• Lizzie (7/5): - Location was great. Two balconies, close to supermarkets. Bed in the bedroom was great. Not enough glasses, cups, cutlery, etc for 4 persons. The couch in the living room was not comfortable enough for two adults 4 nights.

• Svetlana (3/5): - Месторасположение удобное - это все плюсы этой квартиры! Полное отсутствие шумоизоляции!!!! Готовьтесь в 2 или 3 ночи, или 5 утра слушать соседский ор и телевизор! Спать невозможно даже с берушами. Сосед - сумасшедший дед с огромной овчаркой. Постоянные проблемы с горячей водой! В квартире установлен бойлер, но горячей воды постоянно нет. Проблема с ключами и входом в квартиру. Грязное и в пятнах постельное бельё, розетки все раздолбаны. Квартира явно давно требует ремонта. Фото не соответствует действительности, вероятно сделаны лет 15-20 назад.

• David (8/5): Very good - Good location and a nice big apartment with two balconies. Very thin walls you can hear people having conversations in the apartments next door.

• Ersov (7/5): Good - Location is good near are metro and bus station. 20 min walk to Milano Centrale. No capsules for dish and clothes washing machines. No sponges or dishwashing detergent.
• Chelline (8/5): Very good - Location (isola a bright upcoming urban area), clean apartment, the balcony, the facilities available to cook and washing machine for clothes. Supermarket, train station and city centre on walking distance. Thin walls between sleeping room and the neighbours. When i spoke to the neighbour to turn down the radio the problem was solved.

• James (8/5): Great stay in a secure, safe location - The hosts were friendly and contacted ahead of the trip to arrange safe collection of keys, sent videos of how to access the property and some info about the local area. Lots of ameneties included in the apartment. 5min walk from local tube/metro station with easy access to all areas of Milan with shops and cafes in the area. The floors in the apartment could do with a thorough mop, so best to wear socks/sandals inside. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy.
• Ruichao (3/5): Overall, a really disappointing experience. There is obviously space for improvement. - The flat was lovely and conveniently located near Zara Metro Station. And thanks to the host's video directions, getting there was simple. During my 3-day visit, the WiFi wasn't functional at all times. I intended to work, but I was ultimately unable to do so. I was informed that the internet provider, not the house, was to blame. But it did affect how I felt during my stay. The host responded quickly and provided a backup WiFi. However, the signal was quite weak and the problem was not addressed. The first night, as I was about to go to bed, I was unable to locate the quilt. I searched every closet I could think of without finding it. The host couldn't contact me till the next morning because it was already too late. I therefore spent the night using the towels instead. I was told to look beneath the mattress the following morning, and I eventually located it. Who would conceal it under the bed?
• Nadiia (7/5): I would like more cleanliness and service for their money. - Location. Closed territory of the residential complex, well-groomed courtyard. The floor is dusty. Did not like the function of self-disposal of garbage after check-out and the fact that we were given instructions to buy garbage bags. I travel a lot and this is the first time I've experienced this. The staff did not write me instructions for the settlement for a long time, and only after my message did they write to me on the eve of the settlement day, late in the evening. The eviction was also inconvenient, because it was necessary to throw the keys into the mailbox at the entrance, and there was no way to leave the complex without the keys. One person from our group had to keep the door to the courtyard open, and the second one came back and left the keys. Also, there was not even salt in the apartment.
• Vladoiu (10/5): Lovely - Closet from metro. Clean. Cozy. Quiet, being in the interior courtyard. Very intimate. The bed linen was a bit weird. There were no cases only separate sheets that didn't stay in place after one night sleep. Everything was clean so we adjusted.
• Jana (6/5): Pleasant - Location of this flat is great, just between the two railway stations. Bus stop on the cornor, two small shops within 5-6 minutes walking. The flat is very closed road but shielded but another block of flat - so suprisingly quiet if you close the window. The pictures looks better then the flat. Some repairs needed - the water faucets stick fall away nearly every use, the sofa is very worn out. There was written there is coffe machine and washing machine - but there are not capsules for neither of them provided. There is a gas stove. It is the same if it was written that there is a stove and oven but there was no gas.. We asked for the tree separate sheets ahead and was not prepared. So there are places to improve.
