Цена - качество = Супер Ние уцелихме студен ден (-5/-10) градуса, което се усещаше доста през стените и прозорците. Основната спалня скърцаше при завъртане. Може би щори/пердета на вратата към терасата, би било добър privacy бонус.

Осигурено е всичко необходимо за престоя ви и апартаментът е с перфектна локация, на минути от главната пешеходна улица!

• Beata (10/5): Bardzo czysty obiekt w świetnym punkcie. - Bardzo czysty obiekt, świetna lokalizacja, ok 15 minut spokojnym spacerem do morza głównym deptakiem, liczne knajpki, sklep, dworzec południowy 12 minut pieszo. Niektórym może przeszkadzać brak okna szczytowego w drugiej sypialni (jest tylko dachowe, ale bardzo dobrze doświetla pomieszczenie).

• Стоянка (10/5): Супер е! - Страхотен апартамен в центъра. Намира се място за паркиране в близост. Домакинът е много отзивчив и се общува с лекота с него. Има всичко описано и необходимо за комфортен престой. Много чисто и широко. Всичко е супер! Препоръчваме с две ръце! Няма такова!

• Seven (8/5): Comfortable and clean, in the city center. - Location is perfect. The apartment is very clean and all facilities are well in place. Very comfortable and nice stay. The host was very nice, he paid our parking fees through the Bulgarian system. The apartment is looking to the backyard and natural light is a bit low in the apartment.
• Milen (8/5): A very likeable stay in the centre of Bourgas - The location is very good, very close to the city centre and yet quite calm. On a weekend evening there were still parking spaces available just in front of the house. The host Metodi is fast and efficient in solving problems. The accommodation is well furnished and clean. The walls are thin, the doors are (normally) not soundproof. Noisy neighbours can be a huge annoyance.

• Cem (10/5): One of the best facilities you can stay in Burgas. - The location of the facility is very nice. Very close to shopping areas. Very close to social areas; Cafes, Restaurants. There are two indoor parking lots 2 minutes away from the facility and the prices are reasonable. I have stayed in Burgaz twice before but this is the first time I have stayed in a facility that is this comfortable. There is nothing bad about the facility that I can say. The owners of The Central House 2, Metodi and his precious wife, were extremely hospitable and friendly. They helped us a lot. When I go to Burgaz again, I will choose The Central House 2 again.

• Ryan (9/5): Nice central apartment - It was a nice apartment right in the centre The bathroom smelt like sewer, there's no U bend on the bathroom sink so when you have a shower sewer smell comes out the sink plughole into the bathroom

• Cordula (10/5): Thank you! - Very nice flat! With roof-light and a atrium/half balcony. All newly renovated, very clean, equiped mini kitchen, with inside doors to close if needed ;) Supermarket at the corner, shopingstreet at the next corner. Easy to park, calm and: very good beds.

• Artur (10/5): Great time in the city. - Place was clean, comfortable, air conditioning in each room, good tv, 2 bedrooms. Great for family. Close to the center of the city. Kids loved it and so did we. One of the best places we stayed in. It really showed that owners care. Would certainly recommend. Had only 1 key. Door had to be locked with the key and people inside could not open the door. This is a fire safety issue and just difficult if you split the group...Bathroom when taking shower water went everywhere, but understand if people come with sand.
