• Angel (4/5): - Локацията е добра! Съжалявам ,че ще ви разочаровам , но аз не съм доволен от престоят си при вас! Стаята е много малка за да има и диван вътре. Претрупана е . Липсва огледало. Банята е твърде малка ( двете срещуположни стени са на разстояние една от друга на 0,75 м. Дворът е мръсен, разбит и занемарен. А някой переше и сушеше дрехи в коридорът през нощта в 23:45 ч. Вратите на стаите не са шумоизолирани и всичко се чува вътре. Липсваше в тоалетната чиния ароматизатор и препарат за дезинфекция. Няма да дойда втори път! Не мога да препоръчам тази стая на никого!
• Ronald (4/5): teleurstellend - het contact met de beheerder was goed, de sleutel was goed te vinden de badkamer, douche en wc in een kleine ruimte, lekkage op de vloertegels bij de wc, alles maakt een vervallen indruk, Het bed lag dan wel goed, maar er lag maar een enkel kleed op, geen matrasbeschermer, we lagen op een enkel laken en daaronder was het vieze matras, bah, bah en nog eens bah!
• Daniel (3/5): Great location, terrible room - The location was great, although it was a little hard to access the private parking, it was certainly easier than finding long term parking somewhere else. That's about all the good that I can come up with for this place. No air conditioning, when I walked in the only cooling was coming from an open window by the bed. The issue with keeping the window open is that bugs would come in because the room was in the basement. No sheets for the bed and the mattress was dirty. The only layer covering you from the mattress was a protective sheet put on top first. After the protective sheet there was only covers to put on top of the bed. No lighting. The room was significantly darker when all the lights that were available were turned on when compared to the photos No towels. for showering (like in the photo) Extremely small mirror in the kitchenette, not like what was shown in the pictures A bunch of dead flying ants in one of the corners. Bathroom is really really bad.
• Marija (1/5): - Nothing Too dirty, smells of damp, basement rooms, windows with bars, spiders and cobwebs everywhere, dirty bedding, no conditions and don't be fooled into renting the space because it is a severe misery
• Kaloyan (3/5): One of my most unpleasant stays in Sofia - The location is very good Check-in time is 3:00 PM, I tried to check in at 4:00 PM, but the woman cleaning the room was still in the room with her dog locked in and I had to wait for her to finish her job. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the pillowcase had not been changed and smelled bad. There is a problem with the phone coverage in the room, many people who wanted to contact me were unable to do so. The TV works, but the TV programs are missing, and when you try to play them, it asks for a connection to the personal profile of the property owner.
• Ivelin (3/5): Disappointed - The “apartment” was extremely tiny. The bathroom was also super small and had a door that couldn’t even close properly and after a shower the water would not go in the drain and just pooled next to the toilet. The shower head was leaking. The building smelled really bad when you went in also. The bed mattress and top mattress were also quite dirty. There wasn’t any slippers given that the ground was extremely cold. Also we were provide very little toilet paper. There wasn’t also any additional garbage bags for use. And to top it off the ceiling was extremely low.

• Mykola (1/5): - Нас разместили в подвале. Обещанного кондиционера нет. Душно, никакой вентиляции и проветривания. Сильный запах канализации. Матрасы в пятнах, гладильная доска в пятнах. Это не отель, а ночлежка для бездомных, только по цене отеля. Booking желательно удалить это "жильё" из списка предложений для путешественников.

Broken toilet seat/lid Shower flooded whole bathroom room/ineffective drainage Cobwebs/dead spiders Smell of damp Windows looked out to dirty kerb with debris and smell. Generally worn out look/dingy/very low ceiling. Access via dark graffiti strewn alley. Access gate was stuck/almost impossible to open. Security questionable. Able to access and open other people’s apartments with shared key box.

• Álvaro (6/5): Not great but cheap - Good location, close to the NDK. Cheap. Bed was comfortable. It has a kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave which is nice although I didn't use it. The shower is between the toilet and the rest of the room, so after taking a shower the whole thing gets wet and you have to mop it. Doesn't look super healthy. Place wasn't specially clean.
