• Shirley (10/5): - De locatie was top. Parkeren was ook makkelijk. Het is jammer dat in het stadje nog niet alles open was. In het appartement heb je alles wat je nodig hebt om je thuis te voelen en omdat de hygiene op orde is voel je dat ook.

• Ludwig (9/5): Super!! - De locatie is super! Midden in la Roche. Het appartement is mooi ingericht, alles is aanwezig. De bedden zijn goed. Het was ook erg schoon. Ruimte voor fietsenstalling is ideaal. Enige minpunt is dat het vrij gehorig is. Je kunt wat last hebben van geluid van de buren of op straat. Wij hebben ons er niet aan gestoord.

• Lefevre (9/5): Ideaal voor een bike packing trip - De centrale locatie, het nette appartement met heel fijn terras en de bike-faciliteiten: super aangezien het een bike packing trip was. Het enige minpunt was dat de voorziene badhanddoeken niet aanwezig waren bij aankomst en dat de koffiezet niet werkte. Beide problemen werden echter snel en vriendelijk opgelost.

• Eva (10/5): Prima appartement voor kort of lang verblijf - Dit is echt een prima appartement als uitvalsbasis om dit deel van de Ardennen te verkennen. La Roche is een leuk dorpje en dit appartement ligt middenin het centrum, vlak naast de supermarkt. Wij hadden een appartement op de eerste verdieping met een ruime keuken en woonkamer en op de tweede verdieping twee slaapkamers en een ruime badkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust, al zijn de pannen wel aan vernieuwing toe. Het bed slaapt prima. In de woonkamer staat een comfortabele bank met een televisie met voldoende apps om een film of serie te kijken. De eigenaren reageren snel op berichtjes, zelfs in het weekend. Top verblijf gehad hier.

Location is super central - you literally live on central street we good access to shops, restaurants and castle. I liked spacious bike storage with bike wash Since it located on main street it's bit noisy at night. Also bike parking not secure enough from my point of view. And it is too much things has to be done before leaving (like garbage disposal and etc) for that price.

• Karensmms (8/5): Comfortable stay in La Roche - Great location with a Spar supermarkt close by. The appartement had all we needed for our stay. Comfortable and clean bed. We brought our towels but didn't think about a towel for the floor for shower, the ceramic floor gets quite cold I winter time, next time we'll be more prepared! It would also be nice to have a dedicated space by the entry door to hang coats and store shoes.
• Wesley (9/5): Excellent stay. - The location is perfect, right in town. The apartment was clean and neat and contemporary, has everything you need for a long stay. Dishwasher works great. They have a storage space on the first floor for bikes, which is very convenient. They don’t have central heating. The living room is heated by airconditioning which is not sufficient when the outside temperature is freezing. There is a small electric heater stored in the bathroom for generating extra heat though. You will need that little thing.
• Ina (9/5): Great short vacation in the Belgian Ardennes - Very comfortable apartment and great location for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, two spacious balconies. Easy check-in and check-out. Bike storage is easily visible from main street and accessible with code. Heating only via air conditioning so probably during cold times of the year not ideal. Kitchen equipment is ok but have seen better equipment especially when it comes to frying and cooking pans. Small fridge without freezer compartment.

• Craig (9/5): Highly recommended for a cycling holiday. - Great facilities to store pedal bike. High spec kitchen and bathroom. Step out onto main shopping street. Not much. The comprehensive online guide missed a small bit of info for arrival... tell the guest that on arrival with a bike that there is step free access to the bike store at the other side of the building from the access mentioned in the guide, which is up 3 steep steps. I almost struggled in with my heavy e bike, but found the easy access by accident !

We stayed at the same property last year and then we did receive towels, which were included in the price. I didn’t read the very lengthy manual again (as I still remembered the rules from before) and did not bring any towels which were now all of a sudden not included in price (which is high enough to include this in the service)
• Stefan (7/5): Good accommodation that caused my debit card to be blocked due to suspicious deposit practices. - The apartment was nice, easy to access, and furnished well. It is in a good location and great for a short trip to the area. No negative comments or experiences with the accommodation itself. However, the deposit is taken outside of Booking.com and thus uses the private service they've arranged. This service drops and re-authorizes the deposit payment every 7 days. However, from the bank's perspective there is an overlap where the deposit is taken twice. This meant a reauthorization was blocked by my bank. Their system kept trying to authorise taking money from my account (even after we left the accommodation!) to the extent that my bank marked them as fraudulent and blocked my card.

• Moira (10/5): Short weekend in Ardennes - The place is very cozy and we enjoyed having an apero with the local products on the terrace. Location is perfect, clean and we had a parking just in front of the building. We will go back for sure! We had some questions at the arrival and it was a bit challenging getting in contact with the owners. Maybe due to the weekend days. We solved them by ourselves. Also the refund of the deposit needed a follow up but all solved in a good way.

• Rienk (9/5): New apartment in the center - Very new apartment in the middle of La-Roche-en-Ardennes. Contact with the owners only via chat. The key can be get with a key code. Good beds, shower and heating system. There is only one toilet, which is upstairs in the bathroom. When someone locks the bathroom while showering, nobody can use the toilet. After your stay, you need to empty the wastebins yourself outside. You are not allowed to leave anything behind. The door of the room is locked with a key. If you want to go out to the bakery while others are still sleeping, you either lock them in or leave the door unlocked.

• Aloysia (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very pleasant, cosy and clean appartement. Everything inside is new and of good quality. The Living room is decorated in a very nice way. It's easy to feel at home here. There was only a problem with the water that started to appear after the second day. The tabs didn't run cold water anymore, only extremely hot water, which made showering impossible. We didn't complain about it because we thought it might have to do with construction work somewhere outside. So I guess this normally doesn't happen here.
