty worn Furnace barely worked, window blinds were half broken and required me to put them up myself to have privacy, bathroom floor dirty and toilet seat broken. Rough around the edges. Need to invest more in physical upkeep not just housekeeping.
- Florian (8/5): -
- adeeb (6/5): The location was great, but the room's amenities ruined everything. - Location was perfect The room was in terrible condition: the curtain was broken, the kettle was rusty, the sheets and bed were awful, the bathroom was unclean and the toilet paper holder was broken, and the fan was noisy. After I spoke to the managers, they provided a new kettle.
- Darryl (8/5): Stay was awesome!!!! - Location was awesome!!!! Facilities were awesome!!!! Building was beautiful!!! The elevators took for ever to come to our floor when we were calling them to leave to go out. We had to take the stairs a few times.
- Lewana (10/5): 10 out of 10 / location, views, jacuzzi, comfort - Location was impeccable to get to every tourist attraction by foot in under 20 mins. Nestled in right between the CN tower, union station (direct train to Pearson airport AND Niagara Falls) and the waterfront (ferries to Toronto Islands). The apartment does not only have great views but everything you could need for a stay: kitchen utensils; plenty of towels, washer and dryer; two sets of blankets and sheets were just an added bonus. The check-in was really smooth (they messaged mostly via iMessage not through booking.com). He showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Pool and jacuzzi open until 8 pm which was fantastic after a long day of exploring. NOTHING!!! They seem to be pretty new on booking.com, so don’t hesitate to book with them. There is one Google review stating these apartments don’t exist. It’s certainly not them. They were very responsive and certainly exist. They have apartments in York 14 and 12, but only one listing here on booking. But they will greet you at the entrance regardless.
- Kobe (6/5): Pleasant -
