• Margaret (8/5): - New and clean. Excellent WiFi and streaming options. Fabulous location. Obviously, starting out in the air bnb world! Winter is cold in Orange...electric blankets, rugs on lounges, etc. needed. The bathroom heater was excellent, though. Chipped crockery and glassware needs to be removed and replaced.
• Robin (8/5): Very clean and great place to stay with dogs. Close to park and short trip to town. - Very clean. Good size rooms. Beds very comfortable although could use electric blankets for winter. Kitchen well appointed. Great area for dogs. Would stay again. For winter in Orange - needs a clothes dryer and some extra blankets. The air conditioner struggled to keep house warm. Lounges old and very uncomfortable. As noted from previous reviews - dining room chairs need cushions.

• Karen (9/5): Love the small town house with fence perfect for family with pets. - It is a small home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped including wraps and cleaning items. Bathroom was very clean with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer and iron are also there. No hooks on the door to place clothing in bathroom and neighbours were fighting in the middle of the night. Property is very close to other residents you can hear everything they are saying.

• Janine (10/5): Definitely book again - Epic dog friendly accommodation.. would definitely stay again. Perfect base to explore mtb trails and orange is so beautiful. We’ll be back and will be staying here again. Clean tidy modern and everything we needed. Fully fenced garden made all the difference

• Kelley (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and property was beautifully renovated It would be good if the property had more blankets for the beds. We did find that we needed extra and weren’t any on site.
• Madeleine (8/5): Central well appointed modern unit. - Super clean and well appointed, quiet location with a short walk to local parks and a cafe for a good coffee, and a couple of minutes drive from central Orange. Very comfortable bed and quality linen. The property is a wee bit stark with its ‘all white’ walls, maybe some framed historic or garden photos of Orange would be nice. I’d like better cutlery, it was very lightweight. The metal dining chairs are not comfortable and cold, maybe chair cushions? And the lounge is not great though it’s new. All very small things but due to our length of stay we noticed them in terms of comfort.
